Fantastic experience: Had a great experience. David is a top-notch instructor, I had never driven on the left-side of the road and was very nervous. I was much more comfortable after just one lesson. He also left me with some great feedback and things to continue to work on to improve. Aside from that, also showed me a handful of local recommendations as my family and I were there on holiday.

Fantastic experience: David is a great instructor. He was very calm throughout my lessons and has helped me gain my confidence, remaining patient whilst I continued to gain more experience driving. His hints and tips have been very helpful, sending on guides after encountering situations on the road, talking through what to expect from a driving test including practising maneuvers, and the process of booking a test.

Fantastic experience: Working with David was fantastic! He helped me become a confident and safe driver whilst still having a bit of banter. His style of teaching was great as he knew when to let you figure out a problem by yourself, how to approach it, when to step in and how to help you have an awareness of your surroundings and the appropriate reaction to them. I always looked forward to every one of my classes and never felt a slight feeling of discomfort during them. He helped me get accustomed to all the test routs and getting used to English roads (as I am from a country where people drive on the right side of the road). Every lesson we had was useful and fun, he knew how to explain everything clearly with plenty of examples or from different perspectives. As a person David is great, we really got on well and although I am happy I passed the first time, I will always miss the time spent together whilst driving.

Fantastic experience: My son had a great experience learning to drive with David and was overall very happy with his lessons. My son mentioned on numerous occasions that David has a nice style of teaching and is very knowledgeable. David was also very informative during the pre-booking stage on the various options we could take, and on how the lessons could be structured. We have already recommended David to other friends who are interested in booking lessons.

Fantastic experience: Learning to drive with David was an overall great experience for me. He is good at explaining things and reframing them in different ways to make sure you understand the concept as well as creating a patient and relaxed learning environment. I was a nervous driver to start with but David did a great job of helping me build my confidence and I wouldn’t have been able to pass without him!

Fantastic experience: 1. Working together was great. Not only did I learn an abundance of knowledge in regards to driving, I was also entertained by David’s great sense of humour whilst maintaining good discipline to sharpen up driving skills 2. My eureka moment was finally getting used to the hand brake and hill starts; something I do regularly now. It really is a useful accessory to make driving much more controlled without panic on the brake and accelerator pedals 3. I was very happy when I passed my driving test because it’s an asset I can use for my whole life. There is a lot of pressure in the test to make no costly mistakes but with David’s teaching, I remained calm throughout and stuck to the key driving principles 4. Having a driving license has given me much more freedom. Now that I live in countryside areas, driving is fundamental to travelling and without it, I’d be trapped. It has allowed me to be independent and continue to build up my driving experience. You’ll never forget the first time you drive on your own; it’s a strange but rewarding moment
