Fantastic experience: Having zero riding experience and feeling a bit nervous, Moto Pass put me at ease and genuinely gave me great tuition, with a real emphasis on my weak points. They have the single goal of ensuring people become great riders, and they do not cut corners. I have used them for my auto CBT and am currently working with them for my manual CBT and eventual A licence!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Passed CBT in oct 2023 with Paul. Then did the 5 day DAS course with Kenny. Passed my A license today! Highly recommend both of them. Kenny puts you to your paces and ensures you understand everything to help pass the course and tests. 5 star service from start to finish, including Tracy helping set everything up for me and getting my test dates booked in. Cannot fault them and their service and knowledge in the industry is very admirable. The hard work they put in really shows!

Fantastic experience: It's good for everything. I am agree that your training center is perfectly all right but the non refundable policy is not good. Even though I am not sitting or starting my exam you are not giving any money back. That's very disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Passed my cbt here today. Tracy the owner has been lovely taking us through the initial introductory briefing, with Dave and Steve following up with information about protective gear and motorcycle safety theory. Steve was my group's instructor for the day, and has been nothing short of excellent. Clear, straight to the point, and with a great sense of humour! His encouraging demeanor has helped myself and the other riders feel more comfortable on the bikes (some having never ridden a manual bike) and as a result be able to progress. Highly recommend this riding school.

Fantastic experience: I took the 4-day DAS course recently and made it through thanks to Kenny’s guidance and experience. He is a great instructor who not only teaches you all the skills needed get your license, but the “real-world” tips and best practices that go beyond the tests. Part of the Mod 1 training takes place at the actual test centre so no surprises on the day. Kenny is a gent and class act, and I'd highly recommend to all.

Negative experience: Very unhappy how I have been dealt with throughout my last visit for one my cbt completion date was noted as 2 years in the future & they wanted me to pay for the new copy & for 2 I was told over the phone my cbt was on the First of October only to not be notified it was on the 30th of September when I eventually got through to them on the phone after calling for days it's was to late only to be told I will get no compensation or refund.

Fantastic experience: The Moto-pass team of instructors are great at making people feel welcome and at ease. Great instructions and encouragement throughout the day and for an added bonus my instructor Steve ran us through module 1 manoeuvres in the carpark. Had a great day.

Fantastic experience: I didn't get my cbt certificate this time but the teachers are truly amazing and great at making you feel comfortable and calm. This was my first time ever using a motor vehicle of any kind and I decided to go straight for a manual bike. While I didn't get the certificate this time after making a couple of mistakes on the road, I'm confident I'll only get better the more I go back and revisit the cbt with them. It was an incredibly fun experience, Thank you for an amazing day!

Just a great instructor, calm and with his wealth of knowledge and experience sets you up for the best chance to pass on your first go. For mod 1 you actually get to practice at the test center so on the day it’s a breeze. Real personal touch. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 - thoroughly recommended!!! (CBT & DAS) Having not been on a bike for nearly 10 years (crash knocked my confidence on two-wheels), I booked up my CBT with Moto-Pass - and never looked back. The whole team were brilliant. Tracey was extremely responsive before-hand with the emails/calls. On the day, Paul immediately made me feel comfortable on the bike, talked me through everything, and made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. Fast forward 2 months and I was starting my DAS training with Kenny. Kenny is just brilliant. From the moment I arrived he made me feel welcome and my confidence on the bike instantly sky-rocketed with his advice, tips and knowledge. He’ll have you laughing with his stories and jokes as you’re riding along in no-time! It was clear from day-one that Kenny doesn’t just teach you how to pass your test, but that he teaches you how to be a better - and most importantly, safer - rider for life. And it paid off - I passed both MOD1 and MOD2 without any faults! Fantastic experience: I done my cbt with these guys last year and returned to do my a2 best decision I’ve made the tools and advice they give you is everything you need to pass any bike test. Within the 4 day course I became more confident than ever on a bike and I learned so many new skills to be a safer rider will recommend to everyone and anyone who’s looking to pass their bike test first time even with little to no experience

Fantastic experience: Spent the day with team getting my CBT in prep for my direct access. Tracy for the morning DT for the afternoon. To say they know their stuff would be an understatement, they are committed and informative, the physical riding instruction and classwork work is outstanding. I'm yet to know if I pass or fail today, but regardless the outcome, supporting my development for riding, this team tick all the boxes! 100% recommended.

