Fantastic experience: I completed both my CBT and DAS full licence course with RJH. I thoroughly enjoyed every single second of learning and developing with this fantastic training school. Special shout-out to Robert, John B, Scott and Tony for all of your support and encouragement. I'd also like to mention the most recent member of the team, Daryoush. He was present to welcome me at the test centre for both my Mod 1 & Mod 2 and I have to say that he was a very calming presence to have around ahead of each test. Fantastic experience: Great training school, instructors are really knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth! Facilities and bikes are great, I came to Rjh with lots of off road experience which they built on to help me reach my goal of obtaining an A1 licence! As I had previous experience I wasn’t oversold lessons I was given just the right amount of training required and put in for my test when I was ready, highly recommend this training centre for anyone looking to jump on a bike for the first time or looking to progress their skills and gain a full licence.

Fantastic experience: I had my Mod1 training with Scott and Mod2 training with Jon. They both are great instructors but in my opinion, more importantly they both are great people. They are kind first of all and they do not treat you like a stranger but as a friend. They motivate you, they talk with you, they give suggestions, they make you feel relaxed and at the end of the day you go back home with a laugh and an amazing riding experience which gets you where you need to be for your tests. I passed Mod1 first try and Mod2 second try. After my fail at Mod2 which was because my lack of observation; Jon really helped me motivate myself to try again because I was made my mind that I would not try again. If it was not for him I might never tried it again and would not have my license now.So thank you Jon. And thank you Scott and thanks every one at RJH who made it possible for me to get my license and be on the road. Anyone who wants their CBT or full license, just go to RJH and they will help you get it. Safe riding to everyone!

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant day shamy my instructor was kind and very funny I’ve done a cbt before but there was so much more to learn when I made a mistake shamy didn’t shout I didn’t feel like I was being told off and I corrected myself. Shamy was also very considerate towards my Asperger’s syndrome asking me as soon as I was through the gate, how he could help me learn and be safe. All in all a fantastic day with fantastic people. Top place would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with these guys at their Wigan centre lead by Sophie. Top class instructor who really knew her stuff, went from having never touched a bike to being able to tackle roundabouts, main roads and more! Seriously if you are new to biking this is THE school. Built up my confidence in a day and were very respectful and understanding throughout, can't say enough positive things. Weather wasn't great but I wont hold it against them ;) Cheers RJH

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying my instructor Tony was the best instructor one could have not only does he guide you through it step by step but he also lets you know when you've made a mistake and tell you the correct way to fix that mistake. On top of that I forgot my card he bought me lunch. As well as this just the all round experience being and driving with Tony was amazing I'd recommend everyone to come and do your CBT here and if Ur lucky like me u could get the Amazing Tony himself. Negative experience: I'd be careful with this company. Spent £275 for a weekend course for my son to be sent home because he felt abit sick and it was "unsafe" for him to continue riding. Never completed the course due to this and was barely there but when looking to book another course have to pay another £275. Absolute con! Wouldn't mind if we hadn't turned up and wasted their time etc but they sent him home.

Fantastic experience: Loved doing my CBT with Shami. Highly recommend both RJH and him! I was nervous at first but he adapted really well to the skill level of the group giving really good direct and constructive feedback where needed, checking our retention throughout the day and focusing the tuition where needed. The amount I progressed in the day was so much more than I ever thought I would and I feel infinitely more confident and especially safer with riding on the road.

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of having Tony for my taster session yesterday and it went so much better than I could have imagined. Considering I have never been on a bike, Tony made me feel really comfortable, safe and gave fantastic guidance. Fantastic experience: Taster Session couldn't have gone better! Having had Tony aka 'The master' bike instructor at RJH Eccles, felt right at ease moving from a 125cc to 650cc beast in the Z650. Shout-out to Jonny too, who helped us out first time on the 125cc. Didn't think I'd progress this fast, credit to them. Great instructors, talk you through everything perfectly, help build your confidence! Looking forward to completing CBT -> Mods soon and get that big bike licence

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of completing my Module 1 training at RJH Bike Training, and I cannot express enough how incredible the experience was, thanks to Tony, my instructor. From the moment I arrived, Tony’s professionalism and passion for teaching were evident. His approach to instruction was not just about passing the test but about truly understanding the skills and techniques needed to become a confident and safe rider. Tony’s extensive knowledge and experience in motorbike training were clear in every lesson, and he had an amazing way of breaking down complex maneuvers into simple, understandable steps. Tony was incredibly patient, taking the time to ensure I was comfortable with each aspect of the training before moving on. He provided clear and constructive feedback, always encouraging me to improve without ever making me feel pressured. His calm demeanour and positive attitude made the learning environment stress-free and enjoyable, which is so important when you’re learning something as challenging as motorcycle riding. If you’re considering motorcycle training, I highly recommend RJH Bike Training, and particularly Tony as an instructor.

