Fantastic experience: I did my cbt 2 weeks ago, my instructor was really patient, pointed out what I needed to do and work on, it was easy to book and was quite straight forward on what you needed to do but the most important part was the 10/10 coffee they made for me would definitely recommend to do you're test and buy gear from.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly, helpful team at The Bike Shed, Colchester. Had my 23 plate Tiger 900 6 month service done by them. Very competitively priced, and they did it on a Saturday morning, where as the Triumph main dealer didn't do weekend servicing .

Fantastic experience: Took my CBT again yesterday and completed it and passed. I learnt more this time round. It was amazing how far the business has come BUT I had a very good day out and the weather was perfect. Steve was very good at teaching myself and the group with explaining it well enough so we could understand as well as showing us a demo of the training course if needed. He was patient with all of us and was very welcoming polite and well spoken. He clearly has a big passion for teaching and his love for motorbikes is clear. It was good to be back and see Gary after 4 years and he's just such a nice and welcoming owner so can't thank him enough and it was nice that he came along with our group out on the roads. Robert was outstanding and was very clear to hear over the radio and the energy was there when teaching us. He could see I was determined to get the U turn correct in Wich I was able too after going over a few tries. Robert knew I was patient on the roundabouts because after all oncoming vehicles are dangerous and it isn't a rush. I just need to revise Highway Code a bit more and work on confidence on the roads which will become second nature eventually. I will be back for my MOD 1 & MOD 2. I can't thanked each and everyone of you for yesterdays CBT.

Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT today with Global. They fitted both me and my brother in at very fast and we had a great day training. All the staff were patient and extremely knowledgeable answering all questions we asked. Took us from never riding a motorcycle to riding a fully geared 125 safely. Will be coming back to complete my DAS. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my CBT today, it was my first time riding in England road Had troubles with the roundabouts, where and when to stop on the road but the instructor was so amazing he guided me though out the time. Might have pulled over at the side of the road couple of times to explain some bits but he was really patient with me, I can see that he wants the students to learn and understand everything the road can throw. Appreciated the entire team of Global MT. 10/10 would recommend this school. They even fired up the fireplace when me and the other students where freezing cold

Fantastic experience: This is the best and only proper motorcycle school in Colchester - I did my CBT with another local outfit based in a container next to the football stadium which had no facilities, terrible customer service (ie couldn't manage basics like answering emails / booking tests) whereas Global is well managed, has all the facilities you need, is cost competitive and most importantly has excellent instructors - recommend ! *I completed a DAS course with James.

Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT today! Good practice bikes, not just some make-do bangers to pass people on. Great teaching from James, who had a lot of patience, expertise, and felt safe on the road under his instruction. Highly recommend if starting bike career. The centre sells bikes/equipment, as well as has MOT workshop, so is a great hub that can get you moving in the right direction as quick as you need to get 2 wheels on the road.

Negative experience: Hi I'm Phillip, happily married man, father of two great boys. I have been encouraging my family to complete their CBT for ages. Trouble is, with all their busy schedules, we've struggled to pin a date down. fortunately 'Global Motorcycle' training took our booking. However.... Turns out that it doesn't matter how much that you try and protect or educate your children in the best use of their vocabulary. when you book a CBT with global motorcycles, they end up filling in all the expletive blanks for you. to make the statement, I quote "if your bothered by bad language, you can get our now" was truly unacceptable. to summarise, they all passed the day course. but, had I known what they endured to get their, I would have found a more professional outfit. what hillbilly's. family of 4 mum, dad and two beautiful boys, who now know lots of useful swear words. really grown up outfit. Well done Global Motorcycle's for managing to teach more derogatory language to my young family than actual motorcycle experience. legends!! I'm looking forward to telling all my motorcycle acquaintances after 25 years of riding about my choice of school. sure their be telling their mates, "hopefully"

Very knowledgeable and experienced, I'm looking forward to doing my Mod 1 and 2 with them. Did my second CBT with them about 15 years ago now and appart from one other time and a small period of non riding, been to these guys every time. Well recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have just passed my full bike license today and honestly I don't think I can ever thank James or the staff here for everything they've done for me! As someone who had driven a car for almost 12 years I was very nervous getting on 2 wheels, but I did my CBT with James Nov 2021 and he was very attentive to me during my first time on a geared bike. I started the DAS 3 weeks ago and honestly I came on leaps and bounds due to James' training. I am VERY happy with the training I got from James and the service from the team in general! I cannot, once again, thank them enough! Highly recommend!!!

I took my CBT with Steve and it felt very relaxed with very knowledgeable information and know how on what we was up to with step by step ingagement and moved along as we felt comfortable when we was out on the road it was relaxed as a Rider with very clear instructions and knowing that we was safe with Steve watching out for us when other road user's would get to close I'm one very happy chappy and now have my Cbt certificte thanks to the amazing steve

Fantastic experience: I had my CBT with Global Motorcycle Training today (17/11/2021). And I would strongly recommend them, if you hire a bike from them they use smart modern bikes which are easy to use. The instructor that I had today was Steve and I found him to be very patient and explain things extremely well. It made it an enjoyable day and a good experience. And afterwards I ended up with gaining my CBT so it was a good day all round. Plus the price of taking your CBT with them from what I found from looking online they are also the cheapest I saw, and the best.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Global Motorcycle Training I passed my bike test today. The staff are very helpful, friendly from Cbt too full bike licence the Training was fantastic and could not have done this without your help, can't recommend these guy's highly enough
