Fantastic experience: Mark is the greatest automatic instructor there is. I practiced in a manual in 2022/23 and after failing my first test, I decided to switch to an automatic. I found LightningSOM and I’ve never felt so welcomed, so comfortable and so confident in a car with anybody. I passed my test today and I can’t thank you enough!!!! Thank you Mark! :)

Fantastic experience: Recently past my test, however before I passed I failed 2 times and due to the waiting list of test, so I was with my instructor (mark) for awhile, however he always stuck by me and didn’t give up, giving me all the knowledge I need to past my test, whistle making the lessons stress free and enjoyable, always being friendly and chatty, would highly recommend if your in need for driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: Mark has to be the most loveliest person I’ve ever met. He’s patient, kind and considerate and I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor. I had a bad experience with one driving instructor and was recommended Mark. Luckily, he made time for me during his busy schedule and got me to pass my test. You will not be disappointed by is teaching ability he is calm and always takes the time at the end of the lesson to run you through all the positives you’ve done throughout, which really elevates your confidence. Needless to say, I truly do believe Mark is the best driving instructor out there and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a previous instructor who turned out to be useless, Mark really takes the time to appreciate your needs and fully supports you along the way. I couldn't have had anyone better, he really helps you fine tune your driving so you feel far more experienced when you pull in to the test centre, this gives you the confidence needed for a solid pass.

Fantastic experience: I've been driving with Mark for around six months. He is a lovely instructor who let me build up skills naturally and let's me book lessons ridiculously early on the weekends to accommodate my work schedule. He currently has a good success rate with my siblings, as two of my sisters have already passed with him. Took on the motorway once the law changed, and we survived would recommend him to anyone who is nervous to drive

Fantastic experience: Great driving instructor , always was very professional but at the same time really friendly. Even when you was nervous Mark would put you at ease and make you feel confident again . I would definitely recommend lightning school of motoring .
