Fantastic experience: Having never ridden a motorcycle on the roads before, and taken my driving test over 18 years ago I was a little apprehensive about completing my CBT. I booked in with Riders and was extremely impressed with the communication from Aidan regarding my booking. Arriving on the day I was greeted by Mark and Jake, who put me at ease straight-away with their calm and friendly demeanours. The day was well-organised, and with the small class size you get plenty of help and encouragement from the instructors. Craig is great at both explaining instructions clearly and concisely (which makes life much easier when performing them yourself) and how what you are being taught benefits you out on the road, and Jake clearly has a monumental amount technical knowledge and riding experience. Having completed the various manoeuvres in an off-road environment, Jake then took us out on the road, and it was fair to say I was nervous. With Jakes voice in my earpiece giving nice clear instructions and advice, I relaxed a little and really enjoyed the afternoon despite a bit of drizzle. I was knot relaxed at the start but good sound instructions from both instructors turned out to be a fantastic day. I wish Mark a fantastic recovery. Fantastic experience: Had my CBT with Jake after not being on my bike for 2 years, really appreciated how the training was tailored to my current ability and not just telling me things I already know, I liked how he gave me tips and tricks whenever he saw an error or something to work on and taught me be things I didn’t learn in my first CBT elsewhere. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience completing my CBT with Riders. I spent my two days with Paul (and Jake for a little bit of my first day) and I could not have asked for better instructors. Paul made me feel welcome from the first moment I arrived in the morning of day 1 and made me feel comfortable from the start to the end of day 2. As a 5’2 girl I found it quite difficult to handle the bike as I was on my tiptoes, however Paul was very comforting and considerate, and went with my own learning pace. Towards the end of your CBT you will complete a two hour ride-out. Though my nerves were through the roof, Paul made me feel safe and really helped to calm my nerves both before and during my first time on the roads. I could not be more thankful for the help and consideration Paul gave me throughout my time learning to ride. I will revisit Riders for the renewal of my CBT and for my ‘big bike’ test, and I will definitely be asking for Paul again!

Fantastic experience: Had my cbt with Jake and Mark a month ago, to not even get to ride and to do my cbt on the day as I couldn't read a numberplate at 20.5m...I took myself off the same day booked a eye test... had my eyes tested the same day i left riders cbt. Ive got to say bless them both they sorted it so I could have another cbt in 2 weeks when I get my glasses....without paying again ...so yesterday I had my cbt with Jake again and Paul...would recommend to book up with these 3 ..Jake you made us all feel so confident yesterday and so did Paul..you explained all the tasks with a laugh and a smile it made the day go so fast...looking forward to going back just to show Jake I don't leave my indicator on ..thanks lads kind regards Al

Fantastic experience: So were do I begin I’m not the easiest person to teach it’s taken by three attempts to finally pass my cbt this is going to be a shout out for both mark and Jake I had Jake and mark these guys do everything by the book and break everything down to make it more understandable both of these guy even did demonstrations for the students (in full protection e.g helmets to) supported the students they was training 100% all the way to the very end. The way mark teaches and rune the course is so everything is flowing and transitions from part 1 to 2 to 3 meaning you get the best training the best amount of knowledge from the day and more importantly a lot of safety training so you are safe on the road to continue the training over the 2 year period I can not recommend these to guys enough (riders you have a gem with these to guys) mark thanks for all the hard work and funny times I had while learning to ride a motorcycle I know I probably gave you a headache lol, i finally did my solo ride 28th on the road that is because of the confidence you gave me and the belief you had in me and Jake you are going to make an amazing instructor and will definitely go far with mark teaching you. Both keep doing what you do you will see me again and I’ll be recommending you both by name to others that want to do there CBT

Negative experience: ## Review: Avoid Riders CBT License Company **Rating: 1/5** **Title: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!** I had an absolutely appalling experience with Riders CBT License Company. The blatant racism and unprofessional conduct I encountered are shocking. **Racism:** I was informed the night before my CBT that I needed to bring specific riding boots. However, on the day of the test, I noticed that ethnic white riders were allowed to complete their CBT in their regular school shoes. This double standard is unacceptable and discriminatory. Until i caught them two weeks later filling up in sainsbury halesowen with vans on . **Unprofessionalism:** Despite following their last-minute instructions and bringing boots, I witnessed a Rider's instructor filling up his bike at the Sainsbury's in Halesowen wearing Vans during a test. This hypocrisy highlights the inconsistency and lack of professionalism within the company. **Financial Scam:** After my experience, they refused to rebook my CBT, resulting in me losing my £160. This is nothing short of a scam. The company appears to have a pattern of taking money without providing the agreed-upon services. In summary, avoid Riders CBT License Company at all costs. Their racist policies, unprofessional behavior, and financial misconduct make them an unreliable and unethical choice. Save your money and look elsewhere for a fair and professional CBT experience.

