Negative experience: I was assigned Imran as my instructor. He first cancelled my first lesson with him, then was late by 30 minutes for my rearranged first lesson, he then has cancelled on my twice in a row since then, baring in mind i’ve only been with Imran for month. Yes this may have been done 48hours in advance but it doesn’t change the inconvenience. Don’t commit to a date if you’re constantly going to let your customers down. How is someone meant to learn to drive when there’s no consistency? On top of this, Imran thinks it’s okay to answer calls during your lesson, unprofessional. Very disappointed and spend your money wisely.

Fantastic experience: Sir Mr. Muhammad Imran such a nice & friendly instructor he teaches me a lot of things and by Grace of Almighty ALLAH and the hard work of my instructor I passed my test strongly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Felt very comfortable with Imran from the very first day. Taught me everything step by step and made sure to not put too much pressure on me when I didn’t understand something. Got referred by a friend of mine to join Atlas who passed first time, and don’t regret my decision.

Negative experience: Sophie is the worst driving instructor ever , roughly 2 and a half weeks before my test she dropped me with no warning and said she was switching to automatic. Also she over charged me by £10 for every 10 hour block. After she dropped me she didn’t make me a priority and I didn’t hear from her for a few days. I then had to call atlas driving school who which they didn’t want to speak to Sophie on my progress from the driving test and they told me to talk to her about the problems I had with her including the over charging… Atlast driving HR only cared about their reputation and repeatedly told me they won’t take me for the test if I’m not ready. Sophie made me wait a week for our next scheduled lesson and the day before our lesson she “switched to automatic” cancelling on me. The next lesson HR booked for me was another week away with the instructor Imran. On that lesson with Imran he told me i should cancel my test and l was not ready… that was roughly a week away from my test. They are so VERY unprofessional I WILL NOT not recommend. I didn’t listen to them. I didn’t canceI my test as I thought the experience was worth it especially when it was so hard to get a test booked. I PASSED my test first time after searching desperately for a instructor that will take me seriously. Ataur rajib from learn driving based in mitcham was that instructor who did exactly that !! Alhamdulliah. He took me on with just a week and a half until my test and I passed with only TWO minors. ATLAST DRIVING SCHOOL MADE ME BELIEVE I WOULD FAIL AND SADLY I TOOK THE TEST THINKING I FAILED.
