Fantastic experience: Chris has been fantastic in getting me to where I want to be. His approach to each lesson was tailored to my needs, making sure it was at the right pace I was comfortable with whilst still challenging myself. After each lesson I received a detailed reflective log documenting what we covered with comments on good driving and also areas to improve. Completing the reflective logs really helped me consider where the level of my driving was, areas to be pleased about, things that needed more work and most importantly what did I personally want out of the next lesson. I’m really pleased I went with CJR Driving school. I couldn’t ask for more in terms of being flexible to help meet my needs, excellent feedback and great advice.

Fantastic experience: After stopping learning to drive at 17, I was so nervous to get back in a car and try again at the age of 21. I simply didn’t really want to do it. However, Chris has not only helped me build my confidence but actually made me enjoy driving. As someone who is dyslexic I was so worried about trying to find an instructor who would be calm and patient with me while I take in new information. Chris has exactly these qualities! Never failing to go over things with me again and again, and always going at my pace. He’s very quick to reassure and so easy to be around. There is no pressure from in any aspect of driving, be it learning a new manoeuvre or questions on driving theory. Driving lessons quickly became a fun activity rather then an anxious one. Thank you Chris! You have helped me immensely and I’m so grateful for all your support.

Fantastic experience: As someone who was anxious about learning to drive and I always thought I would struggle to pass my test, thanks to Chris I passed first time with three minors! He kept me calm and relaxed whilst encouraging me to push myself out of my comfort zone whilst being professional, polite and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: After having stopped and started driving lessons in the past, when I started taking up my driving lessons earlier this year I was extremely anxious. However, having Chris as a driving instructor and his calming approach during lessons, immediately put me at ease. Because of his brilliant teaching style and advice throughout my lessons I managed to pass my driving test recently! This wouldn't have been possible without Chris - so if you are looking for a driving instructor who will put you at ease but get you pass ready Chris is going to be my go to recommendation!
