They are professionals in this field. They would make you feel alright at that point you think it's all over. They changed my doubt. They are very good. Fantastic experience: Outstanding service. I took a two hour driving lesson to gain confidence manoeuvring a larger van. Reception staff friendly and efficient. John, the instructor, was amazing. I was feeling pretty nervous before the lesson but he instantly put me at ease, was very positive and professional. It was a lot of fun and very practical and felt very safe in the big training area and navigating the obstacle courses of cones. Great value for money. A MASSIVE THANK YOU.

Passed my C1 today and although I only had a short time with LTS, they were amazingly supportive, professional, calm and kind and got me through a tough road with getting this C1. Fantastic experience: I'm a bit late writing this review as I passed my Class 1 at the end of November. After looking at various companies to do my class 1 license I decided to go with LTS based on a friend's recommendation which turned out to be a fantastic decision. I'd never driven anything bigger than a car so jumping straight in to an artic seemed like madness to me at the time. My nerves were very quickly settled and everything from my assessment with Wayne, training with John and test at the end of the week was great. Everybody I came across at LTS were helpful, friendly, professional and generally just a great bunch of people. I can't say enough positive things about John my instructor who was easy to get along with, really took the time to explain everything, had seemingly endless patience with me wobbling all over the yard attempting to reverse and got me to a point where I was feeling confident on the day of my test. I'm back to do mod 4 in a week or so and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or attend any training at LTS in the future.

Fantastic experience: Passed my C + E test today. Completed 3 days of training with my instructor Wolf Stamp. He was fantastic from start to finish. Very patient, informative and motivational during the training. Can't recommend him enough. Would also like to thank Wayne who took me for a couple of hours before test. Fantastic experience: I passed my C+E test yesterday after around 20 hours of training this week. From my earliest contact with LTS in September and my assessment drive last month I have been impressed with the positivity, support and professionalism of every member of staff I have encountered. Everyone, from the fantastic office team to the instructors and assessors were friendly and encouraging, even when they were not directly involved with my training. Special mention goes to Wolf whose patient, calm and empathic manner, underpinned by humour made this a stimulating and rewarding experience.

Fantastic experience: I passed my C+e test with LTS'! I couldn't recommend them enough. Everyone here has been very friendly and helpful, all the instructors and staff have been great. My instructor was Wolf, he's got the patience of a saint and doesn't get angry or frustrated with you. I started my training elsewhere and I can honestly say they're not all this good.

Fantastic experience: We would just like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Lancaster training, they really do go above and beyond, my first initial contact was with Chelsea Bell she was fantastic in helping us organise and getting our training dates, then there was John our (there were two of us) first instructor, I must say a big thank you John, you put us at ease straight away, very professional but always happy and always routing for your pupils to do well, from there we were passed onto Wolf another top instructor who ironed out any creases that were left, again another professional instructor with a great sense of humour, his nickname was CUPCAKE and he really prefers you to use this rather than Wolf , and lastly the scary Examiner, (not scary at all) Vicky .. she was lovely, very professional and obviously picks up on your nerves, put us at ease straight away. All in all a very professionally run outfit, myself and my workmate Keith would just like to say a big thank you to you all.

Fantastic experience: Friendly professional trainers who worked with me to upgraded my licence from class 2 to class 1. So glad I choose LTS to move my career on and would recommend everyone learn with them. Big shout to Wolf, Gary and the other lads (sorry can’t remember the names). Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend this company! I passed my hgv driving test on Friday, the staff here are welcoming and very respectful! All the instructors are brilliant but a special shout out to wolf who went above and beyond to make me relaxed and help me get through my test. Also Gareth who did my module 4 he’s really good too.

Fantastic experience: Instructor John is brilliant! Went from car to Class 1 over 4 days instruction with him and I can't imagine having a better instructor. All staff were warm and welcoming and made the whole process as easy and as stress free as possible.

Fantastic experience: Went for my PCV driving assessment today and have to say the staff were wonderful all very friendly especially all the girls in the office and great facilities I’m so glad I’ve booked my course with them and very confident in passing hopefully first time. He helped me so much and really put me at ease. If there was something I was struggling to understand he always found a way to explain it to me that I understood.

