Fantastic experience: I had my test at Newcastle under Lyme test centre and my examiner was Ian he was so kind, supportive and helpful he explained everything so clearly, as I have visual dyslexia I have trouble reading signs but he gave me a satnav to follow and I could ask him one thing many times and he wouldn’t get worked up or angry. :) he’s a credit to Newcastle test centre

Fantastic experience: Very professional examiner ,instruction clear, honest , no mind games ( wich ather test center uses to make candidates feels not worthy of their time and you end up failed ) , after many failures at ather test centers I do understand why all my instructors advises me not to take my test here and advises to take it at crew or Cowbridge , because in this test center they can tell if the learner is in good hand or with some kind of manipulaters who uses you and leave you under the mercy of bad test centers like crew and Cowbridge (who instructors and examiners work together to take your money )...for the last 6 months I did drive with my husband I booked my test here n I passed , . I do recommend this test center they are honest . N you will know if your instructor is worthy of your time and money . Thank you for the honesty

Fantastic experience: Ian Wood was the man! He speaks to you politely, gives you time and when he’s sat there, it’s like you’re sat in the car with one of your mates! Spot on at his job! No power trip or trying to fail you! He knows he can change someone’s life with the driving test results! Anyone going for your test here should be happy to have him examine them!

Negative experience: If you are not ready to go through your test like 5times please do not go here…they are friendly and can be chatty and this can be distracting as well, you are trying to listen to their instructions at the same time trying to focus on your driving, and any silly mistakes you have failed‍♀️Be careful and focused