Fantastic experience: Recently did a full DAS course with RJH and I passed Mod 1 (1 x minor fault due to nerves) and Mod 2 (clean sheet) even though I'd never ridden a bike before starting. The overall experience was great and the instructors and office staff are amazing at training people on the different modules. They also really care about the quality of riders they are developing and make sure everything is done correctly and safely. They don't just churn people out and take the money. Shoutout to Nick, JB, Jon H., Scott, Tony, Rob and Abbie for all their help and for passing on just a small bit of their knowledge. Now I'm off bike shopping!

Massive shout outs to both Shami and Scott, Shami for helping me through the CBT process and Scott for getting me through my Mod 1 test! I passed the Mod 2 yesterday and I am very excited to get out on the road on a bike! Can't recommend RJH enough! Staff are amazing and very friendly and they teach you in a way that suits the rider!

As an added bonus, doing this has made me a more considered and observant car driver, would really recoomend at least a CBT to any road user that's physically able.

I strongly recommend doing a taster session if like me you've not been on a bike for years or you have no experience at all. By time we finished the session my confidence was sky high. Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago, I went for my CBT but struggled with anxiety and had to stop. They kindly offered me a chance to come back and retake it. This time, I opted for a 1-on-1 session with my previous instructor, Shami. Shami was exceptional, showing deep understanding and support for my mental health challenges. With his guidance, I completed the session smoothly. I can't recommend RJH highly enough for their incredible support and understanding.

Fantastic experience: RJH Eccles Both Tony and JB gave some great coaching to finesse my Mod 2 riding standard! Boosted my riding confidence leading to a first time pass on Mod 2! I really appreciated all the support and confidence building, I really enjoyed my short time riding with you both! Fantastic experience: Fantastic centre to learn to ride. I took my CBT with Shami in 1:3 setting, but wasn’t too confident on the gears on the 125 (first time ever on a bike) so went on the road on an auto, passing my CBT. Shami was brilliant, firm but fair with his instruction & clear on the comms on the road which enabled me to pass my CBT. I then booked a 3 hour ‘conversion to a geared bike’ and had John as an instructor on a 1:1 basis. John was brilliant, a really nice guy and explained things very clearly. Spent about 1.5 hours getting used to the gears again on the 125 at the centre before going out on the road for a 40ish minute ride. Again very clear comms through the intercom which made things much easier. Slightly pricier than other centres, but I highly recommend - the instructors are brilliant, especially if it’s your first time on a bike / you’re very inexperienced. Will be returning shortly for my DAS course.

Having never ridden a motorbike before, by 5pm I was walking away with my CBT certificate (and a massive smile!). Extremely well structured day with a thoroughly competent and experienced instructor who focused on technique and safety. Tony has a fantastic positive and encouraging manner that creates the perfect environment in which to learn. Highly recommend - I'll be coming back to Tony at RJH to get my full licence!

Fantastic experience: Having failed my Mod 2 at the end of a 5 day DAS course down south with another school I immediately booked a 3 hour lesson back home with RJH. Scott greeted me on the day at Eccles and after a quick briefing and document check had me out on the road. His clear and concise advice through the intercom enabled me to iron out any issues and I think it’s safe to say that I learnt more and am more mentally prepared in my 3 hours with him than I did during the full 5 days down south. I would highly recommend anyone looking to do a DAS course to this school and am now confidently looking forward to my test next week!

Fantastic experience: What a day!! Just completed by CBT with Tony at Eccles. I can’t recommend him enough! Amazing teacher, patient, clear, encouraging and super helpful! Felt totally at ease and trusted him completely. If you’re looking to do your CBT as a newbie (like me!) I’d recommend the taster session 1st, I had mine the day before and gave me much more confidence and experience on the day. Big bike next! I’m booking with Tony again as I feel comfortable and confident with him. All the staff I met today were really nice and friendly too, as were the other pupils doing lessons. Great school!

Fantastic experience: Massive thank you to the Johns (x3), Graham and all the other instructors for their guidance and support. I completed CBT, underwent conversion lessons to 400 and then 650 and successfully passed my Mod 1 and 2 tests first time all with RJH at their Northwich and Eccles sites. I can’t recommend them enough - their patience and guidance has taken me from a complete novice with a dream and made it a reality. You can look elsewhere, but if you want the best - choose RJH!

