Hi and really sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service, but I did everything to get her ready for her 1st test even I knew she is not fully ready but allowed her to use my car for the test,she was not successful 1 major mistake, after that she asked me if she could have lessons and pay me end of the month I said I will if I could but it seems not fair with other pupils when they pay in advance for their lessons but offer someone else driving lessons and pay me end of the month. Then she booked her 2nd driving test in August when I got my holiday,I told her if she could have some lessons that time I probably could bring her test forward before my holiday but she couldn't have lessons cos basically she was struggling with money, found her an other instructor to have some lessons with and will take her for the test when i was away, she told me he refused to let her use his car cos in his opinion she is not ready for the test.that's what she told me. Last time I saw her not long ago spoke to her she told she will get back to once she is ready,then she booked a lesson with me in October then the night before her lesson she cancelled she thought she will get paid but she didn't,she said she will get back to me but didn't hear nothing from her since. I still love to help her until she gets her licence as long she has money to pay for her lessons and as long doesn't cancel with very short notice, checked she had more than 10 cancellations. Like I said will do my best to get her licence once she gets back. Never blocked her number even rang her earlier but she didn't answer. So my apologies if you are unhappy,but iam here to help if she still needs my support.
