Fantastic experience: I really recommend instructor Steven. I had no driving experience at all and honestly had no idea how to drive in the beginning. I was nervous and unsure, but Steven was always patient, calm, and supportive. He explained everything clearly and made me feel more confident each time. Thanks to his help, I finally passed my test on my last try. If you are a complete beginner like I was, trust Steven. He will help you get there!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to learn how to drive and build your confidence with driving, I can't recommend Steven highly enough as an instructor. He is so patient and knows how to tailor the lessons in a way that works well for you. He adjusted the number of hours based on what I needed and didn't add extra hours unnecessarily. I passed my test today on my first attempt! All I had to do was listen to Steven and follow his advice. Thanks again Steven! :)

Fantastic experience: As all knows, Shieldhall is famous for the most challenging test centres for low pass rates . But thanks to Steven, I managed to pass on my first attempt! That really exceeded my expectation! I had almost zero road experience before, and less than 4 weeks of preparation. All you need to do just trust Steven completely, listen carefully, and follow everything he said. Can’t recommend him more! xx

Fantastic experience: Steven is a fantastic instructor. He has a very calm-assertive approach which worked well for me. I was extremely nervous when driving and he still managed to get me to where I needed to be (passed first time). He is very knowledgeable and he constantly checked my understanding along the way to ensure I was progressing. The way he delivered constructive feedback was very helpful. After each lesson I noticed improvements. I would recommend him to anyone. He is by far the best driving instructor I’ve had out of several. Thank you Steven!

Fantastic experience: I passed my test today after 20 hours of lessons with John — I started learning with him after failing my first test. He's a fantastic instructor: gives clear advice and doesn’t just point out mistakes, but also lets you know what you’re doing well. I had a lot of anxiety after my first failure, and John really helped me build skill and confidence. Can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience learning to drive with Steven and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn. I was a late learner and previously had to stop and start lessons with another instructor due to pregnancy, house moves etc and was a tad nervous about starting again. Steven was friendly, calm, practical and really encouraging and I was delighted to pass my test with him in April.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test today on my first attempt thanks to Steven. He knew the right way to teach me from day one. He also helped me build my confidence; something that a previous instructor I had elsewhere could not manage to do. I enjoyed my lessons and I was looking forward to them every day. He was really accommodating with his time and the location of our lessons. Really patient and encouraging and I found the mock tests very helpful.
