Negative experience: Saturday 10am it says open but is closed....3 Saturdays in a row closed but it says open on website ! Wasted my time ! I'll shop with frasers from now on....

Fantastic experience: Wow what a service. From the very start of looking round the show room to having the bike delivered has been an amazing experience. Austin, who sold me the bike, was caring, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He kept me up to date with progress on completing the bike ready for delivery. The delivery guy, who arrived right on time as promised, was so polite, helpful and knowledgeable to. He talked me through the bike with some tips and tricks and didn't go until he was sure i was happy. I cannot recommend Thunder road enough. It has been a great experience. Thank you :)

Negative experience: Not happy with the service we have received form this company first they stopped all services on a Saturday after we brought a new bike not a problem but have to take tome off work to get my services done after we paid for them NOW they say there closing & going somewhere else further away not EXCEPTABLE

Negative experience: This place seems like it's about to close its doors for good ‍♂️ No clothing/ apparel upstairs, only a limited range of new bikes downstairs with no used stock to be seen anywhere.

Took my bike in for a major service and got a call to say that some items didn't need changing due to being like new, so saved me money. The original quote was also £300 less than my local family run bike shop! Will be using them all the time from now on. Thanks Thunder road

Positive experience: A little slow on service but Colin (Service Manager) was really helpful trying to get it resolved. Actual service price was fair and reasonable for what was carried out but still took best part of 5 hours and only issue found was a low rear brake pad. No courtesy bike was available so ended up sitting around waiting for almost a whole day

They made good on their word and once bike was delivered to them it was un crated, tested and ready for me to collect the next day. Negative experience: Disappointing Communication at Thunder Road Motorcycles Fueled by positive online reviews, I discovered a perfect motorcycle on Thunder Road Motorcycles' Gloucester branch website. Thrilled, I called them to get more information after reading positive reviews. The initial experience was positive – the salesman, Austin, was friendly and addressed all my questions. Unfortunately, due to the significant distance and the limited photos (only 4, and not even professionally detailed), visiting the bike in person wasn't feasible. To bridge this gap, I requested a short video walkthrough of the motorcycle to be sent via WhatsApp. Austin readily agreed, assuring me I'd receive it later that day. However, a week passed with radio silence. While inconvenienced, I opted for optimism, attributing it to a simple misunderstanding. My hope for a resolution plummeted when I called again to follow up. This time, I spoke to a different salesperson who, after taking my details, reiterated the promise of a video – guaranteed for first thing the next morning. Disappointingly, neither the video nor any further communication materialized from Thunder Road Motorcycles. It wasn't the initial missed video that frustrated me the most. It was the complete lack of follow-up after two separate attempts. This radio silence, despite clear promises, left me feeling let down and disregarded by Thunder Road Motorcycles.

The new E-Clutch is absolute perfection and would highly recommend spending the extra cash if you’re looking at this bike, you will not be disappointed ️ Hopefully they will add it to more bikes in the future (cb1000r/hornet 1000 ) to which I’m sure I’ll be back for a look.

Fantastic experience: I was riding en route to Newhaven for the Ferry my hubby noticed black smoke coming out of my bike I stopped immediately and then I phoned pick up truck and phoned 7 garages. Granted it was 1.00 pm on a Saturday but then I phoned Thunder Garage and spoke to Colin . I was very distraught as I though we would miss the Ferry holiday etc , Colin who I spoke with is the most calming and matter of fact man he reassured me and told me to bring the Honda Rebel to their garage . After being towed to Thunder Road Honda Garage Gloucester it took two hours to fit a new oil filter fill with oil and they cleaned all the existing leaked oil off my bike and we were back on the road within two hours. My recently month old oil filter fitted was not a genuine Honda part and had split . Never purchase anything other than the Honda parts lesson learnt . I can not praise Colin and the mechanic enough , not just for fixing my bike but the total professional and personal reassurance to me. I jumped on my bike 100% confident that my bike was ok to continue my journey. They went out of their way in the most unassuming way. Thank you. Never hesitate to use this garage. .

Fantastic experience: I got my new bike (cb125r) today and over the moon with the bike and service I got thanks to Austin he made it so easy and explained everything to me I'm happy to give 5 stars. When I walked in to get my bike valued for part ex Austin did it and gave me a fair price that wasn't expecting but he explained why and due to damage and we struck a deal. Then he ordered me my new bike and let me know every so often what was happening with the delivery. The delivery took a little longer no fault of the company or Austin's and he made the paperwork a doddle u have a great staff member and team. When today came Austin again explained all the paperwork to me and got me on the road with my bike in no time. I always get welcomed when coming in by all staff.

