Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Tofsir highly enough! As someone who struggles with anxiety, especially around driving, I was really nervous about getting behind the wheel. From the very first lesson, Tofsir was incredibly patient, calm, and understanding. Never made me feel rushed or judged, and always took the time to explain things clearly and kindly. Tofsir helped me gradually build confidence, and I honestly never thought I’d feel this comfortable driving. If you’re an anxious learner or just looking for someone who truly cares about your progress, Tofsir is the one to go with! Passed first time too!

Fantastic experience: Tofsir is much better than any driving instructor I have had previously. Within just a short period of around 3 months of lessons, Tofsir got me test ready so I could pass my manual test from South Yardley test centre on Monday with only 2 minor driving faults on my first attempt. Tofsir is an extremely calm, effective and efficient teacher, who knows exactly what his students need in order to pass. I would 100% recommend Tofsir for any learners looking to pass soon, I doubt there are many instructors with his level of ability to teach and encourage learners.

I have had 2 instructors previously and Tofsir is the best - he genuinely made an effort to understand why I was making the mistakes I made! Fantastic experience: I had my driving test on June 18, 2024, at Garretts Green and passed on my first attempt. I started learning with Tofsir in June 2023. It has been a long journey, but it was worth it and paid off. Tofsir is an experienced, patient, and committed instructor. He is always on time and has taught me many useful tips and skills. I am so grateful to have had Tofsir as my instructor and recommend him to anyone looking for an instructor in Birmingham.

Fantastic experience: So grateful to have Tofsir as an instructor. Not only was he patient when it came to my progression but it terms of his instructing. It was a perfect balance of wisdom, constructive criticism and encourage. I felt more than confident going into my practical tests, as I felt more than prepared from all the lessons. What I personally like about his style of coaching is that you can tell he is genuinely passionate about what he does, but also his personality is very accommodating especially when driving. Fantastic experience: Tofsir helped me become confident driving despite me being very nervous in the beginning. I have dyslexia and a bit of an auditory processing delay, Tofsir was able to make adjustments to the way that he gave instructions that really helped and made me feel more comfortable driving. I don’t think I would have felt confident enough taking my test without him telling that he knew I could do it. His confidence in me really helped. Truly a great instructor and friendly person.

Fantastic experience: I have stopped and started my driving lessons for many years and have had numerous instructors during those years, but I can truly say Tofsir is the best I’ve learnt with. He keeps you calm, composed, he’s also fair but firm when needed, he’ll teach you all the knowledge and skills that will able you to pass when the time comes to take your test. Tofsir goes out of his way to accommodate your availability when it comes to booking lessons and your test. If you’re looking for the an A star driving instructor, Tofsir is your man.

I have had all of my lessons with him, and while some went better than others he was always an excellent guide and teacher. Always keeping calm and knowing how to help if I found something tricky. His hard work and flexibility led to me passing first time at a difficult test centre. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: Tofsir is an incredible driving instructor who taught me to drive and helped me pass with only 2 minors. He is fair and tough but always supportive and never rude. He never made me feel stupid which I appreciated as some driving instructors do. I feel that that is the best way to learn and it makes you remember the maneuvers and all the rules on the road much easier. He has a fantastic pass rate and actually wants you to pass but most importantly he wants you to become a confident and safe driver. If you need lessons I promise He is the man. Always on time, gives great feedback, what's you to ask questions and I guarantee he improves your confidence on the road. I have had lessons from him for months and I have no regrets about it. Negative experience: This guy just passed us on the motorway, the speed limit was 50mph, he was doing close to 65mph, I wouldn't want to learn from him!

Fantastic experience: Tofsir is by far the best driving instrcutor I have ever had! I have changed a few instructors in the past driving automatic, now I decided to change to manual, is a big change for me to be honest. But Tofsir is very supportive and super clear in instructions! now I’m on my 7th lesson and I’m driving manual more confident than driving automatic! I have told my family and friends about Tofsir because I never had such a good instructor before and it’s very hard find one like Tofsir !

Fantastic experience: I learned to drive with Tofsir at Bill Plant and he was such an amazing instructor. After having one prior instructor I wasn’t progressing enough so I put off driving for years. After picking it back up again Tofsir got me test ready in 20 hours and after taking my test I passed first time with 3 minors! I can’t recommend Tofsir enough to anybody who wants to learn how to drive. He will get you there in the shortest time that is possible. He is such a great instructor. He knows when to push you and when to go easy and go over the basics with you again (which happened a couple of times for me.) I would give 10 stars out of five if I could. If you’re in the Birmingham area and want to learn how to drive look no further than Tofsir at Bill Plant, world class instructor!

Fantastic experience: Tofsir was the best instructor I’ve had. I used to have low confidence and anxiety when it came to driving and he helped me overcome all of those things in a short space of time. His dedication for his students is amazing almost every one of our lessons ran over the time because he was so thorough with his teaching. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed every lesson, I highly recommend him and I’ll be having all my family go to him. Not to mention I passed first time!!
