Fantastic experience: Bought a used z650rs in immaculate condition and in the best colour - Emerald Green. The salesman, Tom, was extremely helpful throughout and kept me up to date for the whole process, even on his days off. Delivery was fitted in around my work schedule and the driver Carl was knowledgeable and very friendly. The whole transaction was extremely professional and I would not hesitate to use them again. Tom and Carl are a credit to the company.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of dealing with these guys. Buying a Rebel 1100 without a viewing. I did everything via phone and email as they were 4 hours away. I was impressed with their complete transparency about a small dent on the bike and how it got there (not their fault, Previous owner hid it from them) We purchased with out any problems and their timeline for service and checks prior to delivery were accurate keeping us updated every step of the way. Delivery was simple, the driver was kind enough to help us jump start the bike as the battery was flat (it happens, no drama). The bike itself was exactly as described and has run and ridden perfectly since we got it. Highly recommend this team for their honesty, communication and humour while still being professional.

We have referred lots of our customers to Preston and they have always pointed them to a bike that meets there requirements in both budget and license requirement's to what they can legally ride. Negative experience: I went to visit the shop today as I love looking at all the motorcycles and I saw my dream r1 and asked one of the salesman how much it was out of curiosity and he was so rude and started saying that I wasn’t old enough to ride and I wouldn’t be able to buy it and sounding quite aggressive ect when all I did was ask for god sake I’m a 17 year old with a dream show some respect

Negative experience: I'm 67 years of age, by far the worst level of service in my entire life. Having passed my bike test this week I went to look at a bike I've had my eye on for 3 months, I've narrowed my search to just 2 bikes in the country one in Preston one in Wolverhampton, my details not taken, no where to sit to discuss possible sale, not offered a drink, hooks given for a possible sale none taken,would not move on price, only offering 12 month warranty which the consumer pays for irradicating the standard 3 month warranty that comes with the used bike, so in other words your just paying for a nine month warranty at 12 month prices, would not allow test drive, had P/x they were not interested in then advised to buy the bike in Wolverhampton. In my humble opinion the bike shop in the back streets of Preston is a disgrace. Whole process was no more than 5 minutes. This business is not worth 1 star on someone looking to spend 6k+.

Fantastic experience: I bought my Keeway from here in June and that process was professional and efficient. Since then, I have had multiple accessories purchases and services etc. and found them to be excellent in every regard. However, this week I feel I need to give them a special mention as my bike was recovered yesterday after being stolen. I took it to the store and with an hour it had been made road worthy (after being hot wired) and legal to ride. I cannot thank the team enough for their customer services, professionalism, advice and kindness. Thank you

Negative experience: Was given a part ex price after supplying photos and a very honest description of my bike via WhatsApp. An hour and a bits ride to the shop and was told part ex would be £1000 less than previously told only the day beforehand and he was pretty rude about the bike as well (I'm guessing it was the manager). Shocking attitude. What do I know though, I've only got 29 years of experience in sales management and customer service. What a waste of a Saturday morning. Oh well, a customer lost and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. Looking forward to their reply!

Fantastic experience: From getting my 125 to currently my BMW S1000r, the team are absolutely great with years of experience and knowledge, Tom and Mark made the purchase feel smooth and when it came to accessories for me and my bike such as RST jeans, an akrapovic exhaust and fitting my handle bar mirrors, Jason and James went above and beyond. Really make you feel at home and non of that pressured sales malarkey. Looking forward to using these guys again as soon as i’ve had enough of my bmw. 100% recommend these guys, if you're looking for your next bike or even accessories.