Easy to book and we’re very flexible to my needs Our final day took place with Dave who was friendly (First time meeting) and just as friendly and knowledgable as Kenny Would direct any friend, customer or colleague to Moto pass without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. From passing my CBT and not having great confidence, Kenny managed to turn that around within a day of my 4 day DAS course. The level of knowledge and expertise the team have is second to none and it really shows when it comes to the exam. If you want to be safe when riding and know more than what you need to pass your test I would strongly recommend giving these guys a visit!

Fantastic experience: I’ve contacted Mottopass on recommendation and was traveling from the north side of the river to get to know roads around Erith test centre. Local knowledge and teaching experience of Kenny made DAS course effortless and passed both tests first time. Highly recommended !!!

Fantastic experience: Found Moto-Pass, and thus Tracey and Kenny, via a recommendation from J & S in Eltham. After great initial comms and advice from Tracey about what they did and all the stages and requirements to get a full licence, I booked my CBT with them. A good day's training and riding followed and the CBT was passed. Then onto Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests for the DAS. And that's where you meet Kenny! Kenny has a very interesting background and life experience, but most importantly a real passion for motorcycling. This comes across when you're out training with Kenny and his patience, encouragement, sense of humour, knowledge and tips all combine to give the rider the right environment to learn and all the tools to pass their tests. The bikes used are of high standard and meticulously maintained and access to the Erith test centre to practice the off-road manoeuvres provides a great advantage. The phrase 'easy to pass, easy to fail' that Kenny tells you at least three times a day, will live with me forever! Oh and you get to go to some proper caffs' for lunch'! I passed both Mod tests and would have no hesitation in recommending Moto-Pass to any learner riders. Importantly I've been set up really well to confidently and safely ride a big bike. Thanks Kenny and Tracey!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are fantastic, really money well spent. I hadn't used a bike for about 4 years but wanted to do my CBT before I did my direct access. Compared to other trainers, this training was really in depth, plenty of time spent on theory and plenty of time spent in practice, it is a full day. By the time you actually go out on the road you feel so prepared that the road assessment actually feels easy by comparison! Would 100% recommend for new and seasoned riders.

Negative experience: Booked up a test and was unable to make appointment spoke to them on the phone to ask what they was able to do about it was told nothing and had phone put down on me robbed for 155 right before Christmas shot me strait out of a job I had lined up for Christmas no call back no sympathy just rude Yes yous

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT with someone else and when I wanted to do my full licence training I returned to them for an assessment of my abilities before I could even book a course, I didn't feel comfortable with the guy or the bike and felt very pessimistic about my chances of getting a full licence, I looked around and found moto pass so I sent an email inquiring about a 5 day course and mentioned I wasn’t very confident after my riding abilities after the assessment at the other place, Kenny phoned me and we had a chat which gave me the confidence to book a course. I’d been riding a 125 for the best part of a year and felt I was okay on that, but I still clearly had much to learn to pass the mod 1 and 2, from the start Kenny gave me good advice and tips on how to improve, after a while my confidence grew as many of the mistakes I was making had been pointed out to me and I had corrected them, I also found out about a few of the local café’s along the way. One of the great things about moto pass is that Kenny booked the Erith test centre for 2 days for us to practice our mod 1 skills, so when it come to the test we knew the centre very well which gave us confidence, me and my fellow trainee pasted first time with no trouble, we then had about a week before our mod 2 which if I’m honest I didn’t really expect to pass the first time as I was still nervous about roundabouts, but clearly Kenny taught me well as I passed with only 2 minors, both of which were approaching roundabouts too slow, I was surprised when I was told I’d past as I thought I made a few bad mistakes, so even if you think it’s all over you might be surprised!

Fantastic experience: I passed my test 30 years ago but hadn’t ridden for 28 (following an accident and then a baby..other priorities!). I wanted to get back to motorcycling but felt I needed a refresher. Moto Pass was recommended to me so I booked a CBT day. It did feel daunting as I didn’t know what to expect but the moment I walked into the classroom and received a warm welcome from Tracey, I felt relaxed. The whole day, start to finish was well structured and full of all the important ‘need to know’ stuff. We went out in the playground with Steve to get used to the bike, slow manoeuvres, figure of 8’s, emergency stop etc and it all came back to me. All through, Steve was the perfect instructor; patient, encouraging and knowledgeable. I felt in good hands and when we went out on the road for 2 hrs with radio contact, Steve rode behind instructing our riding and pointing out where we could improve. When we got back to the training school we were issued our certificates and I knew I’d gone to the right place. If you are just starting out on a motorcycle or need a refresh like me, I highly recommended Moto Pass. They will help you every step of the way. Their knowledge and experience is second to none and they will help you achieve your goal!

