Fantastic experience: Used these guys 3 or 4 times. Jobs range from repairing an artic at the roadside to recovering a van from Buckingham to Manchester. Cheap? No. Good - extremely. If your in the sxxt, these are the guys for you.

Fantastic experience: My motorhome broke down in Southampton 18/9/22 3 pm my insurer Caravan Gaurd were to say the best part of useless in trying to get me recovered home for nearly 6 hrs very poor communication from them during this time.At approx 9.30 that night I got a call from Anderson commercials Ellistown Leicester who said they had been tasked with the job after giving him my motorhome details as it is rather large he advised me his recovery operative was finishing a job an would set off to recover me at around 11pm.Before he arrived the driver Dean rang me to advise me he would be with me around 2.30 am due to distance he was travelling approx 200 miles.When he arrive my motorhome was loaded onto there slide bed recovery truck and we were on our way back home within 30 mins ,long steady drive back with a rest break which was nice but arrived home safe and sound and all unloaded ok.Big up to Anderson commercials Ellistown and Dean the driver for getting us home safe and sound ,the owners son even contacted me direct to make sure I got home ok,Thanks Jamie appreciated,as for Caravan gaurd not had any communication since 9.30 Sunday shocking.Thanks N T B S for getting me home

Negative experience: Not quiet happy with service i done recovery they said minimum payment is £750 i have to pay then recovery cost is £550 they agree with with me refund of £200 after recovery but they refund only£90 and refund after 4 weeks and no explanation dozzy company thanks anyway
