Fantastic experience: Ian has been a great driving instructor, helped me pass first time with zero faults. Ian was very patient, calm and friendly during all my lessons. I would 100% recommend to anyone that’s looking for a stress free learning experience.

Positive experience: I took some time to reflect and write this review. Initially I felt I had clashed ever so slightly with Ian in a lot of my earlier lessons, perhaps I was a bit more of an older clientele than he was used to , a new driver in my 30’s and a bit more of a bite to be more direct and less people pleasing that perhaps a younger learner (and how I would have been in my late teens early 20’s) I did find some reactions (whilst appreciate those are valid because we are on busy roads and real time dealing with traffic and people/hazards) I did find them to be slightly off putting as a learner which at times did effect my confidence, and his patience sometimes was questionable. I did however learn a lot which I can now say really stands to me on my continued journey of driving. It’s been almost 2 years since I passed my test and my confidence has grown a lot more, and the real learning to be honest is when you’re out there on your own. I still have some of the advice and guidance Ian has said ringing in my ears which to be honest was solid advice and I often think ‘ok yes I get that now, it makes sense’ so lifelong guidance I will take with me, and a lot of that to be always mindful of so thank you for that Ian, it’s genuinely helped me in my day to day and allowed me to safe drive. Fantastic experience: I can't thank Ian enough. Coming from another driving school based in Leeds, I was an incredibly nervous and on-edge driver. Through weekly lessons and Ian's patience, he helped build my confidence, and I passed first time!
