iTRAIN Driving School is a well established and successful driving school, we previously had two driving instructors but Jeff has recently retired from being a driving instructor (Oct 2023)
Steph has been fully qualified for almost 3 years but has worked as a driving instructor for 4 years. She has a high pass rate and has a 5 star rating based on pupil recommendations. She works full time.

Jeff now acts as a mentor to ADIs and PDIs with his vast experience gained over 15 years in the industry and prior to that working as a business advisor for Highlands and Islands Enterprise with many years management experience.

Fantastic experience: I'm an American, living in London, with NO experience driving in the UK. I flew to Inverness just for an available test appointment and Jeff got me from complete novice to Test Ready in only TWO LESSONS. He's a kind, calm, positive, clear, knowledgable, practical and incredibly patient instructor. He took me on my first roundabout on day 1 and I felt secure navigating Inverness's tricky roundabouts by my test on day 3. He pointed out my weaknesses without making me feel incapable, and he highlighted the key techniques I would need to master. He even attended a lesson when he was feeling quite under the weather because he said, "I don't let people down." 10/10 would recommend working with Jeff for anyone, especially expats. Thanks Jeff! x

Fantastic experience: Jeff is a really knowledgeable, kind and calm instructor! He is understanding and super patient which is exactly what I needed to get me through my test, therefore, I couldn’t recommend him more⭐️

Fantastic experience: Very grateful to Jeff for helping me pass my test last week. The calm environment Jeff provides was exactly what I needed as a more anxious driver. Every lesson was well thought out and at the right level for me, while also not being afraid to push my abilities.
