PDS Driving School

Negative experience: I'm looking for manual driving lessons and contacted PDS. The reply I got is, "Sorry only Manual available". No further response from PDS. Doesn't seem to care about potential clients and I wonder how this instructor can have only positive reviews.

Fantastic experience: Came to Peter a few weeks before my driving test, already knowing how to drive, however not to the DVLA standard.We did a block of 10 hours which is only 5 days of lessons and I passed with one minor. He has patience and his experience really makes things so much easier than what people portray it to be. Thanks g

Fantastic experience: Peter is a fantastic instructor who really helps you understand all the important things you need to know about driving. He calmly teaches you all the manoeuvres and correct procedures to pass. I passed first time with 4 minors. Peter is always on time and has great availability. I would recommend anyone who wants to pass their test to go with PDS driving school.

Fantastic experience: I have just passed my test with Peter and he was absolutely brilliant! I have been learning to drive on and off since I was 18 (now 26) and I passed first time with him after 4 other failed attempts with other driving instructors. Fantastic experience: Peter was an amazing driving instructor and really helped me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. I was a nervous learner but Peter helped me to believe in myself. I passed first time at that is a clear sign that he is an amazing instructor, I am so glad I chose him to teach me.

Fantastic experience: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was really hard for me to get a test and take lessons so I ended up spending roughly 2 years with Peter. Having started completely from scratch, all I can say from my experience is that Peter uses his own experience incredibly well — adapting his approach to the way you learn from his days as a teacher; carefully designing your lessons from his days as a wedding planner; knowing all about the roads and vehicles from both his days as an AA worker and his passion for cars. Though sometimes he often stops to repeat the same anecdotes and exempla when all you want to do is drive, it’s appreciated later when difficulties arise. With the ideas of how his experience has helped him develop particular skills having been mentioned, I’m not so sure on where he gets his kindness and friendly nature from — I guess that’s just who he is as a person. Thank you for everything Peter :)
