Fantastic experience: Rafal is a very patient and supportive instructor. He teaches students to become confident and safe drivers for life, rather than only focussing on the test. He offers prompt and constructive comments during the lesson to ensure the student understands when a driving fault occurs, the reason for it and how to correct it. Through his instruction, I passed in Bishop's Stortford first time with only one minor fault. I would highly recommend RAS Driving School.

Fantastic experience: It took my a while to learn how to drive. Prior to starting my driving lessons, I had hardly ever ridden a bike in my life, so it was a skill I had to learn from scratch. Rafael was extremely patient and he is not only teaching you to pass your test, but also to be a safe and considerate driver later on in life. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I came to UK with no experience at all and was finding it hard to cope. The instructor was so patient with me and dedicated his time even giving me lessons before I start work. Fantastic experience: I still can't believe it. I nearly gave up learning to drive after decades of trying. When l was introduced to Rapheal, l thought another instructer but he proved different, very polite, patient , persistent, consistent and above all knowledgeable on how to teach people and motivate them. Thank you so much....passed at first attempt wow wow. He made me prove that age is just a number even in learning and passing driving. Fantastic experience: Mr. Rafael is a very professional, careful and patient driving instructor. He keeps up-to-date with the key aspects of the UK Driving Test, the local test routes and exactly what it takes to get an excellent Pass! Not only are his lessons tailored to the driving test format and test routes, they're also tailored to the individual, especially in correcting key driving mistakes/weaknesses. During practice, whenever I made driving mistakes, he helped me reflect on them, analyse the root causes and try again - till progress had been made. So, it's no surprise that I passed first time, with only 4 minors. Above all, safety and good driving practice were always paramount. Am so grateful to Mr. Rafael, for his support and guidance.

Fantastic experience: I was practising in my own car for few months but not feeling confident in lot of driving techniques. Rafael really helped me a lot in overcoming these difficulties and with his guidance and technique, I was able to pass my exam.

Fantastic experience: All these 5 star reviews speak for it. Rafael was a spectacular instructor. He was very patient with me since I had zero experience in driving. He explained things from the test aspect of passing the exam as well the "real world" side where predicting other driver's movements can prevent a collision, and maybe one day save your life. He explained everything I needed to know. Up until my roadtest date, he made sure I could do all right. Also great in communication from any enquiries. I will recommend this driving school for everyone at all levels. Today i passed my test in just one go thank you again . Now I can finally drive around town, and will always keep in mind all the things I learned from him. It was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Rafael has been an excellent instructor. He is detail oriented and very knowledgeable. Was always very calm & patient during the lessons even when I kept repeating the same mistakes. He keeps working on your mistakes until you start doing the right thing as a habit. He made sure I am familiar with most of the test routes which helped a lot. He is really a pleasant personality & driving lessons with him were fun, something I looked forward to. Fantastic experience: I took a fast pass course and passed my test today (March 2018) 1st time with 3 minors. My test today involved the sat nav 20 minute independent driving and the manoeuvre I done was parallel park. Fantastic experience: I took the new formatted test 07/12/17 with sat navigation and passed very happily with just 1 minor. I am extremely pleased with this result and ultimately the time and patience Rafal had spent with helping me improve my skills and ultimately my focus and confidence. He conducted all lessons in a very professional but also enjoyable manner and explained the finer details to me and erased any obstacles I had in my mind. Negative experience: He did not want to return the money which was paid to him. The reason I wanted the money back was the quality of the service I was not happy about. As he did not wanted to rerun the money I had to go on court and ask for the money back, which was honored after that.
