Fantastic experience: Have been having lessons with Paul for 8 months and have just passed , I definetly feel that I am confident on the road and that’s thanks for his patience and helpfulness throughout the process .

Fantastic experience: As a result of being lucky enough to have Paul as my instructor, I have just passed my driving test with NO FAULTS! I was unable to have any practice outside of my lessons so I really do owe getting my clean sweep pass to him! He is professional, understanding, patient, very knowledgeable and so easy to get along with. I felt comfortable to let him know on occasions when external factors may affect my driving and he adjusted lessons accordingly, making sure they were always productive and I was learning something every time. Even when I made mistakes I would leave my lessons feeling positive, which is so important when building confidence (which I had little of!) I started this with no experience and now I have a licence as well as a friend in Paul If you are thinking about booking with PJ School of Motoring, 100% do it, he's the best there is!

Fantastic experience: I began my lessons with Paul feeling a little daunted at the idea of learning to drive. It seemed like a big challenge, one I wasn't sure I was ready for. But thanks to Paul's calm, consistent, and friendly character and his patient, knowledgeable approach to teaching, learning to drive quickly became a straightforward, even enjoyable process. Thanks to Paul, I passed my test first time, but I walked away knowing that even if I had failed, the skills he taught me would have given me an excellent chance of passing on my next try. Fantastic experience: Paul is a great instructor. I had recently moved to a new area and not had any lessons in a few months. I did not know any of the roads in this area prior to moving. Paul was very patient and got me up to test standard within about 30 hours of driving. The best instructor I have driven with and a lovely person. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Paul is an absolutely amazing driving instructor! I started lessons in late November with 0 experience and passed my test first time in early May with just 38 hours of lessons and no private practice. His teaching style is clear, patient, and encouraging. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and would highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive!

Fantastic experience: I started with zero experience in driving when I had my first lesson and thanks to Paul I’ve managed to pass first time. I feel that I was a bit slow to pick things up, but I never felt pressured the entire time. He was always patient, polite and explained things well. I haven’t a negative thing to say about him, if you’re looking to start lessons I cannot recommend him enough. And if you’ve had instructors which didn’t do a good job or had poor behaviour, you’ll be glad to have Paul as your instructor. Thanks for teaching me Paul it was a blast!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t have had a better driving instructor. Paul helped to build my confidence driving as I was quiet nervous at the start of lessons and always asked if there was anything I think I was struggling with so we could tackle it and made sure I had no questions. He also gave me the opportunity to get in a few extra hours of driving to really boost my confidence towards my test. I can’t thank him enough helping me pass first time :)

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous before I started taking lessons but I was put at ease straight away. He’s a great instructor and helps get to the goal of passing. I had a test booked in September but I was no where near ready. So I changed it too a later date and he helped me get to test ready. I absolutely recommend him as he puts you at ease and helps you work to that goal.

Fantastic experience: paul has helped me massively , it started from meeting him on a street in hucknall and asking one question, from that point on he has been the nicest person to learn to drive with from not being able to drive to being able to in just over a year (slow learner me ) a change of car ment learning a new car all over again but quickly got the gist of it . from passing my theory in october to passing my test on the 12th of jan ( thank god for the cancellation app ) paul prices are amazing for how he teaches and his experience teaching people helps massively . would highly recommend paul to my friends and family , he’s an asset to pj school of motoring and agin paul thank you for everything you have said to encourage me and remind me of things id forgotten they all helped

Fantastic experience: Very approachable and patient with me when I was struggling. Very clear with his teaching methods and helped me calm my nerves down before my test which I passed first time

Negative experience: Condescending man with a nasty attitude wouldn’t recommend at all made me feel very uncomfortable and belittled.

Fantastic experience: Paul is a top tier driving instructor. Paul was my second driving instructor and I couldn’t have wished for a better instructor. He was always punctual to every lesson and taught at a speed you were comfortable with, ensuring that you were confident and ready before trying generally daunting things such as your first time on a dual carriage way. Most instructors just teach you enough to pass but Paul teaches you enough to be driving safely and confidently long after your driving test. With Paul I passed first time with only three minors. Thanks Paul.

Fantastic experience: Paul is an absolutely amazing driving instructor. I lucked out with finding him online and I’ve recommended him to everyone who’s looking for an instructor whether they’re starting out or already have some experience. You can tell Paul loves his job and it’s not an easy one to have! He truly believes in his students and every lesson is tailored to suit your process. He was always supportive and encouraging and would always ask if there’s anything I’d like to work on at the beginning of the lesson so I’d have the opportunity to cover past lessons or build up confidence in areas. He would offer extra lessons and was always super punctual and communicative before and after lessons if anything changed. His experience has made him a fantastic instructor and I don’t think I’d be as confident on the roads now without him. I can’t thank Paul enough, he’s brilliant 5/5 ⭐️

The lessons I received were invaluable for passing the test and even though I have been driving abroad for years. I still felt that every minute I was learning something new. Fantastic experience: Having attempted to learn how to drive at 18, I remember walking away feeling ill-prepared and lacked confidence; I never attempted the theory or practical tests. 7 years later, I began learning to drive again, but under Paul's teaching and guidance.