Negative experience: Only got one set of keys (driver lost the other set they said) so was told (Tom in sales) to get a new set cut and programmed which they would reimburse me for. Had to drive 320 miles in total to get the key cut and programmed which was along days driving and petrol costs. Despite having given him my bank details he now refuses to answer my texts or phone calls as no reimbursement was made. Absolute shambles of a company. BEWARE

Negative experience: I rang up on Monday to inquire about a triumph 675, asked for some service information which the salesman didn't have to hand but he assured me he would ring back in half an hour, 6 hours later I rang again but he hadn't got the information I required, I said as I live in Derbyshire a long way from Preston I don't want to come all the way to find services hadn't been done, I then asked if my partner put £1000 down could you tell me what the payments would be over 60 months, oh we don't do 60 months the bike is to old!! I said really why not? He said the finance company wouldn't allow it ! BUT on the advert it states finance arranged over 60 months, he said it wasn't his fault its the finance company.

I purchased my new bike from them and unfortunately had a couple of issues with the bike itself, they couldn't have been more helpful and put everything right in good time. Easy to get hold of, always call you back when they say and all in all really helpful. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Negative experience: Only posting a public review as received no response from initial complaint 5 weeks ago.. Shocking experience with the service department. I have contacted MotoGB and haven't received a response from the main chain owners neither. If you're not a customer who has purchased a bike, then you can expect the worst type of customer service. Having my bike all day (for fork seals and front brake pads), receiving no update or indication of when it would be finished, trying to get hold of service manager is almost impossible, I ended up driving down to the dealership to see what was going on, to find the service manager holding my bike at ransom because the bill hasn't been paid... yet the bill hadn't even been sent off to the dealership I got the bike from, who had been waiting for the bill to be paid, service manager is atrocious, ignores the phone numerous times when I was upstairs with him, showing he seriously needs help in this department.. clearly can't keep up with the work load. Would never a bike from this branch in the future. Technician Gavin is class, really good bloke who knows his stuff, shame about his manager.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a Kawasaki H2 SX, shopped around a few local dealers and found Preston Motorcycles the best by far. Spoke to Mark on the phone and a few hours later the deal was done without an hassle or issues. On picking the bike up spoke to Tom who completed the hand over without any issues and even had a few cups of coffee while we sorted out the paper work. The staff are great and no hard sell I would definitely recommend Preston Motorcycles over any other dealers in the northwest… nice one thanks

I bought a 68 plate Z1000SX from you about 2months us ago. You messed up the first month by putting the wrong address so it sat in my daughters garage. I eventually got it taxed however I mentioned to your salesperson that I was unhappy with not being fully able to get my feet flat. He said before the sale that they can drop the real suspension and the front forks so I thought ok maybe although I dont like to unsettle factory settings. I paid you cash plus another 100 to put new tyres on as I was told you would only put budget tyres on it beggars belief for a 160 mph bike the most important part that keeps you on the road. I heard nothing and have only done 50 miles on it so I texted your salesman who repeated and also said contact bulldog who can shave the seat for 130 pounds. I asked which is the best option and heard nothing for over a week. I sent a short text saying so much for customer service and receive a text back quote "Christ man I'm on holiday". How am I supposed to know that? I am really sorry I bought this bike as I always rode beemers and never had any issues but thought I would have a change and chose this. I am a mature rider ridden most of my life, I an an advanced rider with Diamond as I rode for NW blood bikes as a rider volunteer so I am experienced. That's why I like things done correctly. I'll await to see if I get a response before putting this on google at the moment you get one star from me and I agree with some of the reviews that you've had my money and that's it

Negative experience: Good to the point of sale then terrible afterwards. Avoid them as they do not honour the warranty on their bikes as I learnt to my cost. Within a year purchasing a bike from them it ran into a few issues and I had to repair it at my cost as they refused to assist. They are con men.

Fantastic experience: My wife bought me the ninja 400 in 2021 from Tom and Mark without me knowing as it was my 50th last year,the help that she had received was 2nd to none. Roll on 12 months and we decided to change for a bike that would suit both of us on a lovely sunny day,we went back to ask there advice as I am a small rider. They had every bike pulled out for me to try and sit on before I said I will think about which 1 I may go for,this shows they will spend the time with you without pushing you into a sale. We went back 2days later and bought the V storm but also asked them to lower the bike for me aswell which they did and now Happy day for me and the wife.
