Karen's School of Motoring has been established since 1996, with a team of male and female qualified driving instructors (ADI's) providing professional driving lessons and intensive courses locally. Our driving instructors are currently offering driving lessons in Basildon, Chelmsford , Springfield, Danbury, Canvey Island, Benfleet, Thurrock , Grays, and Southend-on-Sea and most surrounding areas.
Our emphasis is on creating safe and confident drivers using fully qualified driving instructors with many years of experience who enjoy the success of so many people passing their test each year.
We offer driving classes for all abilities.

Negative experience: The most rudest and passive-aggressive woman on the phone when I rang to ask about lessons, put me off straight away!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great service from phone calls to driving lessons! Keith was my instructor and he was always very patient and encouraging. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic driving school. Extremely helpful when I called up asking for advice on an intensive course. As I had to wait 6 weeks for a test my lessons were split over this time. Keith was a great instructor and I have just passed my test today.. first time!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service From contacting the office and being directed to the right instructor for me. I’ve spent years being too nervous to drive and have always quit after a few lessons. However, just after a few lessons with Keith he has filled me with so much confidence. He explains everything so clearly. I couldn’t recommend him enough