Fantastic experience: Did a 'Conversion' CBT at Moto-Pass moving on from riding a scooter to geared bike. I was pretty nervous but instructor Steve was great - super patient when I made mistakes, no tellings off and always really good humoured - brilliant. My clutch control (which was initially awful!) came on leaps and bounds during the day. Really chuffed - will be going back when I do A1. Thanks!

I also did my cbt with them last year and again I had a great experience then! Kenny is a great teacher that helps prepare you for your tests and keep you safe on the road.

Fantastic experience: I carried out both my CBT and 4-day DAS course with Moto-Pass. Firstly every instructor at the CBT were friendly, professional and good at teaching, I came away from the day with my CBT after never riding a geared motorcycle - this felt like a fun day out opposed to a teaching course, really enjoyed it. 2 months later my DAS course... I sat this with Kenny from Motto Pass who I honestly can't speak highly of enough - what a genuine lovely bloke who knew his stuff, actually making the teaching/training element of the course fun - in my opinion with a fun teacher comes listening and understanding and this is why I believe I passed my full motorcycle license first time. I am 100% sure the student I carried out the course with will agree with all my points above! Sad it's over... do stay in touch Kenny, and I will see you on the roads when my partner comes round to the idea of me getting a big motorbike :D

Fantastic experience: Tracy got me through CBT first time. 17 months and lots of riding later, Kenny got me through Mods 1 and 2 first time with just 1 minor. And the Erith centre is supposed to be one of the hardest in the country to get a pass. Daves 1 and 2 both helped. These people are seriously knowledgeable, enormously experienced, and very good at what they do. I can still hear Kenny's voice in my headphone explaining just what I did wrong at the last junction/roundabout and why it would be a fail, and Dave 2's advice to talk to myself through Mod 2. I don't think any team could have done a better job - huge thanks to all of you.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure of being trained by Tracey on what could only be described as a proper British day ( Rainy) but at least I can say we did it in the pouring rain. However regardless of how miserable the day was she kept the spirits and standards high and made the training enjoyable and professional through out and that was until we parked the Bikes. Her expertise was spot on and I took away a lot with me. Would I recommend? YES! Without a doubt. And I’m coming back for my A2 license.

Negative experience: Not worth it. The instructors did not instruct you properly whilst leaving you (as new driver) and helping others more. I was told to go to lunch, come back and see him teaching the other two in my group for an extra 30mins. And then saying he didn’t have enough time to continue doing only the minimal amount of time to do everything. Instructing some to follow rules and not caring if others do follow the rules.

Super thorough, brutally honest with feedback which ultimately gave clear direction on areas to improve and focus - to be safe more than just learning to pass the tests. When on the bikes instructions were short, clear and easy to follow. All round nice guy with a good story or two to tell! And passed all tests first time.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the Module 1 and 2 courses, and have nothing but high praise and respect for the instruction received from Kenny Brookes. He is a very experienced rider and has an impeccable attention to detail which served to improve my riding skill. Kenny is very passionate about motorcycles and teaching riders how to be safe for years to come. It’s a great feeling to have passed both tests but more assuring knowing that I am a better rider for taking the courses, regardless of the test results. Despite having had a CBT for several years and regarding myself a decent rider; there was quite a learning curve in terms of technique, awareness, forward planning, and Highway Code application. Kenny coached me through that process, and I have a much deeper appreciation for the elements and skill required in safely operating a motorcycle on the road.

Fantastic experience: Had my CBT 2 days ago, the instructors were super friendly and helpful. I told them i had never been on the road before but had some knowledge due to being passenger for so long. They were super helpful in teaching me the things i was not sure about. Fantastic experience: What an amazing place and experience to do your CBT. They teach you everything you need to know before you go on the road. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to do your CBT to go here. Its run by a lovely woman and man. I didn't mind spending the extra £30 more then other place, as I know I will get taught to the highest standard and rather save £30 and probably be in an accident due to lack of knowledge. They make sure you are good enough before you go on the road, and even if your not at first, they will keep teaching you until you and them are happy. I would 100% go back and would recommend to everyone. They have I think like 70 years of experience, however it could be more. I'm so glad I have done my CBT with this company. Keep you the excellent training.

