Fantastic experience: Thanks To LDC from the office staff. Sorting me out with the correct riding gear and booking my training then CBT with Andy Mod 1 Mod 2 with Dave and Alex all went smooth and happy for me don't no how but I passed it all .. proving there good if they trained me .

Made the day as enjoyable as it could be considering it rained all day but came away with a lot more knowledge and a smile on my face. Incredible training school, completed my DAS including CBT here although I had never ridden before. All of the instructors are incredibly patient, with a huge wealth of experience, knowledge and a passion for riding. They treat you as an individual and give you time and attention, I felt safe and supported at all times. Fantastic experience: I have used this company for my CBT renewals for years. The staff have always been friendly. I just wanted to give a special heads up to Matt and Adam (apologies his name may not be Adam I can't remember exactly what his name was) my CBT the other day was very enjoyable. Plus all the other instructors I have been taught by over the year.I am now looking forward to my A2 DAS in the coming weeks.

Fantastic experience: I did my 2nd CBT on a wet and windy Sunday which I was slightly worried about but, the 2 instructors, Aaron and Matt were amazing. They made me and the rest of the group feel very welcome with their jokes throughout the day, usually aimed at me. I can't recommend them enough and I will be going back to complete further training. Fantastic experience: I've ended up doing my cbt a bunch of times due to lockdown and general laziness about getting my full licence! LDC have always been great-nice relaxed approach but still with a focus on the details. Great with general tips on riding and safety. They're really encouraging with complete novices and aren't patronising with more experienced riders. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience all round. Instructor I had was Aaron, who was friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and helped to put myself and the other trainee at ease to get us settled into the day quickly. This was the third time I have completed CBT motorcycle training. Previous 2x with another training firm. This time was far superior in the quality of instruction, bikes and helmet intercom system. All instructions and advice were given clearly. Will definitely be using this firm when booking for my full license in the future. Plenty of reminder emails/texts about my booking in advance, which is helpful for scatterbrained people like myself. Very happy with the training I received, highly recommend.

I’ve ridden bikes quite a bit but there was one young girl who’d never ridden or driven, and I just can’t believe how well the team got her going and comfortably. Positive experience: Visited LDC as they put on an event BBQ for people who had passed their motorbike tests and generally a meet of bikers. Never been before although daughter passed with instructor last year Good to keep in contact. Good accessories in the shop and choice of clothing hence only 4 stars as didn't really have proper look, but what we saw very good. Good gathering, one down side NO veggie burgers

Fantastic experience: Recently did my DAS course with LDC and what a great experience. Decided to go with them after seeing their many positive reviews and so glad I did. Professional setup and very knowledgeable instructors. My brother had done his DAS course with another training school just last year and I had so much more bike time on the road with LDC than he did. Special thanks to both James and Alex who were brilliant from start to finish and thanks to them I managed to pass both my MOD 1 & 2 first time. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Cant recommend LDC more highly, i have used them over several years to renew my CBT, each time they were brilliant, instructors and office staff are all amazing and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me achieve my full bike license, even when I left it till the last minute and the test centre cancelled my tests several times, the amazing office staff worked hard to get me other dates ASAP. Thank you so much LDC, I will be a little sad not to see you all again, although I will look forward to bumping into you all at your free burger Saturdays.

Fantastic experience: Passed my CBT with LDC yesterday. Despite the hot weather, the wonderful instructors, Aaron and Matt, made myself and the other riders incredibly comfortable. Plenty of on-site training, and loads of banter, making me a lot less nervous. I hadn't ridden for roughly a year so my confidence wasn't completely there, but the instructors were very reassuring and patient. Both were incredibly knowledgeable, and between them had some awesome tips and tricks to help. Went out on the road with Aaron and another rider, and had a super fun time, even in the heat! Thanks again to both, and I am looking forward to returning for my MOD 1 & 2 when the time is right (hopefully soon!). ♡ I highly recommend to anyone looking to get out there!!

