I could tell that this was a genuine, trustworthy company. I then met my driving instructor Sammy, who was happy to teach me to drive, he has a wealth of driving knowledge, tips and expertise which he shared with me at every lesson. No car sharing, very flexible, he did his very best for me and I couldn't have had a better driving instructor. He went over and above. I was given a 41 page hand out to study, a 6 page handout on safety, online theory test exercises and mock tests to practice. I am 56 years old, I passed my Theory test first time. I passed my Practical test first time with Pass Expert today. I highly recommend Pass Expert, because they've provided excellent tuition in all areas of driving and answered any and all questions I've had about driving, the theory and practical tests. I hope my driving reflects the skill, safety and consideration to other road users & pedestrians, with which I have been taught with Pass Expert. Fantastic experience: After several months of being instructed by the AA, literally two weeks before my practical test, my driving instructor informed me that he was no longer able to instruct me. after frantically searching for over a week for a replacement, I happened across Pass Expert. they were professional and extremely friendly. they appointed me a driver who catered to my specific needs. Pass Expert appointed instructor taught me more in a week than the AA instructor taught me in several months. I passed the practical test on my first try and I solely thank Pass Expert for this. This driving school is 2nd to none and comes highly recommended by myself.

Their workers are excellent, Abid who helped me book my course, was very informative and made sure to keep me up to date with any changes and booking that were made. He asked how my theory prep was going and was interested in my success which was great. The instructor given to me, Gavin, was amazing and i couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed and comforting atmosphere. He made my learning experience really enjoyable and helped me to achieve passing my driving test in 3 weeks. Overall, between Abid and Gavin it was a very well set up course and the experience was relaxed and i was never at any point unaware of anything happening and there was loads of communication. Fantastic experience: Of all the companies I got in touch with with regards to booking driving tests quickly, Pass Expert was by far the most helpful! Within one phone call, Abid had offered me several options and always tried to find the best possible date and location for me. He was really communicative and easy to work with and managed to get a test for me within the month (well before anyone else offered me). Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: worst experience I ever had … they booked me in for driving lessons with an advance of £150 … then they couldn’t arrange an instructor for me … so I requested for the refund and it’s been 2 months for that… and I haven’t still received any refund from them… I have tried contacting them several times… they just say that I will receive it soon but that soon never comes. In short, it is a fraud company !

Fantastic experience: Pass expert is great if you want to avoid the hassle of arranging a test date yourself. Was in contact with Pass Expert at the start of Jan 2022 to set up 40 hour intensive manual driving course. Abid was quick to assign me to my instructor (Zebun) and was quick to set me a test date. My lessons spread out over the course of 2 months to fit around me and my instructors schedule and to also lead up to my test date smoothly. I am pleased to say after 2 months of consistent lessons each week I passed first time with 9 minors (I will work on my minors). Thanks again Abid and Zebun. I definitely recommend pass expert if you just want to get your driving lessons and test over and done with.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Pass Expert enough Abid provided excellent customer service from the get go, he explained the process thoroughly and got me set up with a driver in no time. I organised my first lesson with my local instructor Junaid who I got on really well with and felt I could learn from. He explained I didn't need to do as many hours as I thought I did. Shortly after finalising the course Abid informed me a test was available quite soon, I proceeded with booking the test on the basis that Junaid felt I would be ready in time and we could fit the hours in comfortably. I worked with Junaid for just over a week and my driving developed quickly through adopting his processes, I soon realised that other instructors I had over the years were teaching me things I simply didn't need to know and worryingly had taught me bad and unsafe habits. I did my final hour lesson with Junaid before arriving at the test centre and went into my first practical test feeling ready and confident. At the end of the test I was informed that I had passed with only 2 minors. I could not have done it without the help of Junaid & Abid, both helped me achieve something that I have been struggling to accomplish for the last 12 years. It was an amazing feeling and a massive relief to have finally ticked it off the list. I strongly suggest making contact with Abid if you are serious about getting your driving test out of the way!

Zebun, is fantastic and really got me up to speed in a short space of time. She was very patient with me and gave me all the tips and helped to correct my errors. Fantastic experience: It was a time when I moved into sheffield and was very new (a week old) in the city. And all of a sudden a notification popped up on the phone about an availability of driving test appointment scheduled in next 4 days and without giving a thought, booked the appointment. And now I needed to arrange for a Car to take my test followed by some refresher course to understand in and around Sheffield(Handsworth) as the area is very different from (London) for which I was trained (from zero experience in Car). I never thought arranging a car for driving test would be this difficult when the test date is less than a week. This is were I googled and made atleast 50 or more calls around Sheffield including whole of UK. And the only person to have agreed and helped me was Abid from Pass Experts. He was so helpful and was very quick to arrange for an instructor within 5-10 mins over the phone. And the instructor he led me to was also the best. To be precise, I have learnt more in 5 hours than my 50+ lessons around London. I’m very pleased to have passed my driving lesson and very thankful to Abid (Pass Experts) and the instructor Nouman for their acceptance, professionalism and guidance.
