Shrewsbury Theory Test Centre

Negative experience: The staff of this test centre are so rude they trade me and my wife like a criminal they talk so rude and everyone staring at my wife because she wearing a hijab. They don’t even deserve one Star.

Negative experience: They are so RACIST , and my wife she was 29 pregnant. She treated us so bad . They don’t ever deserve a minus star.

Negative experience: A place like this really needs to have parking! There's plenty of spaces, but they are all reserved for other companies, no disabled parking either. So when disabled folks like myself travel from Telford, we are met with hostility by staff who will come out and confront you if you park in an unused disabled space. I asked where the nearest disabled parking was as I'm not local, but he said he didn't know, but warned, I have 5 minutes to move my car. I don't understand how something that's a legal requirement to pass ones driving test refuses to assist or even show some compassion for those with disabilities. After driving for almost an hour, the space I was told to leave remained unused, so it could only be out of spite that this regional manager (that's what he said he was) decided to confront a disabled driver for using an empty disabled space, also the other cars using the disabled space did not have a badge on display. I'm disabled, my wife is also disabled and we don't live locally and yet this place doesn't facilitate us. Shameful.

Positive experience: The staff are great in there especially the man sitting in front of the test room he was very friendly and calming.The only thing i can say negative is that why have we not got one in Telford

Positive experience: Went on the hottest day ever so definitely glad to feel the air con! Staff friendly and informative. Lockers involved alot of bending down though!

Fantastic experience: Clean, easy to find, used the nearest pay and display outside the Abbey which is cheap, £1 for each 2 hours. Helpful, friendly staff.

Positive experience: A little difficult to find give yourself an extra 5 mins but clean and tidy inside with helpful staff
