Hi Mo. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are unsure how you have come to your conclusion on our service. For the benefit of others reading this review I would like to provide some background on your booking - all of our bookings are dealt with by email so as to ensure we have an auditable paper trail. Your brother booked you in for a Cat C course - dates were offered, agreed, along with payment made by him. The course was to run on a Friday, Monday and Tuesday including the Mods 3a, 3b & 4 tests. Upon your arrival Friday morning, you met with myself and instantly queried which vehicle you were going out in - a question that we have not had asked so quickly, the office door was hardly closed behind you. Upon informing you that it was the rigid 18t lorry (Cat C) you responded that you wanted artic (Cat CE). I informed you that your brother had booked and paid for Cat C. You called your brother, who I spoke with, and agreed that we could provide a Direct Access Cat CE course - that I and another instructor were prepared to work Saturday and Sunday to get the extra hours in so as to keep you on track for the Mod 3b that was booked on the Tuesday - I explained that there was additional fee to pay (difference between C and DirAcc CE course prices) which he paid within about half an hour. You did struggle with the Mod 3a, which my colleague worked extra hours so that you could achieve the ability to pass the Mod 3a, so as to be able to be presented to the Mod 3b (naturally the extra time was charged).

Both my colleague and I found you to be a very pleasant person - morning and afternoon shaking our hands. I am at a loss to see where I was greedy, rude or unhelpful. Thanks

For the benefit of those reading this review the original enquiry was "Looking for cheapest quote", not the cheapest quote we could offer. During this time of financial hardship for many, we get many enquiries from people who are looking for the cheapest training - we do not offer that - we offer good quality training at a realistic price. The 'cheap' deals we leave to others - who make up the money on the re-tests. Reference "continued to be arrogant" - this was our reply to your response of "Bit rude. Not even a price "
