Fantastic experience: I was invited to attend a practical driving assessment by the DVLA at RDAC Hampton on Arden. The booking of the assessment was done over the phone by a gentleman named Ryan Taylor, who was friendly, polite, and professional in his stance and approach and confirmed the appointment the day before by telephone. From the very moment I arrived at the centre, myself and my wife and Deborah were treated with respect and dignity, and I was put at ease immediately. The assessment was conducted by Amy Parnell (OT) and Henna Zaman (ADI), who explained in detail what was expected during the assessment. During the drive, I was not put under any pressure, and the directional instructions given by Henna were always clear and concise. I was reassured at times when I became nervous, and this helped me when I thought I had made a mistake. After the drive, I was given a full and comprehensive debrief by both Amy and Henna, including what would happen next. All the staff I came into contact with treated me with respect and dignity, and at all times, I felt like a valued individual. Negative experience: I never got an appointment after NHS referral four months to initial contact then one broken promise after another. We'll ring you back, we'll sort out an appointment etc. No apologies for delays. No empathy. Just a like it or lump it attitude throughout

Fantastic experience: Excellent service when needing a driving assessment report to send to the DVLA to get your driving license renewed due to either medical or disability reasons. They have a good range of adapted vehicles for disabled people. The new Head office in Hampton in Arden is an excellent location for having a driving assessment which allows a varied route to check your driving skills. Both Barry, the driving assessor and Becky, the occupational therapist made the driving assessment a relaxed and fun experience for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended
