Fantastic experience: Passed first time after having 13 lessons with Antonio, who is a great instructor. I was comfortable on the road within 2-3 lessons and had structured learning to get me performing good manoeuvres. Antonio was always calm, very patient, and put any nerves at ease. Having observed him instructing this same way with 4 other students during pickups, I can say with confidence that he is an excellent instructor and I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my manual driving test first time at Hendon today after 20 hours of lessons with Sergio. He’s a fantastic instructor—always clear and made the lessons really enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Granada Motoring School.

Negative experience: All good until it wasn’t. Had Sergio as my driving instructor and he was okay but liked to be quite passive aggressive when I made mistakes and lessons with him were very inconsistent. Also forced me to use the push and pull method when turning the wheel and wouldn’t let me use any other method to turn. Lessons are cheap and cheerful however the quality was low par but I suppose you get what you pay for…

Fantastic experience: I can't even express how amazing my driving instructor Sergio was! He was super patient, friendly, and made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and gave me so much confidence. Thanks to their guidance, I passed my driving test!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch instructor!!

Negative experience: Avoid the instructor called Sergio, he humiliate you if you make mistake he is not helpful at all!! What a waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: Very happy to have received driving lessons from Antonio, who was a patient, calm, experienced and well-prepared instructor. I passed my test on the first try after about 6 hours of lessons to familiarise myself with the rules of the road in the UK. Would very much recommend!

Antonio is a calm, professional, excellent teacher who puts you at your ease; I highly recommend learning with him, it was a much better experience than with my first driving instructor!

Negative experience: The operator on call was extremely rude! Also they no longer have their office near Westbourne Park station. Wrong information on google.

Fantastic experience: I did 10 hours of lessons with my instructor Antonio and although that isn't a lot, I learned so much more about driving than I previously ever did. Anotnio was very professional and polite and is everything a learner needs from their instructor. He made sure to go over everything so I would be ready for my first test, which I passed, and I have a lot of respect and gratitude for what he has done for me. I would recommend GSM to anyone looking to start lessons, and would suggest to do them with Antonio in particular as he is someone who will actually get you to look forward to lessons and make you enjoy it. I felt very comfortable throughout and genuinely didn't feel nervous or worried during the week of the test, as he boosted my confidence and gave me some useful tips and great advice which supported me during the test. I would like to give a huge thank you to GSM and Antonio for an experience I won't forget. I am very grateful for what GSM have done and I'll certainly miss getting in the red car and going for a drive! Hopefully I might spot you in the local area sometime or see you when someone starts lessons with you, as I am 100% recommending to any people I know that is looking to start. Fantastic experience: Just passed my practical today first time round after schooling with Antonio for a while. It's been an absolute pleasure learning with him. He is calm and well spoken, explaining everything perfectly. The rates are great compared to many others, and the pick up & drop off service is wonderful so you start and finish at home utilising the whole lessons to the max. I really appreciate the time Antonio has given me and for having faith in me! Muchas Gracias amigo! Highly recommend to anyone in and around the area!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic teaching. Learned everything needed to know for test very quickly with all manoeuvres explained clearly, both my brother and I passed are driving tests with ease as we were trained and taught by highly trained instructor. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: On Monday afternoon, I passed my driving test on the first attempt. I’m leaving this review as a big thank you to Antonio from GSM. I had begun my lessons with another driving school in south London (where I live). I was struggling and my confidence was very low. I had little expectation that I could drive well. My brother in law passed first time after learning with Antonio and talked about how simple and good the lessons were. I wasn’t enjoying learning to drive with my current instructor so I took a chance. Even though I would have to travel to north London, the fees were lower and made up for the travel cost. I messaged Antonio directly so I have no experience of dealing with the driving school. In the first lesson, I was able to confidently complete all of the manoeuvres and drive at speed, thanks to the brilliantly simple direction from Antonio. Before, I had not managed to get passed parallel parking and struggled to learn the over complicated steps my old instructor gave. Antonio is a natural teacher and his calm and welcoming character made our lessons fly by. Not only is he a rare asset in terms of driving instruction, he is one of the nicest people I have met in my life. I enjoyed learning with him and, even though a bout of flu made me unable to complete our last lesson before the test, I enjoyed the test just the same as our lessons and it flew by pleasantly. Antonio completely changed the way I feel about driving and I have recommended him to several friends already. I encourage anyone looking to start driving lessons to make sure you can get on well with your instructor. It doesn’t have to feel like a chore. I'm going to miss his little red car.

Negative experience: Such a horrible and rude serviece over the phone .I just called to ask few questions about their avaliblity and woman who answered the phone was so so rude and unpleasent ,so unprofesional

Negative experience: I have been trying to get hold of an instructor for over a month now. They have given me false hope of "someone will call you shortly" for so long now, nearly a month.