Fantastic experience: Top training school. Did my CBT, geared conversion course with Tracey and Mod 1 and 2 with Kenny and passed the full license on my first attempt. If you turn up with the right attitude they will get you riding safely and coach you through the tests in a lot of detail. Kenny is really passionate and knew how to drill those good habits into me so I'll remain safe on the roads. Thanks again Tracey and Kenny - I really enjoyed the course :-)

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my Mod 2 exam first time with just two minor faults! And my Mod 1 was a clean sheet! The other guy I was training with also passed both elements first time. Two weeks ago I had ZERO experience on a motorcycle. I had my CBT with Steve, Dave and Tracey who recommended I take the 5-day DAS and I am glad I took their advice as the 4-day I had booked would not have been enough. Kenny does the DAS element with a firm but fair approach. He will let you know your mistakes and explain the risk/cost "That'll be a fail on the day, they'll have you back, £225" or "If you do that when there's something there, they'll knock you off, and it will be bad". And that should be all the motivation you need to listen to what he tells you. There are very few instructors out there with the knowledge, experience, contacts and resources that Kenny has. I seriously believe that this is your best chance at a pass. You will understand what I mean when he takes you to practice the Mod 1. Some advice... don't oversell yourself when they ask your experience, it's not a competition and if you get on a big bike before you're ready, well it's your time and money you will be wasting cos you won't be learning anything for the first half a day apart from how stupid you are.... read the material they send you and watch the videos. Remember, you have handed over a large amount of money to learn from these guys (and it is worth every penny) so listen to them! You wouldn't hand over £20 to a barber and then sit down and cut your own hair, would you?

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT test with Tracey and Dave, they were both first class teachers . I did off road dirt biking for many years when I was younger doing jumps and wheelies and thought I knew how to ride safely but they taught me how to ride correctly and safely . Well worth doing a day's CBT test with them. Would Def recommend doing. I'm going back to do my full test when I get time .

Fantastic experience: Great training on skills and confidence on a bike. Kenny, our instructor was firm and fair with instruction and teaching both of us how to get it right. I only have a week experience on a 125cc gear bike. By the time I got on the road, I gained confidence fast as I was able to really ride a big bike. Passed my DAS module 1 & 2 first time. Great day, very enjoyable and totally worth it. Would recommend to anyone wishing to learn to ride.

Fantastic experience: Great time training with Kenny. Sailed through my Mod 1 & Mod 2 thanks to him, great teacher. Having time in the same paddock we took our Mod 1 was a massive help, I felt I knew the course by heart giving me a lot of confidence. Definitely recommend Moto-Pass to all riders.

Fantastic experience: Done my CBT on the 15/3/20. Upon initially booking the test I received confirmation of payment, location dets & timings amongst other things. All very helpful. On the morning I parked just inside the gates after they opened at 08.00 (email clearly explains this) and there is plenty of parking. The classroom is located in the school which is further easily signposted with Moto-Pass. There were three of us in the class and our instructor was a lady named Tracey. First thoughts on the classroom was that it was spacious,plenty of light,clean tables and chairs geared towards the large projector aimed towards the wall, plenty of different sized helmets if needed and also PPE of all sizes ie Gloves,Jackets, Trousers etc.There was also free complimentary tea/coffee/milk/sugar facilities set up in the classroom with hand sanitizer and kitchen towel.Clean toilet facilities were also available. We went over some classroom based criteria with Tracey - this covered anything from safety of PPE, road conditions,bike safety and much more. I’m normally very bored by this kind of thing but I found Tracey very easy to listen to and it came across very informative, even picking up a few things I wasn’t aware of previously. Out then onto the bikes (I was a manual 125cc Yamaha and had absolutely no motorcycle experience). We started off with Tracey giving a full breakdown operationally of how the bike works, each functionality and clear instructions on the need/use of each feature. We then started with the basics, stop and start before moving off straight under control and breaking. This progressed into slow moving turns, figure of 8 and so on. I found Traceys guidance and patience very helpful, esp at the start when it was quite overwhelming and new to me. She has a way of breaking it down easily, in a manner that is easy to understand and in turn I caught onto what was needed. This went on for a good while until we had a brief classroom/toilet break before going back out to the yard. We then moved onto how to shift up and down through the gears before incorporating this into emergency stops and left/right turns. Simulating road traffic conditions was next were we then used everything from lane positioning at corners, left and right turns while moving up and down through the gears, emergency stops further positioning. I initially struggled through this but tracey was very helpful, encouraging and giving me some pointers on how I can develope. Part of the process is learning from mistakes and she helped me overcome them to be honest. After this, we moved back into the classroom where we went over road safety, bike positioning, vehicle menouvers, observational techniques etc After this we then went out for a 2 hour session of riding on the road in pairs that was staggered so everyone got their allocated times. I was very nervy. We went out on the open road, streets, high street, cul de sacs, hill starts, U-Turns etc basically any kind of road you would normally come across incl roundabouts. I don’t normally do reviews but such was a great job I felt from start to finish with Moto-Pass and in particular Tracey, I felt I had to. Everything trained on from the very start to finish was implemented at the end of the day on the road. I received a few pointers with encouragement and guidance on how to improve which I was able to do. Luckily Tracey was very patient and willing to assist as myself and another lad would have struggled otherwise. At the end of the day I spoke with the other two people on the course. They like myself really enjoyed it. It was great to generally get out on the road but I have to say a massive thank you to tracey. Her way of teaching (from someone in that kind of background myself so I know how difficult it can be) is very welcoming, easy to understand and nothing was too much trouble for her. I’d absolutely recommend Moto-Pass to all, I’ve already passed onto two friends. I’ll definitely be back to do the DAS course.

