Negative experience: Was very rude and sarcastic when I messaged her asking about lessons

Fantastic experience: Karen is simply the best driving instructor there is in Carlisle. She helped me pass after having a hard time with my last instructor, and she has a calm and chatty demeanour that is simply the best! She helped put me at ease even in the most hardcore stressful situations on the road, and her dedication and friendly atmosphere during her lessons, and the fact that she is incredibly thorough means that I learnt everything I needed to learn to pass! 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Its been my first time learning to drive and I've been learning with Karen from day 1. Karen is super friendly and patient and has given me all the knowledge and skills needed to pass my driving test which I have now passed! She's always a good laugh too and I've really enjoyed my experience, I wouldn't have went with anyone else, highly recommended! Thank you so much Karen all the best!

Driving didn’t come naturally to me at first and I often doubted myself, but she always reassured and believed in me. Fantastic experience: I passed first time with Karen! She is very observant and will make sure that you nail the things that you may not even notice. On the test she was very smiley and positive and helped me not worry as much. She can converse and laugh with you during lessons to keep a positive and less pressuring time. She also will work around you when possible and pick you up/ drop you off where needs be around Carlisle, which was useful for me being a student. I struggled a lot at first but she quickly helped me get out of bad habits I learned whilst driving by my own car alongside. Would definitely recommend her if you’d like to pass first time. She knows exactly what the examiners want to see.

Fantastic experience: Thank goodness for Karen!! After many, and I mean many, lessons with several different instructors, I was getting nowhere fast with my confidence, it just wouldn't click into place. Karen seemed to be able to pick up on my issues and handled them with her quiet, calm and great sense of humour. A few lessons in, and I was looking forward to my lessons, gone was the fear and dread, 3months from start till pass. Couldn't have done it without her. Excellent tuition from an excellent lady that I now call a friend.