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner did our cbt here 28/5 and 19/6. We had Paul and Mark and both guys were amazing throughout, so friendly and helpful. We learned so much and enjoyed every second. Would recommend riders to anyone looking to do their cbt. Paul and mark were able to answer any questions we had and really helped with my nerves. Fantastic experience: I was with steve really nice chap very polite and very kind a really nice man helped me out with everything and the bike was good did what it was serposed to and met 3 nice chaps through it wish them all the best and stay safe on the road

Negative experience: Had two sessions with riders, had my first one with Paul who was very understanding and patient with me and he told me I was t getting on the road on my first day as I ride manual. Went back for a second session to touch up my skills and basic training. Within two hours nick had told me I was being unsafe somehow by stopping at junctions to early in the car park set up. So being over safe is apparently dangerous, I then asked for one to one help as I was struggling considering it was also raining to which he refused and insisted I need one more session to pass, then when I phoned up it took over 4 days for riders to get back to me with an explanation to which was a complete load of rubbish reasoning, refused to refund me for the poxy two hour session or even accommodate another session free of charge. Will be going somewhere else and filing a complaint with DVSLA

Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to Paul and Jake for seeing me through my CBT on Friday 31st May. I was filled with trepidation about the whole concept of riding at the beginning, but with their patience and encouragement, I was able to complete the course within the day. Fantastic experience: I haven't rode a Motorcycle for over 40 years and for my Diamond Birthday this year. I would like to get back onto two-wheels and so, I booked a CBT with Riders Motorcycle Training in my locale through the official Riders website. I was sent an email and text of my confirmation and up to my actual CBT date, regular updates and polite reminders of my booking. The day before, Mark (my CBT Instructor) sent a message to reconfirm booking and timings. My CBT course started ontime and Mark went through the modules, stopping part way through each one to ensure I understood what was expected and if I had any questions. The day was hot (28c degrees) and the morning modules went swiftly. Then in the afternoon, Mark was happy for me to go out onto public roads for the two-hour on-road module of the CBT. At the end, Mark was happy to sign me off and present me with my certificate of completion. I am glad that I chose Riders Motorcycle Training and I would like to thank Mark (CBT Instructor) for his calm approach, professionalism and the way the modules were nicely spaced out. Fantastic experience: Spent today getting expert instruction from Mark and Craig to gain my CBT. This isn't my first CBT but was my first with Riders Brierley Hill. The difference was significant. From my experience and others', seems that a lot of schools don't invest the same degree of time and attention to ensure that new riders are safe on the road. Mark and Craig were focused on making sure that we did the right things at the right time to make sure we would be safe. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Whether you're looking to gain CBT for yourself or looking for a school for your children, you should come here.

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT with Mark today, I can't praise him enough, he does a brilliant job of explaining everything in a way that's easy to understand, excellent at working on any weaknesses you might have in your riding to make you feel more confident and secure on the bike. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in starting out with bikes or returning after a long stretch of not riding like myself. Shame he doesn't do direct access himself, I'd like to stay on learning from him directly doing full bike license as hes very knowledgeable. After spending as much time that was needed on essential manoeuvres and making sure I was safe and confident on the bike, we were out on the roads putting but all into practice. Fantastic experience: 100% recomend, my instructor Mark was amazing as he is calm and collective really friendly and makes you feel at home. Although it was raining which can be distracting And uncomfortable at times, Mark is great at teaching you little tips here and there on how to control the bike in such conditions. Fantastic experience: Hi my names Jonathan, soon to be (THE SHADOW NINJA) lol Yesterday Riders Brierley Hill had the pleasure of conducting my CBT test and training, so I could become a foot step closer, of achieve my personal goal, of acquiring a full motorcycle license. On arrival, I was immediately met by a pleasant and cheerful man, it was my instructor named Mark Scattergood, his patients with myself, a beginner rider and a true novice was commendable, as Mark gradually increased my abilities with his training techniques, in an innocuous and prudent way. Mark Scattergood or Riders Brierley Hill, conducted the mornings train in such a way that it gave me the confidence, to then take my newly learnt skills and ability to the roads of Brierley Hill. Using an ear peace intercom system, Mark communicated frequent reassuring me and giving firm but calm instructions, that added to my confidants to ride safely on the road with full control, of my appointed vehicle, knowing that a helping hand and a competent instructor was only yards away. I would recommend this driving school. P.S If you ever sitting in a car, on a bike or even just strolling down the side of the road and you happen to see, what you can only describe as a Marvel superhero or a Power Ranger on a super bike, more than likely, that will be ME just call me (THE SHADOW NINJA) LoL Mark today was fun, all the best to you and your organisation.

Fantastic experience: Passed my CBT today. Was very anxious and nervous but my instructor Arthur was very good and made me feel very much at ease. Had a really good day and a lovely enjoyable ride. He was very professional and encouraging. Would certainly recommend to others. Thankyou