The girls in the office are super friendly and helpful and the lads doing the training are a good laugh and really good and making the experience fun and exciting I couldn't of asked for more. Fantastic experience: First off, apoligies to the staff at LDC for leaving my review so late, been a bit hectic. I 100% recommend LDC for CBT & DAS courses, I did my CBT a while back with Andy and Martin and it properly set me up for the year and a bit I spent on my 125. After the time on the 125 I decided I'd go and get my full license, and had an equally great experience. I had the pleasure of being taught by James for the bulk of my training and he's a great instructor who will really help you improve with specific things you need to pass your test and be a safer rider in general, whilst at the same time making it fun and putting you at ease. On the day of my mod 2 I had refresher training from Alex and Dave as well and they are also great instructors, I had definitely regressed a bit from riding the 125 for a few weeks between my mod 1 and mod 2 but these two quickly ironed out any bad habbits. Guys in the shop are also super friendly and helpful as well, personally dealt with Joanne, Tasha and Jon, you'll feel welcome and have all the cuppas you want. Finally got around to upgrading to a sweet SV650S this week and it wouldn't be possible without the team at LDC so cheers!

Fantastic experience: I completed my CBT yesterday, with James and I cannot speak highly enough of him or LDC. Having never rode a bike before, I was a little nervous when I arrived but James quickly came out to great me and settle me down so fast. His tuition was second to none and I very quickly gained my confidence. Gone were the nerves and excitement took its place, I didn't want to came back in from the road ride. I will be calling LDC tomorrow about doing my DAS course and hopefully I am paired with James again. 100% would recommend to anyone want to do their bike test. Fantastic experience: Great group of instructors. Went for my second CBT and the whole day was a blast. Very welcoming and accepting to new riders, even tho i had ridden a motorbike before I still learnt new things from the training and trainers. Ready for any questions you throw at them and I will definitely be going back to them to progress through my bigger bike training.

Fantastic experience: Completed my Cbt here first with Aaron ( it was a while ago, so I think that was his name). Very nice bloke, made you feel welcome and love the banter/vibe, we got through a lot of information, but he knew when to have a laugh and when to be serious, in the classroom and during the training/road ride. Highly recommend him as your instructor. You will not be disappointed. After then speaking to the awesome office staff (they are all lovely and offer you a drink everytime, bless em ) I had my DAS booked, 3 day course which consists off training day 1 who i did with the lovely Ros i beleive, another very good instructor she knew what she was talking about and any issues you was struggling with she was sure to help instruct you through the problem. Ros was feeling a little under the weather that day, but she still pulled through, and i appreciated that even though she didn't have to . Next up was my Day 2 with mod 1 test, i was with James this day and another top bloke and such a good teacher, everything you do he gives feedback on and if your unsure on something he knew the answer. After finally passing my mod1, it was a mod 2 test on Day 3, which was your on-road test. For this day, i had Alex, whom i got on really well with. He gave me some great feedback on some bad habits and things that i was doing that could mess my test up. I'm taking all this onboard. i smashed my test and am now sitting here with my new license, which i worked hard to get and couldn't have done without these guys. Every one of them are super nice people and make you feel welcome and relaxed if you are nervous. Any training, please use LDC. You will not regret it. If i could give 10 stars, i would. Will hopefully pop up for a one weekend!

Fantastic experience: Very good trainers, as long as you take their advice and listen you will pass. Very happy with the team. Didn't pass mod 2 first time but took advice and passed 2nd time but was due to nerves not training. Even when I didn't pass the trainers were very reassuring

Fantastic experience: At first I was nervous as to what the instructors and staff would be like as it was my first time taking a cbt training with them. But shortly after arriving I came to realise they are a nice and friendly bunch. Not only were they very helpful throughout the training but could also have good laughs and good fun throughout the day. They taught me things I never got taught at the previous place I used to take my cbt at and in ways where it would be easy to understand and get the hang of. Overall I had the best experience taking a cbt with them and had even purchased a motorcycle and helmet from the showroom they have. The staff there we also extremely friendly and kind and helped with everything from booking the cbt to making purchases with them and finding what bike and helmet would be right for me. 10/10 recommend will definitely be coming here should I progress to full licence or should need to purchase anything else and will recommend to anyone I know.Also you get a 10% discount in the showroom for taking a cbt with them and get a voucher if you purchase a bike with them (which also come under a warranty) big plus in my opinion as we didn’t have that in the last place I’d been. Overall I’m super happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience! I started the course in March to pass all stages to gain my full motorbike licence which I completed on 08-05-2024 at the age of 60 (never to late to start riding a motorbike) LDC Falcon were a fantastic company, right from the start with all there help and advice along my motorbike journey! All the instructors throughout the course were just so helpful and knowledgable a credit to LDC Falcon. I now have completed my dream and have just purchased a Harley Davidson Sport Glide WHAT A BIKE !!! I would certainly recommend LDC Falcon to anyone who is thinking of doing the motorbike training a 5 star company!

