Fantastic experience: Andy is an outstanding instructor—methodical, highly effective, and truly brilliant. His unique approach helps pinpoint your areas of improvement, offering detailed, actionable feedback that not only prepares you to pass your driving test but also ensures you become a confident and safe driver afterward. He was very flexible, accommodating last-minute request for my test, and thanks to his guidance, I passed on my first attempt. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Andy is a great instructor! He helped me pass my test first time. Andy was extremely accommodating in providing me with lessons at very short notice, and Andy prepares you not only for your test but also for prepares you for driving in the future. I would definitely recommend Andy if you are learning to drive!

Negative experience: AVOID like the plague. Andy is very rude, abusive and mentally unstable man who stops you and spends half an hour shouting at you for a small mistake and then does not listen to you if you want to practice in your test area or do any manouvre you want. He will then not turn up before your test and tell you to find another Instructor.

Always being accommodating with finding times for lessons at short notice was a huge bonus, and he is extremely prompt which is a rare thing to find in a driving instructor. He’s patient and makes you feel comfortable, and most importantly he teaches you how to be a safe confident driver not just how to pass your test.

Negative experience: Andy was quick to respond and book me in for a refresher lesson. However, I didn't like his teaching style, it too intense for me and I wouldn't recommend him if you're a nervous driver.

Fantastic experience: Andy is a great driving instructor! I started lessons with him in July 2021 (i had learnt clutch control previously)and have passed my test at the end of October 2021 1st time with two minor faults. Highly recommend - he draws diagrams to explain which is very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I've had other instructors in the past and I like the way Andy teaches, friendly and encouraging but firm by always keeping his number one priority making you a safe driver and ideally passing your test first time which I did with one fault ! He's laid back enough to let you learn things your own way and takes pride in his work so I would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: After 3 instructors and 2 failed tests (manual and automatic) I was left with very little confidence, Andy immediately made me feel at ease and was a lot more supportive and calm than any other instructor. He helped me re-learn manual, target areas that I had failed my test on and taught me to drive in a way that wasn't just to 'pass a test'! I was able to pass my test in just 2 months and I feel more a lot more confident and at ease behind the wheel! Would 100% recommend him to anyone; a new learner, someone that needs a confidence boost and a push to pass, or additional lessons! Could not have passed without him. Thank you Andy

But what I think it is really great about him is that he has a unique way of combining street reality with book theory.
