Hi my name is Lovat Barrett, I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and I am passionate about road safety.

Lessons are conducted in a calm, friendly and relaxed manner to make you feel at ease during the lessons. Pupils are encouraged to be themselves, take responsibility for their own learning, ask as many questions as they like, no question is a silly question and to learn in a way that suits them. All pupils are different so don’t be afraid to learn at a pace that suits you.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with x-cel driving school! I’d had a negative experience previously with learning to drive and it couldn’t have been more different with this driving school, my confidence grew leaps and bounds and I passed first time with them after failing twice with my previous driving school. I feel much safer and confident as a driver after having lessons with x-cel and couldn’t recommend them more.

Fantastic experience: Lovat is an amazing instructor with a high level of patients. Very professional business. Every lesson is beneficial and can take something different away from every lesson. In under a year I was able to pass both my theory and practical driving test thanks to Lovat with great confidence. I would highly recommend Lovat at X-Cell Driving School for a pass in driving.
