Fantastic experience: Errol took me on only 2 months before my test and changing instructors to him was the best decision I’ve made. He helped me overcome every obstacle I faced and massively helped with my confidence when it comes to driving. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have been able to pass without Errol and advise anybody looking to drive to go to him as there is no one better in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: my experience with errol was so different to any other instructor i had, he managed to get me in just in time for enough lessons before my test was due because my old instructor had let me down, when i had my first lesson with errol, i told him about my experience and he wanted to see how i got on, but ever since our first lesson we got on so well and was constantly chatting and laugh which made the lesson so much more enjoyable, he was very chilled and laid back but i think it was because he knew i was a good driver, and that made me feel more comfortable knowing and showing me he was confident in my driving, but what was nice was that errol was still observing my driving as well and make sure i wasn’t making an mistakes and if i did he would explain why and would never made me feel bad or stupid for making mistakes and just always made me feel like it’s okay to make mistakes sometimes but to just be careful. he had always told me from the first lesson that i’m a good driver and that i’ll do it and was always hyping and encouraging me that i will and can pass. there was a slight hiccup just before my test but it wasn’t errol fault necessarily, it was coming close to my test and i told errol and was fine, but the week before he had called me and explained that a pupil that had been with him for a longer amount of time then me, because i was only with errol for 2/3 months i think, that they had a test the same day and time as me, but never told errol until the week before so errol was a bit stuck, but instead of leaving me in the dark and letting me figure it out on my own, before even calling me he had sorted and spoken to another instructor to help me out on the day of my test but obviously called me to make me aware of the change and to make sure i was comfortable with that, but it was just nice that he helped me and made sure that i was going to do my test. but other than that overall errol was genuinely the best instructor ive had, he made me feel confident driving. and the week later when i got my test… i passed! told errol and he was over the moon for me. but i would definitely definitely would recommend errol to any learners.

From day one, you made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel—even when I doubted myself. You always stayed calm, explained things clearly, and never gave up on me. I’ve genuinely enjoyed our lessons, and I’ve learned so much more than just how to drive. I’ll always remember the laughs, the little pep talks, and your belief in me. I couldn’t have passed without you—forever grateful!

Negative experience: I want this review to be read as purely constructive criticism. You have been a good instructor for the most part, but there have been some serious issues with some conduct on a few lessons. Most seriously, with what I've mentioned below. You've helped me and others a lot with driving and I'm grateful for this, but it was very unprofessional for you to take one lesson to nudge me into driving to collect a phone for you to sell from someobody's house instead of focusing on the lessons actual purpose. you were a good instructor, but that seriously damaged a lot of the trust I had in you; especially when you started trying to sell me things in your later lessons. Regardless of whether you think that this is ok or not, even if your students agreed to you asking them to cheuffer you to a location for your business needs and having that count as a lesson, it should seriously be stated that it was not. You, especially or any student, should know that this isn't acceptable for you to coerce them to do that within the bounds of a professional driving instructor. You need to understand this, these are words I think you need to hear and while I may like talking to you and while I think you're a decent guy, you are being paid to do a job, and no matter how much that hurts its just how professional relationships are. The fact that your professional standards dropped later on isn't excusable, and I recommend you sort this out. Please be more careful in the future.

Negative experience: My experience with Errol as a driving instructor was unfortunately not what I expected. While I initially appreciated the lessons, several issues quickly became apparent. The most significant problem was the lack of reliability. Our first lesson was rescheduled last minute and this wasn’t the last occasion. Errol frequently had poor scheduling habits, often being late or rescheduling lessons minutes. Sometimes he would not even turn up at all without any explanation. In addition to these scheduling issues, I was deeply concerned by the unprofessional and immaturity by the messages I received. After deciding to address these concerns and ultimately moving on to another instructor, Errol went out of his way to privately message me with inappropriate and nasty comments. This behaviour was entirely uncalled for and was very inappropriate. He would constantly breach confidentiality by talking about and to his other students in the middle of our lesson. With all things considered Errol unfortunately broke a lot of my trust. Overall, the combination of unreliable scheduling, poor communication, and inappropriate behaviour left me with no choice but to find a more professional and dependable instructor.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank or recommend Errol enough. He helped someone who lacks confidence to believe in themself and helped to get that first time pass. Through this amazing journey with Errol he has been kind, understanding, encouraging with everything. Errol is the kind of instructor everyone needs. He's so happy to go at your pace but will give you that little push if he knows you are capable of doing something. He's truly one in a million and couldn't have asked for anyone better to help get me through this journey. Thank you so much Errol for everything If I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Errol is a one of a kind teacher! He is really and truly amazing. Driving hasn’t been the easiest for me, but with all Errol’s support we got there in the end with a pass. He always believed in my ability even though I would always think otherwise and would always bring my confidence up. Thankyou Errol :))

Fantastic experience: Errol was my second instructor wished he was my first after being taught the wrong way by pass for fun and failing my test Errol took me on and with in 2 months passed my test he’s a top driving instructor and untaught all the wrong way the examiner said how I have been taught is the correct and modem way of driving thanks to Errol if I went with Errol before I would of passed first try with out a doubt like my brother definitely recommend easy to speak to and always down to have a laugh and joke thanks Errol will always remember you keep up with the good work
