From the very first lesson I knew I could depend on her to get my license. She is extremely organised, always knew where I had difficulties in our last lesson and what we would focus on in the next, explained things in a digestible manner, and was always reliable. Fantastic experience: Jacqui managed to be both patient and unyielding in her determination to get me to a place where I could pass my U.K. drive test. If you’re looking for someone who will press you to be a better driver, Jacqui is the one. I will admit to cursing to her a time or two under my breath. But…..she cuts no slack on anything less than confident, assured driving. And at the end of the day, that’s exactly what I both wanted and needed.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous and Jacqui knew when to push me and when to hold back. She was always really clear and thorough with her instructions and she always made time throughout our lessons to make sure I was feeling ok, to go over things I wasn’t clear on or mistakes I had made and it really helped to keep me calm and meant I learnt something from each lesson. Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test in my mid-20s and then didn’t really drive again for the next 10 years. I did a refresher course with Jacqui as I felt pretty nervous about getting behind the wheel again and was worried that if I didn’t start driving soon I never would. We went to a quiet area in Islington where I could get comfortable with the car again before going onto busier roads. Jacqui was very patient with me and took the time to explain things properly. She was calm and easy going which is exactly what I needed! Jacqui also gave me some great tips for parallel parking which will help a lot. A week after my last lesson with Jacqui I drove myself from Hackney to City Airport and then to Leyton to run some errands. I was driving by myself for over an hour and had to go on busy A roads. I would never have done this before I did my refresher course with Jacqui. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Jacqui is a friendly, patient and skilled instructor. I passed my test over 30 years ago and I wanted to refresh my skills and feel more confident ready to drive on holiday. Jacqui took time to understand what I wanted to achieve. She explained things in a way I could understand and used visual images and practical tips like ‘peep and creep’ to assess hazards. With Jacqui next to me I felt able to approach situations I’d be nervous about and that boosted my confidence. I’d book Jacqui again for more practice and I recommend her for complete beginners and for people looking to stay safe in testing city driving conditions.
