Negative experience: (Anonymous)Would not recommend as she is highly unprofessional. She had her toes out when she first arrived to my lesson and a girl was in the back of the car who had just previously finished her last driving lesson. This is called ‘piggyback lessons’ where they make you drive to their next student house to pick them up for their next driving lesson. She offered to get me an early driving test booked for £150 which is against DVSA and illegal ! Also tried to hike up the lesson costs last minute to £37+ an hour and say that it was because she just bought a new car and that ‘petrol was expensive’.

Fantastic experience: Zara is the best driving instructor I have had. She is very clear and thorough with instruction and has a lot of patience. She builds a great relationship with students which helps a lot. I couldn’t have done my driving experience without Zara! I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Zara is an excellent instructor. I passed my theory in January 2023 and immediately started to google instructors and her company was one of the few that came up. Zara made me feel comfortable on the initial phone call and made sure she was in touch with me until we had our first lesson. I had no experience in driving an automatic as I had done a manual test beforehand and unfortunately failed. I wanted to test out an automatic car and in my lesson I was able to quickly recognise that manual wasn’t for me. I carried on with automatic lessons and each lesson I gained new skills and experiences. Zara goes out of her way to make sure her students are confident and comfortable before she moves on to other topics on her lessons. She has her own unique way of teaching her students all the manoeuvres and make sure it’s personal to you. Zara does a wonderful job and puts in all her sweat, tears and joy in making sure her students pass with the best outcome. I have managed to pass my test 2nd time. My first attempt was my own fault as I failed to do my observation at a cross junction incorrectly but I got 0 minors and 1 serious. I was very upset as I failed but Zara made sure to make me see the positive as I was driving correctly and all her teaching did pay off. I managed to book another test sooner than expected . My 2nd attempt was the victory as I passed with just 1 minor. I booked between 20-25 hours with her and her price for lessons and on the test date car hire is affordable compare to other companies. Zara knows when her student is ready to go for a test so please make sure to take in her advice as she has different experiences from all students and will offer you the best. I have thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful experience and would highly recommend anyone looking for an instructor to please make sure to contact her as you will not regret it. She has most definitely turned from a stranger into a family member and I can’t thank her enough for believing in me and always pushing me to make sure I do my best.
