London Motorcycle Training - CBT Test, Eltham Town Training Centre

Expert Instructors Focused on Your Safety

London Motorcycle Training has built a strong reputation through a dedicated team of certified trainers who consistently receive outstanding feedback. Instructors such as Simon, Sebastian, Fabian, Paul, and Stuart are repeatedly praised for their patience, extensive knowledge, and ability to adapt to each student’s pace. The teaching approach is widely described as firm yet encouraging, ensuring that riders develop solid fundamentals without feeling overwhelmed. Many learners highlight how the staff successfully reduce initial anxiety, transforming nervous first-timers into confident road-ready motorcyclists.

• Clear communication: Instructors break down complex maneuvers into easy-to-follow steps, using real-world examples and continuous feedback.
• Safety-first mindset: Every lesson emphasizes hazard perception, defensive riding, and proper bike handling before progressing to busier routes.
• Personalized guidance: Trainers identify individual improvement areas and provide constructive corrections that build long-term riding competence.

Structured Training from Theory to Open Roads

The training program follows a well-organized daily schedule designed to maximize learning efficiency. Mornings typically begin with off-road practice, focusing on clutch control, balance, slalom exercises, and emergency stops. Afternoons transition to actual road riding, where students apply their skills under direct supervision from a trainer monitoring via radio. This progressive structure allows learners to gradually build confidence, whether they are taking their CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) or preparing for Module 1 and Module 2 assessments toward a full license.

• Comprehensive curriculum: Covers everything from basic bike operation to advanced test scenarios and manual-to-automatic conversions.
• Real-world exposure: Controlled street sessions navigate varying traffic conditions, quiet suburbs, and busy urban stretches.
• Test preparation: Dedicated coaching for official DVSA evaluations, including practical maneuvers and on-road riding standards.

The facility maintains a modern fleet of motorcycles in excellent mechanical condition, catering to both beginners and those progressing to larger engine capacities. The dedicated training grounds feature spacious, traffic-free areas perfect for skill drills, while the administrative team ensures seamless booking, quick scheduling adjustments, and prompt customer support.

• Ready-to-ride equipment: Full safety kit provided, eliminating the need for students to invest in gear before starting.
• Well-maintained motorcycles: Up-to-date models designed for stability, ease of handling, and smooth power delivery.
• Efficient administration: Straightforward enrollment process, transparent pricing, and responsive handling of rescheduling requests.

Proven Results and Long-Term Rider Confidence

The feedback from past students strongly indicates that the training translates directly into exam success and real-world riding capability. Numerous learners report passing their CBT, Module 1, and Module 2 tests on the first attempt, attributing their success to the thorough coaching and realistic practice environments. Even riders returning after long gaps or those with zero prior experience consistently note a dramatic improvement in their skills and road awareness. The center’s emphasis on building sustainable riding habits, rather than just test passing, has earned it a loyal following among both newcomers and experienced motorcyclists seeking license upgrades.

• High first-time success rates: Consistent exam pass records across all certification levels.
• Boosted confidence: Graduates feel fully prepared to navigate UK roads independently and safely.
• Continuous learning path: A clear progression route from initial certification to full motorcycle licenses and advanced courses.