Fantastic experience: Passed MOD 1 and 2 first time recently with RJH, everyone from the office to the instructors have been incredibly helpful and I can't thank them enough. The process they take you through is thorough and professional. Every instructor I have been on rides with, whether it be learning or just being taken to the test have been phenomenal and they treat you as of you've been friends with them for years, which helped with the test nerves. The girls in the office have been so helpful when tests and lessons needed to be rearranged, they was straight in contact and always quick to offer alternatives. Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with Shami-Lee today. He was absolutely brilliant, really patient and person centred in his approach. He'll identify where you need improvement and give you great advice on how to improve. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RJH to anyone considering getting on a bike.

Negative experience: I had a couple of taster sessions before booking my CBT & everyone was really friendly, professional & helpful. I didn't pass my CBT as when I went out to do the on the road part, a big 4x4 came up behind me & I panicked, the instructor was really nice & we rode back to the training centre so I could drop my bike back off & he could carry on with the OTR part with the other trainees. I have no issue with the trainers or the facilities, they were pretty good. My issue is that I re-booked the final 3 hours of my CBT to be taken for the sunday after my holiday, however when I came back from holiday (Friday) I was poorly & was rushed into hospital late saturday night, my CBT was supposed to be the day after that. My husband called to let them know I was in hospital as soon as they opened on the sunday, as I was barely conscious with Salmonella & Typhoid Fever, he was told there was nothing they could do & that they would not give a refund or re-arrange the test, I would lose my money. I called myself 10 days later after I had been discharged from hospital to be told the same thing. Now, I understand that they are running a business, and that they probably get alot of people cancelling etc, but under the circumstances, I would have at least thought they could've re-arranged my test. I am going to re-do my CBT this year, but will most likely go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Recently passed with RJH. Took me longer than expected but not down to them. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough, I have bad anxiety when it comes to tests and they supported me all the way through. Took me a few attempts of Mod 1 but each time the instructors couldn't have been more supportive trying to get me through it. They did offer more sessions which I turned down as I knew I could do it I just needed to get my anxiety under control. Rob and Abbie on the booking line couldn't have been better with me. I found that I preferred a few instructors Graham and Nick and then the three Johns. Despite this limiting when I could have sessions Rob and Abbie worked with me to have sessions with these instructors as I liked their teaching style and felt comfortable with them. That's not to say the other instructors aren't great I just liked them as I had had them before. Massive thanks to everyone who helped me on my bike journey! Fantastic experience: I had the BEST experience today at RJH in Eccles. As a birthday gift, my dad got me a 1-1 CBT session, and it was a fantastic decision. Shami-Lee coached me, and I couldn’t rate him enough! Not only was he a wonderful, attentive instructor, but he is a lovely man in general. We had a great day, got along so well, and at the end of day I feel super confident and happy to go continue motorcycling! I usually get anxious with things like this, but I had absolutely no nerves today thanks to my instructor! Thank you so much to Shami-Lee and RJH for making this a great experience for me. Can’t wait to get on the road (in due course haha)!!!!

Negative experience: Poor service attitude. In 2022, I attended the CBT course here. After some site exercises, we moved on to the on-road session. They only had four sets of headphones in total; two for the instructors and two for the learners. When I told them I couldn't hear, they insisted there were no more headphones. I had to proceed onto the road, and as a result, I failed because I couldn't follow instructions. However, I couldn't hear anything at all!!! Why am I leaving a comment for 2022 now? Because my friend is thinking about taking the CBT recently and asked if I have any experience. Then, I remembered I haven't given feedback for that experience yet.

Fantastic experience: Great service extremely friendly and understanding coaches, if I didn’t understand first time they would pull me to the side and tell me one and one. Helped me pass my certificate and gave me multiple chances on my mistakes. If ur looking to your cbt or any test I would 100 percent recommend going here .

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT today. Great instructor Shami, Clear and positive instructions. Can't wait to carry on to MOD 1 & 2 hopefully with the same instructor.

Fantastic experience: I had great time doing my CBT with Shami-Lee at RJH in Eccles on 23 December 2023. Looking forward to doing my full test ASAP. Fantastic experience: CBT training with shami-lee and Graham, brilliant ride with lots of information, massive amount of guidance and all questions answered concisely. From zero to passing CBT with a lot of confidence. Will definitely be coming back to complete DAS course. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came here today with zero experience on two wheels. Shamie-lee, gee where firstly very good at settling any nerves. There instructions where very clear and easy to follow. Fully enjoyed the day and experience and will be coming back to get my full license.

Fantastic experience: Excellent training and customer service. Professional and supportive during training. Tidy training yard and rooms. Decent gear and decent well maintained bikes to train on. Can't go wrong with RJH in my opinion.
