From the very start, they’ve been incredibly encouraging, especially as I faced some challenges along the way. Today’s pre-test and practice ride were invaluable, particularly with Mark’s coaching. While Mark mentioned it was the easiest module, I found it more challenging and made a few mistakes. Having been a bit disappointed with my performance in Module One, Jim’s advice to carry on was exactly what I needed to keep going and build my confidence. Fantastic experience: Amazing instructors!! Had my A1 license for a while which I did with another training company several years ago and remember not enjoying the training process at all! My partner recommended M&C so I booked my 3 day DAS training so I could achieve my full A license. Mark and Jim were really lovely and Jim my instructor made me feel very comfortable and at ease the whole time! Having the mod 1 course set up already at the training centre made it so much easier to practice the mod 1 layout and helps to prepare you for the real test. Jim made sure I felt comfortable and confident with each part of the training and went over any parts I felt unsure about before the test days. The whole experience was really positive and I highly recommend M&C motorcycle training if you’re wanting to do your full bike test. Especially if you’re quite a nervous over-thinker like me! Fantastic experience: If I could give Mark & Co at MC Training a sixth star, I would. Absolutely brilliant all round. The instructors are all very knowledgable and had me riding to a great standard within a matter of days. They’re great company, also. Uniquely, they’ve a plot on a disused runway, meaning they’ve got plenty of space for a proper Mod 1 circuit to practice/ do mock tests on. Coming from London, where every company hires a tiny school car park, this was a game changer. When it came to Mod 2, they made sure I knew all the likely test routes by heart. West Sussex/Hampshire is also a lovely part of the world to do the course. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks chaps!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Mark and Blake enough. Both really kind and patient people, they really care about training people. I had a really bad experience with a different company a month back and so was very anxious when it came to the CBT in general, and had lost confidence on a bike. I was with Blake the majority of the day, I had trouble with being on a geared bike so did it on an automatic moped instead. Was much easier and less scary, Blake was patient and kept my nerves low and confidence up. Very good communication throughout the training and by the time I got on the road I had most of my confidence back and felt relaxed Because of the amazing instructors at M&C motorcycle training I was able to "pass" and gain my CBT certificate Thank you again guys!

Fantastic experience: What can I say, just brilliant, got my DAS completed within a month. Training facilities for mod 1 can't be any better, Mark and Jim were easily going, the training itself teaches you all you need to go trough your mod 1 and 2 without any problem. Would recommend to anyone looking to get there DAS completed. And as a bonus, they also came nearly 400£ cheaper than other school, but in this case cheaper actually meant better. They look at you as people instead of just seeing money. Keep up like this and soon will be the leading motorcycle school down in Portsmouth.

Fantastic experience: Well here's my story. After passing my theory on a Thursday, Mark booked me straight in for the CBT on the Friday which I passed. I found the CBT was perfectly timed and covered everything. It allowed us to gain the confidence on the training ground before hitting the road. The DAS course started the following week (monday) and within a week I'd passed both the module 1 & 2. All within 9 days total which is truly amazing. Mark and Jim provide top class training in order to prepare you for the modules, and equally make the situation more relaxing with banter. Trust me its needed to make the modules even more enjoyable. Value for money is perfect compared to other known companies, but you do not forfit the quality of instruction as a result. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks for getting me back on 2 wheels. The following day after passing I decided why wait. Buy this now and enjoy life

Fantastic experience: Mark is a great teacher and solid bloke. Picked up loads of tips and tricks. Mod 1 training on the Saturday all went great, Mark made it very simple and straightforward. Passed the test on the Wednesday, mod 2 wasn’t for another 4 weeks but Mark got me a cancellation for the next day! Started early took me through the routes and helped me smash through everything. Managed to get my A2 license within a week! Will be coming back in a few years for my A license. Couldn’t recommend enough, great fun experience and very competitive price! Thank you Mark! Oakley

Negative experience: Highly not recommended. The instructor could be more professional. The intercom in the helmet was not working correctly, and in the end, he found ridiculous reasons not to issue CBT (which was not supposed to be an exam, they told is just training). After, he referred to buying extra hours and paying extra money and call to Mark. And not just to me but to everyone on this day. And anyway, the motors are old and damaged, and they broke down during training. There is also no toilet. Try it if you feel like it, but you will only lose money like so many people. I passed in Portsmouth two years ago, and it was incomparably better. Please think twice before you pay.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place for motorcycle training. From the start to the finish all trainers were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I did my CBT with another company but did my A2 licence with Mark and you can see the difference in those who care about producing good safe riders and those who want a quick buck.
