Positive experience: lessons are going well so far feeling more confident after each lesson not sure how long till i do my test but glad that zeb is the one to support me with it. he is patient consistent and gives good encouragement aswell. only critique is that was hoping for more lessons during the week (2-3 lessons) to get more practice on the roads as we did discuss but other than that things are going well.

Fantastic experience: If you don't believe you can pass your driving test on your first attempt, you're with the wrong instructor! Asim is a fantastic instructor who is VERY knowledgeable and thorough in making sure you understand every aspect of driving - both theoretically and practically. He is very organised, punctual and his lesson structures and logical step by step approach made me cover all elements of driving and were primarily the reason why i was so confident leading up to the test. Normally you can gauge whether the instructor feels as strongly about you passing your test as you would yourself, I can 100% say Asim's dedication and constant support was the reason i passed my practical FIRST TIME! proving what i thought was impossible POSSIBLE. Fantastic experience: Had 6 weeks to get ready for test, planned to the tee and gave the confidence to drive naturally.

Negative experience: I have been taking lessons with a lady called Yasmin. Very inconsiderate, no manners and very impolite lady. I have been learning with Yasmin for a while, at first she kept saying that i was not ready to do my test. She then said we will take 2/3 lessons a week but never turned up on time to provide more than one lesson. When she would arrive, she’d make excuses, despite me freeing up my time to do the two lessons. When date got closer to my test, she said I cannot provide you my car. Cancel the test. First time I assumed it was an emergency and left it. She then made me rebook it and then cancelled again. I found a different instructor and passed within a week. Avoid at all costs. She did not apologise or have any decency to speak to me and sort anything out.

Positive experience: I did practice for car practical test from Zeb and it was really a good experience. I found Asim as an instructor quite experienced, determined and cooperative. I would like to give a suggestion they should start crash course for those learners who are already driving in UK on international licence. The course approach should be different from the ones who are going to learn the driving from Scratch .It will give more competitive advantage to Zeb commercially.

Fantastic experience: I started driving with Hamza after having already had 10 hours with another instructor (I had to change instructors due to relocation). Before driving with Hamza, I was unconfident and very nervous due to an accident I'd been in last year. Hamza was calm and made me feel confident. Fantastic experience: Zeb and his colleagues are the most patient and supportive driving instructors iv come across..ever! suffering from adhd,ptsd and severe anxiety, I have had 6 instructors and 6 sets of lessons over 14 years! So until meeting zeb I couldn’t even get into the drivers side without feeling overwhelmed and the start of a panic attack! After a few short weeks of settling in the comfortable,clean and rather cool cars they use to learn in.. I had bossed off the basics! Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, I passed my driving test yesterday, I could not have done it without My dad Asim. A big shoutout and thank you to him for putting up with me. He is very skilled and full of knowledge within his job role, he put everything aside to focus on me. I 100% recommend him. We had our laugh and jokes but when things got serious our hard work paid off. It was a wonderful experience. Before covering each topic, he would show me a video and read out information based on that lesson. Information and videos were very handy when I was learning manouvres and other things for the very first time. After all the topics were covered, he would do manoeuvres with me alongside general driving every lesson to keep every exercise fresh in my mind. If I struggled with a topic, he would send me videos to watch which also helped me to improve my driving technique. I am grateful to have had an opportunity to learn from such an amazing instructor. I would say that the lessons felt like a comfortable environment to be in as i didn’t feel intimidated when i made mistakes. My dad is the best in the area. Also, Zeb both trusted me blindly and had faith in me, he’s an awesome instructor too. My dad is very supportive. Words cannot describe how happy I am about passing my exam. May allah keep my dad & Zeb happy always and give them a long healthy blessed life.

Fantastic experience: I can’t fault zeb driving school at any point from their great knowledge of how to operate cars they have really helped me in order for me to pass my theory and practical. Compared to other driving schools Zebs driving school allows 1-1 advice, help needed at any given time whether it be 8 o clock in the night help is always given also zeb driving school is always making sure I am safe and others around me are when I’m operating the car. And as someone who is part of the local community don’t hold back zeb driving school is the way to go for all your driving needs.

Fantastic experience: Overall experience was good. I can fairly say they have the right ability to help you understand the examiner's expectations. E.g. Asim broke down specific maneuver into observation, control and accuracy so it became easy for me to grasp the concept. One thing to mention, I had no undue hesitation in my driving faults so one can estimate the confidence they build in your driving ability. Zeb was quite helpful in covering the routes of the exam. Positive side: 1. Very punctual 2. They do care that the cost of driving lessons is high. This is evident from the fact that I contacted a few instructors after I failed my first attempt and all of them asked me to practice for at least 3 to 4 weeks whereas Zeb was confident enough to cover the weakness in just 2 hours. 3. Very effective in removing negativity and fear of driving. Improvement (specific to my case) 1. A bit lack of effective communication. I would say it is better to communicate the expected time that may be required for the full driving license in advance. I had to cancel my car ordered due to this thing. 2. Some costs may need to be communicated in advance especially the one for using instructors car. There is a diverse practice out there so it would be good to avoid last minute surprises. In the end I would say, they are very reliable in terms of their commitment and ability to help you achieve your goal.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Yasmine, she built my confidence up, I have bad anxiety when it comes to driving but she helped me overcome it. Yasmine is very easy going, funny and patient. I was comfortable with her throughout my lessons, she was informative which made my understanding to driving more easier.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, I had passed yesterday on first attempt could not have done it without Asim. A big shoutout and thankyou to him for putting up with me. He is very skilled and full of knowledge within his job role, he puts everything aside and focus on his clients which I find very professional. I will 100% recommend him. We had our laugh and jokes but when things got serious our hard work paid off. It was a wonderful experience which will be remembered forever. Before covering each topic, he would show me a video and read out information based on that lesson. Information and video became very handy when I first tried the exercise. After all topics were covered, he would do manoeuvres with me alongside general driving to keep every exercise fresh in my mind. If I struggled with a topic, he would send me video to watch which also helped me in improving my skills and I found this very very helpful. I am grateful to have had an opportunity to work alongside such an amazing instructor. (if I have any issues in future, I know whom to call). Putting everything aside I would like to say that the lesson made my day filled with laughter and a great environment. In each lesson I felt comfortable and stress-free this really boosted my confidence when driving. I will say Asim is the best in the area. Also, can’t forget Zeb both trusted me blindly and had faith in me. I would like to say that Zeb is an awesome instructor too. Asim is very supportive and friendly. Words cannot describe how happy I am on passing my exam seriously its all like a dream. The amount of times I say thank you still seems less. May allah keep Asim happy always and give him a long healthy blessed life, I will always keep you in my dua. Thankyou so much once again.

Fantastic experience: To say i had never turned a car engine on in my life in april and comming to the 17th November and i have successfully passed my practical driving test with zeb!! the amazing car i was using was a massive help in the test and his constructive style of teaching!! all passed and ready to be on the road for my own !

Fantastic experience: Just like to thank once again Asif. Absolutely brilliant instructor who helped me pass my driving test which i really needed. He helped me understand mistakes I'm making and explained well on how to avoid these mistakes and how to drive well.
