Fantastic experience: Blue Triangle, and especially Christian, were an amazing company to complete my C1 license and training with. Neil, Chris and Mary are all brilliant and work together to give you the best training possible. I had Chris mainly but also Neil on one of the days and they both are so experienced and will get you to above and beyond the test standard required. Very patient guys especially when I mount a kerb on the pre-drive before the test but Chris’ calm nature helped so my confidence wasn’t even knocked and sure enough, managed to pass with only 1 minor! Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Blue Triangle Training. I began my Category C1 lessons with Christian on Monday. Just two days later I am now the proud holder of a Category C1 driving license! Christian explained my mistakes during the lessons and gave me ample opportunity and advice to correct them prior to the test. Maybe if you are lucky Christian will take you on a tour of Stonehenge (Birmingham Edition!) Overall, a massive thank you to Christian, Mary and Neil for booking me in for my C1 and offering phenomenal tuition. The lessons consist of roughly 4 hours driving per day with a brief break in the morning at a nearby pub offering hot drinks and toilet facilities as needed. This is a great opportunity to relax before the next set of driving, and Neil was also here so was lovely to talk to both Neil and Christian about the lessons and test. Prior to my lessons commencing, I had some troubles with my DVLA account. Neil went above and beyond to chase them up on issues and always communicated to me what was going on and let me know as soon as the problems had been rectified. Christian was calm, patient and a good teacher. And Mary was great at following up with any queries over WhatsApp. Overall, a wonderful local family business offering a great service at the most competitive price I've seen offered. A true credit to the community and I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Triangle to anyone needing to upgrade their license. Massive thanks again and I wish you all the best for the future. :)

Negative experience: I have joined Blue triangle for C + E from the car.i was unsuccessful may be I am not a good driver but I tell you I am still happy because on my exam day, I drove like the best since I joined, all because his son put me in so much stress & depression by shouting. I was so scared of him felt like not even going to my test. Test day morning i was driving my last hour before the test, & i put my trailer on the roundabout (which is bad) it happened because he started shouting at me again. so my advice go to NEIL best teacher & unfortunately he was not there for me. Neil Very nice gentleman, & a good teacher his son is terrible. this is what I felt. i am not going back there even if they offer me Free training

