Fantastic experience: Really great instructor made Aiden feel really at ease, friendly, calm and took time to ensure Aiden knew what he was doing. Aiden passed first time after 21 hours of lessons, seemed quick but Ian knew he was ready. I’ve been out with Aiden since he passed and you can tell he’s been taught well, thanks Ian.

If you're an overthinker like me, he'll be happy to talk about all the nitty-gritty theory with you, but at the same time encourage you to see and do things on the road to build confidence and experience. I wasn't feeling ready for my test but he insisted I was, kept me calm, and he was right - I passed first time. I'm grateful for all his support, and his driving and teaching skills are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Ian Mcquillan Driving School is one I'd describe as phenomenal. After a year of multiple instructors and failed attempts at the practical examination, I was advised by a friend to take up lessons with Ian. This was certainly not a mistake by any means. Ian has the analytical mindset to address the strengths and weaknesses of your driving capabilities and molds that into a skill set necessary to achieve your driving goals. A great example of this would be myself. 2 majors and 10 minors I received on my previous test, within 10 hours with Ian I accomplished my examination with only 3 minors! If you are looking for an empathetic and expierienced instructor to co-ordinate your driving ambitions, this is the best man for the job. There are quite a few instructors out there that practice this profession primarily for economic gain, not Ian. I could tell from the first hour, all the way up to my test that he is in this industry because he is passionate and devoted to his clients to succeed. Another bonus, he's a great bloke that has banter! 5/5 experience, 5/5 service, 5/5 instructor