Fantastic experience: I would 150% recommend LDC From start to finish it has been absolutely great. Booked a das over the phone with short notice but the girls in the office managed to get me straight in. All the instructors are really really good, friendly and love what they do. I've done training with Aaron CBT ,Roz das, Alex das and james das all have been great couldn't meet a better bunch of people. The girls in the office are diamonds, they have managed to work around my job (hgv driver) and get my test dates for when it suited my boss with getting me back local to the area. Mod 1 was at Burton even though I failed thanks to my self and nerves. the examiners there are spot on and a really clean immaculate test centre. Mod 2 was taken at Shrewsbury again examiner was spot on nothing like the horror stories you hear about examiners. Big thanks to LDC I've managed to come away with a full licence Really have enjoyed the riding with all of the instructors I've been with. There can't be many riding schools you can go out on training like your out with your mates and even stop for a McDonald's before your test thanks James lol Will be seeing you all again soon on your burger day. Hopefully il have you some more Belgian chocolates for the girls in the office if I get a trip out again next week :) I could go on forever about how good everything and everyone is but your best booking and see for yourself you won't be disappointed. Fantastic experience: What a great team - I did my DAS course, so CBT, Mod 1 & Mod 2 with them. Never ridden a bike before so the course was CBT day, 1 day big bike training, Mod1 (morning training before) then Mod 2. A lot to take in but, really knowledgable and supportive instructors. Had a bit of a wobble on my mod 1 but the guys soon got me back on track. Highly recommended! Good access to space and facilities and decent bikes - great prices too.

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant day! Today my partner and I completed our CBT. Andy settled our nerves straight away giving us confidence doing our slow manoeuvres. Then Andy and tony took us out into the big wide world, giving us confidence and advise on how to behave in public. 100% recommend LDC Burton for completing bike tests their knowledge is next to none, we hope to do our big boy test in the future with LDC.

Fantastic experience: I completed my CBT last week and I had an amazing time. I was nervous about how the day would go but it was great. Aaron was a brilliant instructor throughout, always kind and patient with myself and the other student. I felt like I had all of the information needed and the time to practice before heading out onto the road, giving me the confidence to ride safely. I will be booking in to complete my DAS training in due course. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: My experience with LDC was brilliant from start to finish. I'd done my CBT the year before with a different training school and was going to do my DAS with them but had a change of heart due to the instructor’s approach there (critiquing, rather than helping / training). So, I decided to just ride my 125 for a year to teach myself and build confidence. Realising I couldn’t do this forever, I went online and called LDC on the basis that they were local, but moreover, the strength of these Google reviews. And now I'm very pleased to be able to add one. My first day of training was with James and the following two days were with Dave. Both are excellent and really know how to put you at ease, help you to learn quickly, and not overthink things too much. They’re clearly very experienced and adapt their style to the students they have, rather than following a checkbox format. All 3 days with them were great and I had a lot of fun learning. Nothing felt stressful or as though we had to stick to a particular agenda, which made the rides out fun. My MOD1 was quite funny, as I went completely the wrong way around the cones (I don’t understand cones, or left from right) but I managed to bag a pass. I’d built up the MOD2 in my head to be a lot more than it was (sometimes watching YouTube doesn’t help). I’m a naturally nervous person but Dave did the best job of calming me down beforehand, to the point I could relax enough, and even enjoy it. I can’t thank them enough and am planning to do some Enhanced Rider Training with Dave, as I think my learning starts rather than ends here. The office staff are also all lovely and Tasha makes an excellent cup of coffee Many thanks indeed to everyone at LDC for a highly positive experience. They all deserve more than 5 stars.

Starting something new can feel incredibly daunting. However the instructors put me right at ease from day one. I completed the DAS course in under a month which was perfect. Fantastic experience: My CBT was with Andy and Tony. They were extremely helpful ! The day went brilliantly even though the weather was on a chilly side The course is very well organized and paced. At no point I was rushed to move onto new things without mastering the previous task. The instructors have great knowledge and skills. I highly recommend doing CBT with LDC!

