Fantastic experience: Bit late to review, but passed by driving test second time with Wayne. Wayne is nothing short of amazing! Puts you at ease and focuses on making you a safe driver while also helping you pass the test. This has definitely made me a confident driver overall. Can’t recommend him highly enough! (Personally preferred Wakefield as a test centre to Leeds)

Fantastic experience: I've been having lessons with Wayne for around 5 months, and honestly couldn't recommend someone more! I've had 3 different instructors and lots of hours with other instructors and nobody has taught me what he has. He's been so patient and understanding with me and done nothing but encourage me, I was a very nervous driver and never thought id do it but I have finally passed my test with 5 minors and couldn't have done it without Wayne! Thank you for everything!

I have just passed my test with two minors, I had never driven a car before ever, I struggled very much with my anxiety and confidence he got me through this and never gave up on me when it got difficult! I can not recommend wayne enough I am so glad he was the one to teach me, I know now I am a safe confident driver.

Fantastic experience: Wayne has been amazing! Been learning whilst heavily pregnant/with a new baby and I could not have had a better experience. Made you feel really calm and works with you to make progression. I don’t think I could have passed if it wasn’t for Wayne and I know that I am going to be safe on the road with my two children in the car thank to Wayne!

Fantastic experience: Wayne was my instructor for over a year and i cannot recommend him highly enough! He is patient, always on time and always caters the lesson to the pupil. I suffer with anxiety and Wayne helped me get past my own head and pass second time! I have been a confident and safe driver thanks to his teaching the last 6 weeks or so i have been passed. He teaches you way more than just 'how to pass a test'. I was taught how to be a good driver in the real world! He never gave up on me and always made sure i was getting the most out of every lesson! :)

Fantastic experience: Wayne is an excellent instructor, if I ever find someone looking for driving lessons I couldn't recommend him enough. Beyond just being a good instructor, he's an excellent teacher with a really good understanding in to how people think. I think alot of observation and psychology goes in to how Wayne structures his lessons, which changes with every student. I had 30 hours of lessons and passed my test first time with 4 faults. More than that though, in those 30 hours I didn't learn how to pass a driving test, I learnt how to drive, and that made passing the test far easier. Wayne's approach isn't all about direct instructions, it's about how you learn best, and he's very capable of figuring that out, which is probably the most important quality any teacher could have.

Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough of Wayne my driving instructor and MJ driving, passed first time today with only one fault. Could not have done it without him. Put me right at ease from getting in the car first time all the way up to test day. Thankyou so much!!

Fantastic experience: The best instructor I've had really took the time to get to know me and see what I responded well too and not so well too, and how we can manage them to get the best out of me immense patience and great people skills Wayne taught me driving skills not just for my test but beyond that as well, now I can say I'm a safe and independant driver and I owe it all to Wayne he really gave his best everytime and went the extra mile for me I would highly recommend him he kept faith in me even when I doubted myself and was always understanding and believed in me couldn't have asked for anymore

Fantastic experience: I had Wayne as my instructor - I had to pass my driving test by a certain time due to my job. Wayne was brilliant in ensuring that we could work in the required time frame. Every lesson was creative and engaging - tailoring the lessons to my individual learning style. As well as improving my practical driving Wayne also insured that my low confidence improved lesson after lesson. This flexible, tailored approach enabled me to pass my practical test first time, which I never would of expected after not being the most natural driver. Could not recommend Wayne and MJ Driving enough!
