Fantastic experience: Had Suhail as my driving instructor and he's a credit to learning. I've had many instructors in the past and he has been patient and very safety conscious during our lessons which spanned over a year, as I was a very slow learner at this. Couldn't recommend any higher

Fantastic experience: My driving experience with Suja Driving School was incredible - I was incredibly lucky to have such a nice and genuine driving instructor. Massive shout out to Mark! I was excited for every single driving lesson. When I first started driving with him, he knew exactly how nervous and doubtful my previous driving instructor made me feel, however he’d always believe in me and this drove me to be a confident driver I am now. He’d tell me where I’ve done wrong, he’d praise me when I’ve done everything right The best thing was, he always said, ‘relax darling’ when I was nervous, then turn the radio on and we would just chat and laugh together which completely settled me. I passed first time with him with only 2 minors!! I honestly can’t thank him enough and im really going to miss him and the chats we have! Whoever gets him as a driving instructor around the Trafford area, your incredibly lucky. Thankyou so so much mark, you have been amazing, hopefully I’ll see you on the road!

Fantastic experience: I would recommend mark as an instructor for anyone that wants to start driving, very calm and friendly, made the lessons fun and was very patient. Answered all questions clearly and explained manoeuvres making them very simple and easy. Great experience highly recommend.

Negative experience: PLEASE DO NOT USE - these positive reviews are fake, they are renowned in Manchester for being poor quality and only interested in taking people’s money. In my 10 hours, I was never taught a proper push-pull steering technique, a six-point check, POMMSN, MSPSL methods, and yet was driving in traffic, doing left and right turns and gearing up to third in my first ever lessons. The lack of technique I was taught with your driving instructor would have led me to INSTANTLY fail and pay more money to driving instructors. I do believe that the fact that I paid in bulk to Suja meant there was zero intention to properly teach the right methods in other to get me to pass - they had already taken my money and that’s all that mattered to them. Bader my driving instructor was so rude. It took 3 months for a driving instructor to be found for me - I called several times to check the progress of this placement as I was not told it would take this long, I was told that there were instructors immediately available for me. I was unhappy after the initial lesson with Bader due to his impatience and general rudeness so spoke to a Suja customer service agent on the 27th March and requested a new instructor. I was advised to try to ask Bader to be more patient as it would take another 6 weeks to be placed and that Bader was one of Suja’s more patient instructors. When I asked Bader if we could take lessons a bit more slowly after the second lesson, he responded ‘Would you like me to sit in a parking lot and read to you, we have some driving instructors who do this?’ Which was obviously very passive aggressive and rude. He continued to be generally condescending but tolerable over the next few lessons. When he told me I was ‘wasting lessons’ and asked me ‘am I driving or are you?’ during our last lesson I asked him to please not be condescending as I was trying my best and it was not helping me learn. He became very aggressive and defensive and asked me if I needed to be reminded of manoeuvres each time, to which I responded ‘that was not what I asked, I asked you to not be condescending’. Obviously this was just an awful experience I wish on nobody else wishing to learn how to drive. Please take your money elsewhere, it’ll be a much more enjoyable experience. Definitely do not pay in bulk.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for an instructor for an automatic car, the name is MARK! He is an amazing instructor, calm, patient, has brilliant teaching skills and is a great guy! I fully recommend him. I have passed on my first test!

Fantastic experience: MARK is a fantastic instructor! I’ve passed my driving test with him on 17th April within 8 weeks of starting with Suja. My confidence was low after failing the first driving test with another company. A friend of mine suggested Suja after coming across their Tik-Tok videos. MARK was always patient with me, even when I was making silly mistakes. He provided constructive feedback, encouragement and the lessons were always fun due to his sense of humour. He pushed me to beat my fears of round abouts. Really grateful for his support and will highly recommend him as a teacher.

Negative experience: If you need a good experience in getting a driver’s license, - Very important to get a good instructor. A good instructor who is patient, clear in communication and followed by constructive criticism. -He/she should have a check list of what maneuvers you should cover to be ready for the test and let you have a checklist as well. -He/She should let you know what to expect for your next class and help you note down what went wrong in the lesson and what should be the right way to do the maneuver. And please write down the exact steps to be done and the reference points that worked for you. -He/She should be always keep a professional tone and mannerisms so you don’t feel let down as person at any point of time. Don’t hesitate to change the instructor if you did not get the right approach. Getting the right instructor will double your game and help you get your license easier than you think. Advise on experience. - If you can afford a car and have an international license, it will help you tremendously. Saves your time money and mental stress, And get your license sooner like in 10 classes. - If you have a clear idea of how to do your maneuver, a car to practice to make it perfect each maneuver before your next lesson then you will have the license soon. - If you think you are not receiving the right service and you will feel in 2 classes donot hesitate to change your instructor. And watch a lot of YouTube videos on UK driving. Passed the test in first attempt. But not through SUJA!! I had a bad experience with SUJA.

Fantastic experience: I was able to book onto get an instructor and got one within 8 weeks. I completed the automatic driving lessons with Mark who was great. He helped me pass my test and feel really confident driving. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to drive.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor, Mark, was amazing. After failing my driving test twice, I had no confidence whatsoever. Mark was patient, adapted himself to my learning style and my language barrier and help me build my confidence throughout our lessons. He is incredible at explaining concepts that seem difficult and breaks them down constantly. He is kind and gently and offers advices rather than criticisms when things get hard. If it weren’t for him, I probably would not have gone back on the road. Passed my test without any minors and that’s all thanks to him!!!