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend the team at Blue Triangle highly enough. Neil bent over backwards to get set up to deliver the C1+E course, which I needed to drive a large motorhome and tow a small car. My training instructor, Chris was very good and helped me through all areas expected on the practical examination. Don't fall for the advice given by the brokers with training schools up and down the country, stick to the small family run training schools. They know what they're doing and wont rip you off. Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Blue Triangle Training. I passed my Class 1 test today thanks to the relaxed and reassuring tuition I received from Neil. Throughout my lessons, it was evident that he is a very experienced and knowledgable instructor, who tailors the lessons dynamically based on experience, existing habits and areas needing fine tuning; a very patient man who had 12 years of bad habits to erase and got me through. Christian, did the examination for my reverse and uncoupling/coupling manoeuvre, and he was also very friendly, patient and reassuring. Mary was my first impression of the company and she was friendly, helpful and approachable right the way through from booking, to lessons starting. Finally, the training vehicle handled well and was nice to operate, as well as modern and clean & presentable. Thanks again Blue Triangle Training!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my HGV class 1 course with Blue Triangle Training, and i couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, It was a relaxed (but not too relaxed) learning environment. I had the privilege of getting on the road with both Chris and Neil. Neil took me out for my first experience in a class 1. He was both very relaxed and very informative which helped my confidence a lot. (Especially on the Seven star Junction, that was eye opening.) Chris trained me for the rest of my course. He was exactly the same and even threw in the humor for good measure. I can’t fault them Chris’s training methods are exceptional makes you feel at ease straight away gives you the confidence makes you feel like you have know him forever . Fantastic experience: I first contacted Blue Triangle Training a little while before Christmas, I spoke with Mary who helped me understand what happens and what I need to do she made it very easy to understand. I went for my class 1 Niel was super helpful and made everything very easy to understand. Going from a car and zero experience driving a lorry to class 1 in less than a month says it all. A small family run training company that will go to the end of the earth to help you, absolutely amazing people and thank you for getting me on the road.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended - recently completed my class 1 training with Blue Triangle via my employer, Neil was friendly and prompt in responding to any queries and advising us of dates and times of training etc. Had to retest a couple of times, both times Neil had a retest date sorted straight away and let us know the day after, which was really good. Chris completed my training, a genuinely nice guy who made me feel relaxed and used all his knowledge to boost my confidence. Not once did he show any sign of stress or annoyance throughout my training, even during the more stressful reversing session or when something went wrong out on the road. His hints and tips of the road layouts really helped me at junctions and roundabouts. Fantastic experience: This was my first experience of driving a full size lorry but the folks at blue triangle especially Chris and Neill who made it look so easy and they taught in a professional and efficient manner. I was a bit nervous at the start of the week but felt confident enough to pass by the end. Mary was also very helpful leading up to the training and answered any and all questions I had. I’d also like to thank Chris for the help with the Mod 4 CPC. Would highly recommend Blue Triangle for anyone looking for HGV training. Very professional service and training. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I failed my C+E with a different company and was offered a retest by the company months later. I phoned blue triangle who got me in for training the day after with a test the same week! Now I’m sure I was lucky but they went above and beyond to squeeze me in. The training I received was far better than the original larger company I trained with, much more detailed learning, constructive and positive feedback given and I truly think they are the reason I passed my test. I will be forever grateful for their efforts And could not recommend them enough. I went from car to class 1. 4 hours with blue triangle was as useful as a whole week with my previous training provider.

Fantastic experience: Mary & Neil are a credit to the industry and I would recommend anyone trying to pass their test to give them a call. I spoke to many training businesses whilst trying to find some training and came across a lot of messers trying to grab my money. Mary really juggled things around to get me into training, even if it was at the expense of Neil’s rest ( ha ha ! ) Neil was easy to get on with and really focuses on any weaknesses you may have, he is honest and genuinely cares. I passed around 3-4 months ago and I still think about how much Mary & Neil supported me with my goal. A real solid, hard working, professional, genuine and fair priced training school. Fantastic experience: Today i passed my Class 1 with Blue Triangle Training. I can't express how grateful i am finding them. Mary, Neil and Christian are all class acts! They made me feel very comfortable, (when it comes to testing im a nervous wreck). I've witnessed other teachers/companies reguly ask Neil for advice in training their pupils, he makes learning easy with simple quotes to remember, super clear instruction and super patient. Every lesson was a true pleasure and i could tell its more than a job for these guys, they have pleasure in changing the lives of us drivers. Truly doing god's work! Positive experience: Unfortunately I was not able to pass with Blue Triangle. After 2 failed tests instead of booking another retest, I went to another school and after initial 1 hour assessment they told me I am not ready for retest.. They pointed straight away what I am doing wrong and they put really hard work to prepare me from every angle for my test. I passed with them first time. Neil is very good bloke and good trainer but it just did not work out for me at Blue Triangle. I wish them all the best.

Fantastic experience: Booked my test with Neil way back in 2021, then decided I wanted to go straight from Car to Class 1 (C+E) passed first time with 3 minors thanks to Neil’s training! Also did my CPC mod 4 with him too and passed first time. Mary is also lovely to deal with too, she’s very helpful and replies back very quickly, they both have cracking personalities and are easy to get along with, this makes the training a fun experience as well as being very professional and informative. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of speaking to Mary today to try and arrange a class 1 retest. Although she couldn’t help me with what I needed she was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave me good advice and considering she knew she wasn’t going to get a booking out of me spent a good 3/4 minutes on the phone trying to help me out.