Fantastic experience: Bike had a brake fluid change and as always a very great customer experience as all staff I interacted with are very friendly, polite, bike enthusiasts and a pleasure to deal with. The mechanic was very helpful and did a superb job with feedback when my motorcycle was returned. Highly recommended for all your motorcycle needs including clothing that's upstairs.

Fantastic experience: I traded my old bike against a new Honda ADV350. I owned a Triumph so first I went to Triumph to see about a part exchange. Triumph only offered me £8000 against a new bike which I thought was appalling. I then went to Thunder Road where they offered ma a full £1000 more for my bike. I dealt with a chap called Austin who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He couldn't do enough to help and always kept me updated on my purchase. He has a very friendly approachable manor and the sort of chap you would like to be friends with. Overall I was very happy with my experience at Thunder Road and I would definitely go back there.

Fantastic experience: During the tail end of COVID restrictions I ordered a Honda CRF Rally 250 that was a year old and had a few modifications. I’d never seen the bike but took a gamble, ThunderRoad were great, they delivered it to me in Cornwall. I believe it was Mike the manager who delivered it in person, anyway that was a great experience with superb communications. Roll on a few years and I decided to change bikes to a SURRON Ultra (what a bike!). Austin one of their sales reps was super easy to work with, and their trade in value on the Honda I’d previously purchased was a great value. Austin arranged for the Honda to be collected on drop-off of the new bike, apologies I can’t remember the deliver drivers name but he was a lovely chap too. No problems, super simple and very professional. Thanks again, I’ll certainly be talking to these guys again in the future.

Fantastic experience: Recently took the plunge and test rode a 1000cc up from my 650cc which i've had for 4 years. Needless to say, not 2 weeks later im now the happy owner of a CB1000. Fantastic experience: After speaking to a handful of Dealerships for a new Honda Rebel, Thunder Road Motorcycles, ticked all the boxes, they was Polite, Respectful and very helpful, no Admin charges, no delivery charges, just plain customer first attitude. Austin helped me make sure i was picking the right bike and specification for me, made the whole process easy over the phone as i wasn't able to get there in person, every extra i wanted was accommodated with some research and investigation by thunder roads motorcycles themselves to ensure the extra would be the right type that fit my Rebel 1100. There assistance on this was 2nd to NONE and have blown me away. If your looking for a Motorcycle, no matter where you live, I wholly recommend you look at Thunder Road as your first point of call, Especially if its a Honda. Customer First, polite, friendly, courteous, well informed, helpful and liaise like no other, you WILL be kept informed every step of the way with regular updates regarding your new purchase.

When my daughter who lives in Bristol wanted a Honda SH Mode I went here instead of Fowlers in Bristol because they are so helpful and knowledgeable and available to chat to. Negative experience: Hi I would like share my experience for the secound time 3 months ago I take 13k £ because I’m pretended buy a África twin I go on the shop and didn’t get the attention a customer deserve so I drive to bmw in same day and buy gs1200 adventure in cash there I really fell a proper customer today I need buy one scooter brand new so I ride to the shop walked around for around 5 minutes and not even one good afternoon a left the shop like nobody is there for sale or something so what I did drive to local garage and buy the scooter with 2 months old as they didn’t have new n-max and I was well-being there and get attention so for me and my colleagues I do believe we never ever buy nothing from Honda the worse customer service I ever saw so in the past 3 months you guy lose 16.500£ cash in Salles I didn’t pop in just to looking around I was there to buy. Believe I little bit effort from anyone will make the sells

Fantastic experience: First Honda service experience for a GWing DCT (my Swiss Army knife) very quick but thorough with a clear traffic light system for condition. Obviously the machine is designed to be more readily worked on than my Ducati. Motorbike gear on the first floor a hidden gem of carefully selected inventory and found some awesome technical pieces, highly recommended and no pressure whilst finishing a free coffee

Fantastic experience: I have both purchased a bike here and serviced another and very pleased with the service provided. The buying process had a few finance hiccups (nothing to do with the dealership), but it was dealt with promptly and I was informed throughout. I had another bike serviced and de-restricted, I had all the info provided beforehand so no surprises and charges were less than quoted initially, even though it took longer than expected. Bike returned shinier than when I left it! Employees are very friendly and respectful, so will be happy to do my business here again.

Negative experience: I brought a bike in the middle of march with out being able to see it. The bike turned up, it had been rush through the valeting processes, with polish still on the exhaust, and still dirty in places. It also had the toolkit removed and there were parts missing from the panniers. I contacted the dealer, and asked for the tool kit to be sent out, as they had said it would be on the bike. They sent out a tool kit with 3 items in, 2 of which are not for my bike. I informed them of this, and had to tell them what should be in the kit. They said this would be sent out to me. After 3 months of asking for the tool kit, I still don't have one. Poor after sales service, for the amount of money it would have cost to buy and send out, they would have had a happier customer.