Fantastic experience: Had Dave in the morning in the academy grounds and Tracey in the afternoon on the roads for CBT. Both were fantastic, patient, guiding and highly professional. The whole experience was great and I felt very safe with Tracey guiding us step-by-step through the London streets. You can expect them to be direct with constructive feedback, which is exactly what you want on a bike with so little protection and so many hazards. Would highly recommend as they are not an outfit that will give a CBT without you showing you can ride safely, which is paramount.

Negative experience: Done the CBT with them with a group of 4 trainee. Most of the time our instructor was Dave and for sure he is the best guy as an instructor. Very nice guy, easygoing, warm and always willing to teach. At the end of the course which is on-road experience, Tracey took over 2 of us (unfortunate!!!) and the other 2 went with Dave. At the end of almost two hours riding experience, us returned with sullen face however the group of Dave’s was smiling and obviously very happy about the experience they had. I’m not in a position to judge the skills of any instructor, I’m sure all of them are good at what they are doing but I can say the way they communicate is definitely different. Tracey is very far from being considerate. While the other group was enjoying their riding, we were stressed out whole time because of Tracey’s never-ending criticism and harshness. As a result of that, we failed but the other group passed, no surprise!! In short, stick with Dave and stay away from Tracey.

Fantastic experience: I have used Moto Pass for my past two CBT training sessions and spent my last 4 years riding a scooter so have had no experience of a manual big bike. I plucked up the courage to take the DAS test and with Kenny’s knowledge and experience passed first time last week I had only been riding a manual bike for 4 days! Moto pass teach you to pass your test and pass it SAFELY. I cannot thank Kenny and Tracey enough for their help and would recommend Moto Pass to any budding motorcyclists.

Latest course done with Steve from Moto-pass, extremely patient and knowlegeable and makes doing the course extremely enjoyable, so much so that i have now booked my DAS with them for Feb. I would whole heartedly recommend Moto-Pass for any of your biking corse requirements. Undoubtedly the best in the business..

Fantastic experience: Really learnt alot and felt saver since day 1 training. The standards are very high, but meant that I passed my tests with flying colours. This is the best training school I have come across and they spend loads of time preparing you for the test and also afterwards. I wouldn't recommend anybody else as they go above and beyond and the proof is in the pudding. Kenny takes pride in his job as a trainer and that rubs off onto you to really enjoy riding the safest way possible and in future. Thank you very much for the great training you have given me. Will recommend you always.

Fantastic experience: A 5 star review would not make it justice! I wish I was exaggerating, but the reality is that I had a lot of bad habits to be ironed out and Kenny did just that. I can't thank him enough for his patience and perseverance when it came to teaching me, but politeness and repetition made me a better rider. Passed the first time and I owed this to Mr kenny and miss Tracey. Thank you ✊✊✊

I didn't want just an instructor to take me out for a ride but someone to teach me how to make my riding safer and help me with the tests. This is what I got so I was really happy with choosing them. Fantastic experience: I successfully passed my A2 licence on a Yamaha MT-07 which is a gorgeous bike to learn and ride. Mr. Kenny added a throtle restriction if I remember right and that helped me to not flip the bike in case of a mistake but I still had that 700cc power. I did my CBT with him and I live in Wembley so I said "why not doing my A2 with him aswell?" I was in between taking another CBT because it was about to expire and to wait until February so I preferred to take my A2. I highly recommend him! Btw: learn roundabouts before going to practice.