Fantastic experience: where do I start. started @ LTS with a driving assessment carried out by Gary. First impressions of him were professional. had my mod 4 with Wolf and John and again first impressions of them were professional. just today I passed my Class 1 with 2 days driver training with Gary and I can whole heartedly say I passed because of his knowledge and guidance. absolutely outstanding service and worth every penny I spent. even if I had failed, my outlook would be no different. the guys there are top class and are every credit to the company. the advice given by the 3 mentioned above is truly invaluable. but most importantly they made me feel at ease and that what I was training for actually meant something to them other than money coming into the company. ( i might add I had that from other training companies that I approached. only wanting your money) I would also like to thank Chelsea, anytime I rang or emailed she was always happy to help nothing was to much hassle, always pleasant on the phone and always did her best to accommodate me, I know I was a pain the amount of times I rang with a question lol but she answered them without a stress. again another credit to the company. thank you all so much for everything and I am so glad I chose LTS for my driver training... anyone thinking about LTS don't take my word for it. go down and see for yourself they are the best in the business .

Negative experience: Absolutely shambles of company, my partner had a test coming up in May so she paid the £30 for the closer test date in April only for it to be cancelled 2 days before attending after she had paer instructo now she can't have it until July Absolutely joke

Fantastic experience: I can’t find the words to thank all the Staff in LTS. Absolutely great, Friendly, Helpful, amazing, professionalism. 100% excellent.also the Examiners Paul & Gary are great and excellent. I gave up my dream for 18 years when I failed 3 times in Kirkam Near Preston Lancashire.I was disappointed and lost my hopes to be HGV driver. Spirit comes to me from God (Allah) said to me you need to recall for your HGV licence and start training. I called the Boots Camps Government scheme, I called job Centre, I called royal Force to join army scheme, I called local companies offered to work for them for free just to get my training. And I was turned off by all of them. I called some local training providers and all of them told me I have to come up with £2,000 pounds minimum in advance before we can start training you. So again I was thinking to give up and I said to myself this is not meant to be for me. Until one day I was in Google searching and LTS logo comes up in my face and spirit was going on in my heart call this company. So I called. First thing I was offered £50.00 1 hour assessment and after that I was given 2 days training and third day my test. Secondly I was given an option to pay as I want or I can afford every week as long full payment received before or in my starting day.Which was absolutely amazing no other companies offered that to me. The price with LTS was nothing compared to other companies Yesterday I passed my driving test and now I am HGV class 1 (C+E) driver. ❤️LTS the only company I say brought me back to Live after Death. I thank God(Allah) for sending me to LTS. Thanks Thanks Thanks LTS No 1 in the UK . I will highly recommend and I will always do call them for any further Courses.

Negative experience: If I could rate this company 0 stars I would! I am disgusted in the way this company has treat my partner just because they previously knew him from years ago! It took them over an hour of his lesson to tell him it was not working out before he could even show them what he is capable of, driving him around the long way to get to the driving centre (LTS) at 10 miles per hour clearly trying to waste his time. When he got there he had to sit in a room where he got constantly stared out and confronted by 3 other people. They knew exactly what they where doing? How else are you meant to act when you are getting push in a corner? I don't recommend this company if you are guy or you have previous with them. DISGUSTED! How are we meant to live in a calm society when people can't even make a mend with one another after years past?

Fantastic experience: A very friendly honest and professional place to train. Office staff and instructors are all professional and friendly. My first course was a 5 day CPC so I could use my grandad rights for 7.5t, very well organized and interesting. My second was class 2, and the most recent class1, all passed 1st time and the installation from Geoff and Brian was professional and friendly. The assessment you take before the courses is great and you only pay for the hours needed to pass not a week's course so good value and a very fare price. Once again a big thank you and I will return to update my CPC.

Negative experience: Terrible service!!;had driving assessment booked for weeks in advance.took half day off work to go do it only to be told no booking for me even though they took money!!!will never use again!!!

Fantastic experience: I can say without hesitation that I 100% recommend LTS. The ladies I dealt with in the office were great, friendly & helpful, they made sure I knew exactly what to expect and on my first visit I was met with a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, immediately putting me at ease. Sitting in the waiting area on my first visit (for my driving assessment) every member of LTS I encountered was friendly & attentive (I think every person offered me a brew ☕) which really helped steady the nerves. Purely down to unforeseen circumstances, I actually had 3 different instructors over the duration of my course. Although all the instructors were great, I must say a special thank you to Brian, not least for giving me continuity on the day of my test. Brian wasn't due to be my designated instructor on the day of the test (24th May '19) and I really appreciated the time, patience and words of encouragement he offered me. Brian made my final drive (apart from my stupid pre-test hiccup or 2! ) comfortable, relaxing & enjoyable. I hope to see the LTS team all very soon as I progress through my modules and onto my artic training!

Fantastic experience: After having no experience with any vehicle bigger than my small car, I had 2 days of excellent training with Jeff in the C1 7.5t truck before passing my test first time. Jeff is a brilliant instructor & made me feel at ease driving the truck. All the staff at the centre are friendly & professional and I would recommend them to anyone, can’t thank them enough.
