Negative experience: Do not go with this woman, I contacted her and explained my daughters anxiety and mental health. She then takes my daughter out on 2nd lesson and shouted at her for doing something wrong and was very nasty to her, my daughter now in tears saying feels she cant do anything right, im disgusted with this.i did phone u and asked for call back my daughter was in tears having a break down and u did not do as u said of course u will turn it around 2nd lesson, u have put her off for life we all kn I w truth

Negative experience: Is it not you're job to teach road and markings as you are the instructor I was looking at you're reviews but think I'll give you a miss

Negative experience: Don’t recommend so snidey and no patience at all. Not even completing the lessons I have payed for because I don’t want to go back to her. Waste of time and money. Edit Maybe it would help if you actually told me what a road marking was and what they meant instead of you shouting at me when I didn’t follow them and thanks getting on great with my new instructor.

Fantastic experience: Nicola was really great with me when I was on a short time frame to get passed, she took me on with only 3 weeks until my test and I passed first time with 3 faults and only 3 double lessons, and this was after coming from only one previous lesson with an instructor that I didn't get on with and said there was no chance that I would pass in such short a time. Her teaching was very clear and concise, she was very patient and always explained fully where I went wrong and how to fix my mistake. Great instructor, you won't go wrong with her, very grateful that I found her so close to my test!

Fantastic experience: Dont think I would have passed with any other instructor as I had tried a few times before with various others. As the other reviews also say the confidence I gained whilst driving with nicola was night and day to the pressure I used to always feel while doing lessons with other instructors. Cant reccomend Nicola highly enough, excellent.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Nicola! Helped me to regain my confidence in driving and helped me to pass my driving test the first time. Nicola was very friendly and patient along with great teaching skills and knowledge. She was also very flexible in accommodating my uni and work shifts.

Negative experience: !!!!DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!! I would NEVER send my kids to this person to learn how to drive, how she passed her test is astonishing. She is very abusive while on the road when she is in the wrong and she obviously doesn't know how to use her mirrors or indicators! Very dangerous driver
