Fantastic experience: I found Simon to be extremely easy to get along with, a great laugh and a terrific instructor. He was always patient, understanding, and never seemed to get frustrated or angry. Fantastic experience: Simon is a wonderful driving instructor, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I have had multiple instructors and Simon stands out as the best. I found him to be calm, perceptive, professional and patient all of which I highly value in a teacher. I was extremely nervous for my test and Simon ensured we worked on my weak driving points until I was happy with them so that I could be completely confident in my ability to drive and for my test. His relaxed demeanour and ongoing guidance prior to the test meant that I could keep a level of composure throughout the whole thing and passed after two previous attempts (under different instructors). Fantastic experience: Simon is a fantastic driving instructor. I only wish I had found him sooner. Driving didn't come naturally to me but his tremendous patience, kindness and laid back approach did wonders for my skills and confidence. He was reliable, punctual, flexible in scheduling lessons and always gave me 100% of his attention. I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially to those who have previously struggled to learn.

Fantastic experience: Simon is a fantastic driving instructor. He is patient, knowledgeable and kind. He put me at ease during lessons, chatting to relax me, whilst simultaneously focusing on the lesson, always acting in a professional manner. Lessons covered the very basics, starting in quiet side roads and getting to know gears, pedals etc, building to cover everything needed to pass the test. Lessons were planned with my input, covering different areas to make me into a confident, safe driver, not just following a checklist to pass the test. He was always prompt (where Lancaster traffic allows!), kept in contact if he was running late, and never missed a lesson. He endured my numerous puns, kept his white car spotless and I'm grateful for all his hard work to help me pass. I would highly recommend Simon as a driving instructor!

Negative experience: Simon let me down, he didn't show up for the driving test appointment as we agreed! Because of the careless working attitude, lack of communication with customers from his side, no phone answer or reply text messages for 3 days caused me losing my money. I don't recommend using Simon, save your money, avoid him and find another driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Simon as he is one of the nicest people i have ever met, he makes you feel comfortable when you're learning to drive. He is very calm when you're driving which helped me calm my nerves, he also makes you feel safe as you can trust him without fail as he is skilled and can predict most situations before they happen helping you prepare and feel safe. He is a Great person to talk as he is as friendly as it gets.
