Negative experience: I do not recommend this driving school at all! I booked a practical test for my daughter the day she passed her theory test. I rang Mr Driving School who said that they had a driving instructor available for the day of her test, (which was a cancellation), and the days leading up to it, and I paid my deposit. Today Corrine has sent me a text message saying that she is refunding my deposit with no explanation of why as I didn’t ask for it and she wished my daughter well in her driving test!? I have left countless messages and I rang just yesterday leaving a voicemail for her to get back to me to sort out the time and days of my daughter’s lessons, which she ignored. This would have been a massive inconvenience to us if we hadn’t been lucky enough to find another driving instructor recommended to us who is available for the test date. The way this driving school has behaved has shown them to be unprofessional, untrustworthy, and should be avoided. Can you imagine how disappointed my daughter would have been if we hadn’t found another driving instructor at such short notice. Parents out there, I suggest you think long and hard about using this company for your child. I eventually went with ‘Drive Johnson’. They were excellent. My daughter passed with flying colours! One minor!

Hi Amanda, I am sorry you feel we have been anything but professional, I apologies i have not recieved any messages from you. The last we spoke you was unhappy with the price previously agreed. As discussed the deposit is non refundable but i said i would discuss this with my manager. After our disscussion it was brought to our attention that the instructor assigned to you had broken our terms, This meant we was unable to fulfil your purchase and so a refund was issued within 48 hours. We are very happy to hear you have found an instrustor and with your daughter all the best.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my test thanks to Matt, he has been a great help in improving both my skills and confidence, he has been very patient with me in the areas that I struggled with and has given me many tips that I will be using as I continue with my driving journey. If your looking for a nice, patient, understanding driving instructor, then Matts the man, couldn't have passed without him. Thank you Matt.

Fantastic experience: Matt has been a great instructor and has helped me massively to pass my driving test. I booked about 15 hours of lessons and managed to pass with Matt's help. I highly recommended him if you want intensive courses.
