Juliens Driving School Isle of Wight

Negative experience: Paid £380 for 10 hours worth of lessons, stated to me that he does refunds but didn't provide me with an invoice or reciept. First couple lessons were very poor, repeatedly forgot who I was and assumed each consecutive lesson was my first, every lesson forgot my address and had to spend half an hour guiding him through ryde to my address over the phone, additionally when each lesson would end he would guide me to "my house" which would be the wrong address on the other side of town. He would constantly cancel lessons with me stating that his "car broke down" (its an electric fiat 500) on multiple occassions and during the span of the lessons he would vape with the windows closed, be indirect with his words and actions and not provide me with information, I always had to ask. As of recently I had called Julian repeatedly to imquire about a refund, to which he didn't respond, however when we phoned him from an alternate number he responded immediately. Julian had refused to give us a partial refund and stated that he would message me and try to finish more lessons. No messages from him, sent him a message myself and recieved no response. Thrown a substantial amount of money down the drain, I don't think I need to say more.

Negative experience: Don’t book a block of lessons with Julien. He didn’t show up or contact me three times when I tried to get a refund for the six hours I hadn’t taken out of the ten I paid for. He said he normally doesn’t do refunds, but on this occasion, he would, as he had let me down multiple times. He told me to send him my bank details, and I did. However, every time I tried to contact him afterward, he didn’t reply, and his number wasn’t ringing. I tried using my partner's phone and got through to him straight away. When I asked again for the money, he said he hadn’t received my text with the bank details and asked me to send it again, which I did. After that, I still didn’t receive the money. Eventually, he blocked both my number and my partner's. I paid £380 for ten hours and only received four lessons.

Negative experience: I had a test booked for wendsday 11-11 He said I meet you in sandown library at 10 in the morning and he never turned up . Let me down on my driving test date Avoid

Negative experience: Let me down on my driving test day !! I don’t recommend this man at all!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Negative experience: He’s a bit of an odd one. I got a really weird vibe from him on my lesson, the car was dusty, he was strange and I didn’t enjoy it. I then just spoke to another girl who without knowing my experience said she thought he was weird as well. He might be a nice guy but really I wouldn’t recommend
