Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience. The instructor was patient and kind, even when I was clearly struggling. They explained everything we needed to know, we practised on the training ground and then went on the road for the test. The instructor stayed calm the whole time and helped us relax and not feel stressed. We were offered tea and had a nice chat. I highly recommend it

Negative experience: This school is a joke.. My CBT lasted only 2 hours because my instructor was clearly cold and wanted to finish as soon as possible! Instead of focusing on learning, he focused on checking the weather every few moments. Instead of teaching me, he demanded that I do everything correctly right away! Even though it was my first time riding! Additionally, he stressed me out and told me that it was clearly not for me! During a short break, he called the woman from the office to tell her how my driving was awful, because he wanted to be covered for failing me... and 10 minutes later he told me to come back another time after I practiced riding a bike. Pathetic. Such a person should not be teaching people at all! I understand that it is winter, the dead period, so the company wants to make money, but this move was mega weak! Basic training is not an exam! Luckily, I found another school, I passed the first time with a professional instructor who focused on teaching me to ride and not getting home faster! I do not recommend this school to anyone...!

Negative experience: Was a horrible experience, four of us on one tiny car park, instructors acted like Drill Sargents, no positivity at all, no patience, really need to be instructed on how to be good instructors, entire thing felt rushed and like a test rather than a training. Entire thing was bad, nasty vibes, put me off all together. I was on geared motorbike and they made me feel incapable to pursuit this further. There was a young guy on a moped who they also failed for the second time which I found bizarre, they asked me to come back for a “discounted price” so I went to a closer training center of a different company a few months later, passed CBT, now got motorbike and having the time of my life, the teaching styles of these guys and the one I did recently were like night and day, they shouldn’t be instructors if they don’t enjoy it and should just stick to riding while doing a different job. I have no idea why they have so many good reviews. I recommend going anywhere else to get your CBT, I’m certainly glad I didn’t go back to them, now I’m riding with confidence and safely, no thanks to them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent training from Mark. He took me from no experience to passing my Mod 2. If you want the best training then you can't beat them!

Negative experience: Keep using my families address for their business and won't change it!! They are in the cricket club not 200 hawthorn road

Fantastic experience: Great experience learning to ride from never having sat on a motorcycle up to passing my tests for my full A licence today. Mark has been particularly helpful; he is patient, positive and scrupulous in his standards. Would definitely recommend.
