Her guidance and communication was excellent and she was very patient. She made Thomas feel very comfortable and at ease during his lessons. He passed first time and we are over the moon! Negative experience: Don't expect them to come up with a time plan as to when you will be ready for a test. Mitchell's is the the kind of company that will readily drag the process out.
