Fantastic experience: A good company with swift response time. Sham was able to book me in for a last minute session followed by test at Chelmsford. My instructor John was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Overall a good experience and successful result.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic training course. Sham was very patient and professional and at 72 I appreciated it. I left the course feeling very confident to tow my caravan. I would like to say a huge thank you and would highly recommend this course. Sham has the patience of a saint.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test yesterday with John. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer and overall company to do my training with, sham was very helpful booking my training and the test and John was just brilliant so calm and helpful and was always there to answer any questions I had. Passed just in time to take my little girl away on our first holiday on Friday.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test with John today. Sham was extremely helpful from the beginning organising a course and a test for me just a few days after I failed my first test (with another company). Sham went above and beyond to fit me in for a re test ASAP. What can I say about John…. AMAZING!! I was completely useless when I arrived and in just 4 hours I felt confident and ready for the test. John was patient, thorough, friendly and very good at teaching! I had a such a great day, John was brilliant at teaching me the technical side and also calming my nerves so I was prepared for the test. All round a great learning experience. I passed with 1 minor and it is really down to the tuition I received today. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks guys! Katie

Fantastic experience: I recently just passed my Trailer test and highly recommend this company. I had my training with IAN and he was efficient, helpful and very quick to put you at ease. I also had some very helpful tips from the owner Sham who also made the whole process easy, clear and helpful from the start. I had heard previously about one particular instructor that made it an unenjoyable experience for a previous lady client but was assured by Sham he was no longer working for him. All in all very pleased!

Negative experience: Not the best place to go if you are a woman. I had to endure jokes about condoms and trips to Amsterdam during the course. Not a woman friendly environment. Tuition itself was ok but I would prefer if my instructor didn't speak on the phone during my course for several minutes at the time. I am after all paying for the time spent with me.
