My name is Mir, I'm a 40-year-old blissfully married father of 3 amazing kids.
Even though I have only recently become a driving instructor, I have over 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching all age groups, starting from coaching Handball and teaching Spanish speakers English, to now teaching driving.
Gear Free, a driving school I started, is specialized in automatic cars, offering driving lessons on a 2015 Renault Captur.
All my previous experience, coupled with my continuous self-growth work through mindfulness, has taught me how to take the stress away for my students and develop their driving skills quickly and comfortably.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a fantastic experience learning with Gear Free Driving School (Mir), and I genuinely couldn’t recommend him more. After failing my last two tests due to confidence issues, Mir completely turned things around for me. He’s not only an excellent instructor but also incredibly patient, supportive, and calm — exactly what I needed. Thanks to his guidance and encouragement, I finally PASSED my test, and I couldn’t be happier! I honestly don’t think I could have done it without him. If you’re looking for a driving instructor in the area, stop searching — Mir is the one!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Mir! Especially coming from a previous driving instructor who didn’t have any faith in me or my abilities and made me feel like I was never going to pass. And then having Mir who was nothing but kind and encouraging leading me to pass first time I would 100% recommend Mir to anyone experienced or not.
