Fantastic experience: I really struggled with driving due to injuries and lack of trust for other road users. Being in my 30s I thought I'd give it one last go and fortunately found jake. You won't find a better instructor not just for skill but for the mental side of driving. He's a brilliant bloke which I'm happy to call my friend after 8 months of learning. Passed first time with 1 minor so he knows what he's doing

Fantastic experience: I called Jake after I failed my first test. He was very supportive, quickly identified the gaps I had, and helped me work through them. Since I did not have much time between the two exams, he slotted me into some weekend hours, which was very kind of him. He is very good at what he does and will not hesitate to point out things that need mentioning. I passed on my second try, thanks to him!

Negative experience: Avoid this instructor if you are a sensitive person. Pass rates and website reviews are flattering. I was an intermediate learner. However, he could not adapt the lessons based on the individual learner’s style. It made me nervous throughout the entire lesson, making me feel like I wanted to give up. Going anonymous to avoid future issues

Negative experience: For a company called Urgent Pass he was seemingly in no rush to get clients. Couldn’t even get passed the phone call with this guy. As soon as I inquired about a time he started with an attitude. Sure some of his clients may have been happy with their lessons but in my experience driving lessons can occasionally be stressful and this is not the kind of guy who could calm someone’s nerves

Fantastic experience: I struggled for years to pass my test but Urgent Pass really helped me out, they don’t just teach you to drive they get right into all the aspects and insure you get it right. I wouldn’t of passed without them.