Fantastic experience: Having done my MOD 1 /2 training elsewhere last year then failing (completely my fault) my MOD 2. I decided I wanted to use another training company . From the Outset LDC were helpful and accommodating. Tasha and Jo got me booked in for My CBT that had lapsed in between ,and then some MOD 2 Training and then the actual test . I had 3 different instructors for the 3 occasions Andy,Alex and Dave and all were as good as each other , non were condescending and only helpful and constructive in what they taught you . Fantastic experience: I completed my CBT and DAS with LDC in January 2024 and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience from start to pass! Very thorough training and the instructors really care about you being safe and ultimately getting that pass! All instructors were friendly and my personal experience was with James who took me for both Mod 1 and 2 and I can’t speak highly enough about the man!! A legend who undoubtedly was the difference for me in getting through my DAS first time! The best endorsement I can give for LDC is that I’ll be booking a DAS for my son next year when he turns 19!

Fantastic experience: I went with my brother to take the CBT a week ago. We had no previous experience with the 125cc. Everyone at LDC is very passionate and kind. Aaron and Ross were, simply put, AMAZING! The teaching skills of these two people are outstanding. Be careful because they'll make you fall in love with motorbikes (we'll go back soon for the DAS). Fantastic experience: Hi just bit of feedback from yesterday 8/3/24, i done my CBT test yesterday on a 125 geared bike, never been on a geared bike in my life before yesterday so i was feeling a little nervous, Roz who was my instructor helped me through it so much and the way she gives the information to you is amazing, didn't take long at all to get my confidence on the bike. Plenty of good tips like the pizza crust on a roundabout and your toppings which will stay with me and at the end of it all i passed!! Gonna have to get that DAS course booked soon now thanks for everything Roz

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed my DAS with LDC. The guys and girls were brilliant from start to finish. Having trained with another school years previous and having a bad experience it put me off carrying on but on the first day of training it was miles apart, you’re not just trained to pass a test here you are given a massive amount of knowledge from the mass array of experience that the instructors hold to be able to ride safely and confidently. Fantastic experience: I went into my CBT today quite nervous thinking I'd need more than a day's work to be able to do everything but both Andy and Tony were so supportive and encouraging, and most of all patient, didn't rush us at all letting us feel comfortable and confident the whole time. I managed to breeze through it all at my own pace. The ride was really fun even though I was quite nervous at the start but I found my rhythm and got my confidence very quickly, we rode for a while round some lovely roads (and some horrible ones, bloody potholes) for a nice relaxing ride round different areas getting us comfortable. Fantastic experience: Got to say hands down the people at LDC are amazing. I did my CBT with them then decided 18 months later to do my direct access. I had alex for my CBT and he was great, explained everything really well and didn't leave anything out of place. On my direct access I had dave and Alex They both were great at telling/showing what I needed to know and what to expect, if I was unsure they had the answer I was looking for. They made everything smooth sailing all the way through and happy to say I passed both mod1 and mod2 first time. Can't forget the ladies at the shop who were there if I needed anything. Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT with Andy and Tony. Really enjoyed the day, the instructors inspired confidence and gave reassurance of what to do when needed. The information given was direct and concise which helped me take it onboard and the pointers given to improve were spot on. Fantastic experience: A few days before Christmas I failed mod 2 in Wolverhampton - main reasons being my nerves let me down, I wasn't used to riding in the rain and I had no access to the bike I was to use other than for a 15-minute warm up in a very small space off road. The examiner was professional but not at all friendly or welcoming. My instructor was good but as lessons kept being changed at short notice and that was unnerving too. so based on Google reviews, my wife contacted LDC and booked a 3-hour assessment session and informed me (in no uncertain terms :) ) that I was off to Burton to complete and pass Mod 2. My first encounter with LDC Jan 3rd. From the outset the service and quality of instruction was far superior to that which I had received in Wolves. Tasha was very welcoming and signposted me to where I needed to head to for my lesson (she also makes a great cup of tea) and as for my instructor Alex, I didn't know that it was possible to be that passionate about motorcycle training! His approach was calm, and reassuring and he managed to convey each kind of error I made in a clear and concise way whilst offering pragmatic solutions. I found his instructions to be firm and clear and this really built up my confidence. As a Uni lecturer I recognize exemplary teaching when I see it and I can honestly say Alex is first class. The lesson went well despite a horrible amount of rain and I left feeling confident about booking a second test - this time in Burton. Tasha provided me with various options, and I chose to go with a 4 hour lesson directly followed by my test (Jan 10th). The next time I met Alex was on test day in freezing conditions. Once again, we went riding and he consistently encouraged me to up my game. After an hour we stopped for a debrief and much to my surprise Alex had recorded the session and proceeded to show me where I could have improved. The second ride was terrible. Not sure if it was the cold or my nerves or that I was just feeling tired but my technique was all over the place. Alex was having none of it and proceeded to transform into a drill Sargent determined to get me through my test. I suspect he probably scared my nerves away due to his insistence on me repeating maneuvers until I minimized the errors. The lesson finished about 20 minutes before the test and Alex looked less than happy :). I asked him what he thought and he informed me that if I got on top of my nerves I would pass (there was an underlying tone of - YOU WILL NOT BE NERVOUS OR ELSE lol). The time for the test arrived and Dave the examiner introduced himself with a big smile and very calmly discussed what it would involve. He made one or two jokes and this really set me at ease - he really was the polar opposite to the examiner in Wolves and I was so grateful. To cut an even longer story short I PASSED with no minors - just the wise words of Alex constantly bashing around my mind! How is this possible you might be wondering? 1. LDC is s truly professional outfit and with customer facing people like Tasha as first point of contact, you will instantly know that you are on to a good thing. 2. Alex is a superb trainer. He is quick to identify issues and to provide solutions. He is very approachable and provides full answers to questions asked and doubts expressed. Whilst riding, everything he says via the intercom is of tremendous value and if the rider does not act on his instruction he will keep drilling them until they do. He is also passionate about what he does and his enthusiasm becomes infectious after a short space of time. The sign of great instructor is that despite their talent and strengths they remain humble as people and without doubt this describes Alex. 3. Dave is a friendly and fair examiner - a consummate professional. I've read mixed reviews about the Burton test centre - all I can say is that the whole experience was first class (from a warm waiting room, to friendly staff and reassuring examiners). Fantastic experience: To say at LDC the intructors are patient would be a huge understatement. They are the most supportive and genuine people who adore what they do and wholeheartedly and honestly want to share that passion and see you succeed. I am by nature an unconfident and anxious person, and I expected to pass my CBT on maybe my 25th try. My instructor, Andy, saw through all my nerves and increased my confidence step by step, and by my 3rd CBT attempt I was out on the roads! I barely even thought about it being a test, only that I was having more fun that I think I might have ever had in my entire life! Because of Andy's belief in my abilities, I came out of that CBT a different person. The fact that there was someone who believed enough in an ability that even I wasn't certain I possessed, meant more to me than I could put into a review. Andy, you are a brilliant instructor and I will be forever grateful! See you in 2 years!

Fantastic experience: Huge thanks to LDC for all their assistance in helping me obtain my bike licence. Special mention for Dave who is honest/patient and a fantastic bloke all round. Thanks also to Alex during MOD1 phase and to Tasha and Joanne in the shop who were always quick to offer brews and something sweet to help warm up during the cold December/January days! Fantastic experience: At the age of 43 I decided it’s time to get a motorbike like I’ve always wanted to so I booked my cbt with ldc and cannot praise them enough. Right from the off it was all kept relaxed with plenty of banter but praise when you’d done something well, all thanks to the clear instructions I received. Fantastic experience: Honestly cannot fault anyone at LDC they are all very kind and knowledgeable, i booked my DAS and with help from Steve, Dave and Alex i passed first time. Fantastic experience: Passed my DAS course yesterday with LDC Burton, re did my CBT with MOD 1 and MOD 2. Can't thank them all enough for the help and getting me on the road. James, Alex and dave were absolutely brilliant, go above and beyond to get you ready for your test. Great bunch of lads, had a great laugh at the same time. And not forgetting the girls in the shop for the great cups of coffee and sorting me out with my new riding gear for the colder days. Fantastic experience: Attended a CBT with Aaron at LDC after having some training elsewhere. Whilst I had no issue with the training at the other place, the booking process was clunky and the availability was poor. Availability for CBT booking can be seen on LDCs website and slots are more numerous due to greater instructor availability. Aaron was very good and helped me relax throughout the day in what were often poor conditions for riding. He has a very relaxed, sensible approach to training whilst ensuring safety is paramount. I shall use LDC for further bike training in the future.

I couldn't thank every one enough at LDC for training and helping me every step of the way with their amazing banter an love for their job. They make you feel like family here! Fantastic experience: Booked a CBT Test with LDC Car & Motorcycle Training. At the start of the day i was all shaking and scared, i had no clue that at the end of all of this training i would leave with a pass. My Instructor (Tony) led me through all the Training, at the start of the day i had no clue how to use a bike, but now i found out that am better than i expected. Fantastic experience: My dad & I had our CBT in preparation for our DAS with Tony the weather was terrible but Tony made the course enjoyable had a laugh though out the whole day and came out with the certificate.
